Joanne TThe platform advertised an air-conditioned vehicle (e.g., Hyundai Starex). While I understand that the exact vehicle type may vary, I was very disappointed that the actual transportation was changed to a much lower-standard vehicle with no air conditioning at all. Initially, Driver A picked me up, but instead of taking me directly to Tashkent, he dropped me off at what appeared to be an informal taxi gathering point and negotiated with other drivers to find someone to take me. Fortunately, another driver agreed to take me to Tashkent, but we had to wait until the car was completely full before departing, and that was 30 mins wasted! As a result, I spent more than five hours in an overcrowded vehicle without air conditioning during the peak of summer. This was extremely uncomfortable and did not match the service that was advertised. I believe the vehicle and service provided should accurately reflect what customers book through the platform.

Ī-tsin IThe driver picked me up right on time. However, when we arrived at the Samarqand Avtovokzali, we had to wait for more than an hour past the scheduled departure time. The trip itself wasn’t very pleasant — the seats were quite narrow, and the coach driver kept honking the horn, which was rather annoying. Overall, if there had been a train available at that time, I would have chosen to take the train instead, especially since the price is similar. Just a reminder — be sure to message the operator on WhatsApp (info provided on voucher) beforehand to get your ticket and confirm the pick-up details.
