2.5 late from given arrival time. Driver yelling at everyone. Bags fell on highway. Airconditioning worked. 4€ charge for bags at station. 4€ charge for driver? Arrived 30min late at our stop. Arrived 2.5 hours late at last stop. Missed our next transport. Driver yelled at us, other drivers, talked with his friends on the way when the bus was already late. Our bags were thrown on the mountain highway and scratched. This happened to 3 other bags. They were almost lost. The driver almost didnt stop and we had to run to get them while he waited. I am waiting for a reply and compensation for the damage to my bag.

Decent trip in a run down, old bus. The bus driver was nice. There was a 2 hour delay because of broken aircon, bus was in bad shape with 2 broken windows, ruined blinds and the aircon was barely working even tho it had been fixed. First stop had a broken bathroom and the bus driver drove for a couple more hours before trying to find another one.

Busdriver was nicer than most other drivers we experienced in the area. But he did yell to a costumer. The driver had tucked away cages with bunnies and birds with our luggage and hushed at us when we asked him about it. He yelled at a passenger for moving her luggage when he threw a bag on top. Poor condition on the bus.

We almost fainted from heat stroke as the aircon was very poor. The bus driver was nice and friendly it's just unfortunate for the bus he was driving.. Air con was hardly working on a 40 degree day. So inside the bus was more than that. The bus was so cramped hardly any leg room. Sorry but it was the worst bus we've been on.
