The absolute worst bus we took after 4 monts travelling in SE Asia. First of all, we boarded at 9am. They drove 5mn and we didn't move for 2H. No explanation, nothing. USB cable do not work. The staff was rude AF, they treat us like shit. They stopped only ONCE 20mn for lunch. No toilets break, for a bus from 9am to 5pm I felt sick at some point , because of thr hectic drive (first time ever), and while they stopped to stop someone I ask to go out to vomit. They closed to door at my face and say no. They show me a plastic bag and just started driving again. At some point someone needed to pee, and he had to yell to get the guys to eventually stop in the side road to let them pee. They were absolute disrespectful in general and talk with big aggressive gesture, always yelling at us. Bus wasn't even on time, son what's the point of not letting us get our BASIC HUMAN NEEDS? A disgrace. Never traveling with this company again.

bus was clean and tidy, ride was fine but delayed for almost an hour. also we came to sapa instead at 00:35 at 2:10h... positive thing- operator asweared immediately when we asked where the bus is

We got a pdf file via email with coordinates to pick us up. We waited 2,5h overtime but the bus do not stay there. We had to communicate via WhatsApp, but this person needs to much time for answering and we thought we will miss our bus. At least the office send us a taxi (they only write they will send us a car) and we got the bus which was a ready on the way to sapa. This was a really bad experience but not every night bus is like this. You should book the bus over hostel.

Seats were ok, a bit too short. The rest was terrible. On the Ha Giang-Sapa trip we stopped only once for the toilet... in the middle of a road, in the bushes! Meanwhile the guy in charge of the trip stopped about 7 times to pick up and deliver some packages he was making some extra money off of. At least half of these stops had an obviously visible toilet, and yet he and the driver refused to let any passenger leave the bus. The company was aware of the situation via Whatsapp, but did not comment.

Too many unnecessary stops. One bathroom stop and that was 45 mins before we got to SaPa. USB plug was not working
