Hãng Violette Trains có các hạng vé tàu hỏa và mức giá nào?
Tuỳ thuộc vào chiều dài của hành trình cũng như nhu cầu, bạn có thể chọn vé tàu hạng nhất hoặc hạng hai trong khoang giường nằm đối với các chuyến tàu đêm, hoặc chọn vé ghế mềm hoặc ghế cứng. Hãy lưu ý rằng việc lựa chọn hạng vé tàu phụ thuộc vào tuyến đường và độ dài của hành trình. Có nghĩa là chuyến tàu bạn chọn có thể có vé giường nằm hạng nhất, nhưng bạn sẽ không đặt được nếu như bạn chỉ đi một trình ngắn trong 2 tiếng. Theo đánh giá chung, giường nằm hạng hai sẽ lý tưởng cho các hành trình dài, còn ghế ngồi mềm sẽ phù hợp hơn nếu bạn di chuyển ngắn hơn 4-5 tiếng.
Ưu & Nhược điểm của đường sắt
Ưu điểm của đi tàu:
- Lợi thế lớn nhất của đi tàu hoả là không có việc tắc đường. Ngay cả khi vào giờ cao điểm, cuối tuần hay mùa nghỉ lễ.
- Có thể đặt vé tàu online dễ dàng - bạn không cần phải đến tận ga tàu mới mua được vé.
- Giá vé tàu thường khá “mềm" khi so sánh với giá vé máy bay cho cùng một điểm đến, và thậm chí tổng thời gian di chuyển thì tương đương nhau.
- Dù tốc độ di chuyển tàu hoả chậm hơn đi máy bay, thì các ga tàu hoả lại thường được đặt ở trung tâm thành phố, sẽ giúp bạn tiết kiệm được rất nhiều thời gian di chuyển do sân bay thường đặt rất xa trung tâm.
- Đi tàu đêm sẽ giúp bạn tiết kiệm một đêm phòng khách sạn, và bạn cũng có thể dễ dàng ngủ ngon - ngược lại với xe khách đêm, đôi khi rất khó khăn để có thể ngủ trên xe khách.
- Đối với một số tuyến, các hãng tàu có cả dịch vụ cao cấp
Nhược điểm của đi tàu:
- Đối với các hành trình dài, đi tàu chắc chắn sẽ tốn nhiều thời gian hơn máy bay.
- Tàu thường khởi hành đúng giờ, nhưng cũng có trường hợp lịch tàu chạy bị thay đổi - và trong trường hợp đó thì giờ tàu có thể bị trễ rất lâu. Vậy nếu bạn lên kế hoạch cho một chuyến bay nối tiếp, hãy kiểm tra kỹ thời gian tàu vào ga và cân nhắc kỹ lưỡng.
- Vệ sinh trên khoang tàu có thể là một vấn đề đối với khoang hạng hai hoặc hạng ba, và cả nhà vệ sinh.
- Nếu tàu bạn chọn có nhiều điểm dừng, đôi khi bạn sẽ gặp khó khăn để xác định ga xuống, vì có thể các điểm dừng không được thông báo rõ ràng hay không có bảng thông báo hiển thị trên tàu.

Mike HThe booking process was easy and the train trip was great.
We had a VIP sleeper and found the bed extremely comfortable. We had one of the best sleeps we’ve had in Vietnam.
Our only issue was minor. The brochure mentioned free wifi but we couldn’t find any information on where to find the password. I sent a message to the WhatsApp hotline but received no response.

Stephanie MIt’s such a scenic train ride. The view at the end was amazing (Hue to Da Nang). The cabin size and cleanliness was perfect. We had water and a few snacks on board. Plus the possibility to order some fresh food. The bed was comfy. The air conditioning was extreme. Bring extra clothes and a scarf with you. The train was moving slow. The ride was quite bulky. The train’s axles were making very loud cracking noises, so I couldn’t sleep very well. My partner, however, had earplugs and slept like a baby. The train workers were super friendly.

Simon BCabin was in the last carriage. Not very clean. Tow nails on the floor. Dried in syrup on wall. Toilet in the carriage was so dirty and people kept going in there to smoke.
Beds rock hard and uncomfortable.
We paid £60/bed which is extortionate for what you get.

Train stock is a little old now and it tells when your night is a little noisier than expected. Al part of train travel in Vietnam.
I say that but our kids said they had their best nights sleep of the trip. Everyone is different.

Way DI saw some mixed reviews but our experience was quite good. Everything went smoothly and we were able to board without problems. The cabin was comfortable and we were provided with some drinks and snacks. The views were also wonderful.

When we got onboard it was a 4 person cabin although we were booked for a 2 person berth.. Then another 2 turned up for the same beds..
When they checked (and I checked the app) the cabin and seats had changed.

JEAN CWe were switched to a different car upon arrival for no reason. We arrived at another one where the conductor told us there would be three of us and that the fourth berth would be empty. But at the first stop, someone got in. The air conditioning smelled of cigarettes the entire time. In short, a very bad experience.

Iain GGreat experience in VIP room on sleeper train. A few snacks and drinks provided. Toilets and wash basins clean throughout. Quite loud and bumpy. Partner slept brilliantly although I only got a few hours. Still, highly recommend for the experience and ease of travel.

Kristianna BMost enjoyable sleeper train ride including US and Europe. Slept well overnight and enjoyed the beautiful scenics from Dong Hoi to DaNang. Also enjoyed free refreshments and pay for use food offerings. There was plenty of filtered water both hot and cool. Toilet facilities were acceptable, and sinks were in good condition with plenty hand soap and sufficient dryers. Highly recommend!

Robert IIt was a good train ride but we were disappointed that we didn't get the cabin that we had booked and paid for and expected to have.We booked a 'VIP' 2-berth cabin, but we ended up with a 4-berth cabin (and obviously paid the price for 4 berths). Therefore, our cabin was not as comfortable as it should have been, as we weren't able to have proper upright seating. We would be more careful next time to make sure we got what we paid for, if we book anything again.

Christopher GThe booking experience was fine. The receipt email says I’d receive confirmation in about an hour. What they meant to say was 3 days. It took 3 days to receive booking confirmation. I sent two emails asking about it and receive two identical canned replies telling me not to worry and to check my receipt for a timeframe for booking, which was 1 hour. They must get a lot of these emails a lot and are far to busy to read them and actually reply. It’s clearly a broken system. The train itself was on time and comfortable enough considering the price. The one thing we didn’t like was the staff coming around selling food. We kept our door closed and they would always attempt to open it. Every single time. Thankfully we locked it, but where on earth is it ok to just open a closed door to a private cabin? With all of this in mind, now that I know what to expect, I would do this all again if I were in Vietnam.

I had expected more of a difference between standard VNR and violett trains. It was basically a bigger blanket and a snackbox you get for the extra money. However, the experience was ok

The beds were comfy, we slept well, got some food as well. Only the toilets were not very clean.
The train couldnt go to da nang but the transport with the buses were organized and fast!

Patricia COn time train got us to our destination without incident. The rooms were already made up by the time we got there, along with a personal pizza and snacks. I was not expecting the little touches they added in for comfort. The cabin was warm enough for the cold night and the comforter and bed were perfect. We did hear commotion in the evening but didn’t open our door to check. When we heard the same commotion in the morning, we opened the door to find a mobile store coming through with snacks and drinks for sale. We had the best experience- I recommend for sure.

We actually slept reasonably well. Snacks were provided.
Train wss 2 hours later then expected. The train assistant tried to charge us 500'000 fong for a private room upgrade ( used Google translate) but we said no and had our cabin to ourselves anyway so that was a scam.
