Các hạng vé xe khách và giá của hãng Vietnam Transfers là gì?
Giá xe cho hành trình của bạn sẽ phụ thuộc vào điểm đến và hạng giá vé của bạn. Hãy lưu ý rằng không phải toàn bộ hạng vé xe đều có sẵn đối với một hành trình nhất định, nhưng đối với hành trình dài thì thường sẽ luôn có sự lựa chọn cho bạn. Hãy chọn xe giường nằm nếu bạn muốn dễ chịu hơn khi đi xe khách đêm. Xe buýt giường nằm thường được trang bị với giường ngả được phía sau, nhà vệ sinh trên xe và đôi khi cả thức ăn nhẹ hoặc cả bữa trưa. Đi xe khách đêm cũng là một lựa chọn hợp lý nếu bạn muốn tiết kiệm một đêm phòng khách sạn. Nếu di chuyển ban ngày, xe khách express mang lại giá trị cao nhất vì thường xe sẽ ít dừng dọc đường hơn các xe khách dịch vụ thông thường. Đối với một số tuyến đường, việc chọn đúng hạng xe là điều rất quan trọng, ví dụ như, một hạng xe khách thông thường hoặc giá rẻ có thể mất 6 tiếng để di chuyển cùng một hành trình mà xe khách express chỉ mất 2 tiếng!
Ưu & Nhược điểm của xe khách
Ưu điểm của đi xe khách:
- Xe khách thường là phương tiện có mạng lưới di chuyển rộng nhất, với các điểm đến dù xa xôi hay hẻo lánh nhất mà tàu hoả hay máy bay không tới được.
- Di chuyển bằng xe khách rất dễ dàng - không cần phải đến bến xe trước giờ khởi hành quá lâu, và thủ tục để lên xe thường rất nhanh chóng, trái với di chuyển bằng máy bay.
- Vé xe khách thường rẻ. Giá xe có thể hơi cao đối với hạng VIP, nhưng nếu bạn muốn mua vé giá rẻ, xe khách vẫn là lựa chọn hàng đầu.
- Ngoài ra, có rất nhiều hạng xe để phù hợp với nhu cầu và chi phí. Nếu bạn muốn một hành trình thực sự thoải mái, di chuyển bằng xe khách cũng hoàn toàn có thể đáp ứng được điều đó.
Nhược điểm của đi xe khách:
- Bến xe của các chuyến xe liên tỉnh có thể nằm xa trung tâm. Có nghĩa là bạn cần tính thêm thời gian và chi phí để di chuyển đến địa điểm văn phòng xe. Trong một vài trường hợp, di chuyển đến bến xe có thể đắt hơn bạn nghĩ, bởi vì đôi khi chỉ có một vài nhà xe được phép khai thác tuyến đó - và giá vé có thể bị đẩy lên cao.
- Vào cuối tuần hoặc mùa cao điểm, vé xe khách đi đến các điểm thu hút khách du lịch có thể hết vé toàn bộ lịch trình xe, và bạn sẽ cần phải đặt vé trước từ sớm.
- Đi xe khách không bị phụ thuộc vào thời tiết như đi phà/ tàu cao tốc, nhưng xe có thể khởi hành muộn hoặc thậm chí bị huỷ vì yếu tố thời tiết hoặc điều kiện đường xá - hãy lưu ý điều này nếu bạn di chuyển vào một mùa hay tới một địa điểm nhất định.

Paul SConsistent sleep was not possible due to repeated announcements to all customers ( when your manifest tells you which bunks need waking at their destination). The bus arrived very early and the announcement was in Vietnamese when you were aware from the manifest of English customers too.

Crystall PWe had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were always friendly, professional, and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. Their excellent service and attention to detail truly enhanced our experience.
One suggestion for improvement would be to clarify in the hotel's advertising that the swimming pool is not located on the hotel premises. The photos may give the impression that the pool is on-site, whereas guests are transported to a different location to use it. Making this clearer would help manage visitors' expectations.

Peter SI was not given a choice of seat on the bus and was automatically given a seat in the middle isle. I with no window. Staff on the bus had two beds that were by the windows but only used them sporadically so it would have made sense for them to have the smaller units.

Christopher LThe buses suspention was terrible! Constant bangs and shakes, which a bus like this should not have. Oh, and so much for a VIP "Sleeper" bus! How on earth is anyone expected to sleep when the driver is constantly honking the horn and for long periods. Lastly, we did not appreciate sharing our ride with bugs (roaches) that occasionally were crawling on us. This is NOT VIP service. Look, we realize that the fare is low, which is the reason we used your serivces, as it saved us close to 10,400,000 VND, were we to fly.

Marie BOperator on Time, about 3h30 to go to Can tho agency instead of the airport. They propose us a taxi from the agency to go to the airport for 30.000 VND. Don’t worry, we stopped the bus few Times to depose people, it seems to be normal in Vietnam et we arrive on Time.

Yarden CI arrived at the bus station in the evening, no one knew how to help me with the 12GO voucher. The taxi driver I ordered from Grab stayed with me until the last minute. We went through all the travel companies that were open at that time. No one agreed to accept the voucher. Then we went to all the bus drivers who didn't know what it was about.
After a fifteen minute delay, a bus arrived, the driver made a few phone calls and eventually they agreed to take us on the trip.

Konstantin KThe seats are indeed fairly narrow. I am considered on the lanky side in Europe, and just fit into the seat perfectly. I am 195cm (6'3), and I do fit length-wise, but it does feel a bit awkward. Sleeping sideways is not very easy. Anything you bring on board will be in your feet, so make sure you backpack is light. You will take off your shoes and put them in the bag when you enter, so remember that those will also be in your feet. Type-C and type-A outlets are there for charging and a small place for a phone, snack, and a bottle of water (which is provided). The AC is strong and can be closed off. A blanket is provided. The humidity is not ventilated out of the bus at all, so it can feel like a steam sauna after some hours. The bus driver does honk a bit, but the sound is fairly soft (but I was in the back, so maybe that matters). If you are going to DaLat there are free shuttle buses to the city or even your hotel. The thing is that it's hard to communicate with everyone else trying to tell the driver where they are going, so if you have a printout that you can give to the driver, it will make it smoother.

Deborah SThe Vehicle was clean, but I had booked a sleeper VIP bus, and felt this wasn't one as I've had VIP buses before and it was alot more spacious with less beds in it and had TV. It was a 12hr drive, instead of 8 as there was a hold up of congestion which couldn't be helped. The driver and his colleague couldn't speak English, so had to translate how long stop off was for and they weren't very helpful.

Kara ETicket told us to be at the pick-up point 45 minutes early, when we arrived there the staff seemed shocked we had arrived so early.
After waiting for 30 minutes, we were taken in a minivan to the bus station and had to wait again.
The bus then drove all the way back through town and passed our hotel.
There was no prior communication from the company so we were unable to ask about hotel pick up but this experience added 2 extra hours onto the journey which could have been avoided.

Anna FWe were told by mail to be there 45 min before departure. So we waited at Vincom Plaza from 6:20 (departure time 7:00) and we picked up with a Shuttle around 7:20. Wasted waiting time..Then headed late to the office were we Quick had to change to the other van at 8.00. No one spoke english. The driver of the second Van to the harbour threw his waste (multiple Times!!!) out of the car while driving - we were shocked! Save the Environment!

Terrence JThe smallest beds on any sleeper bus we’ve been on because they were 3 across. The beds are definitely build for Vietnamese there for great as long as you’re not taller than 5 feet. What should have taken 6 hours 45 minutes (as advertised) took 9 hours and 15 minutes.

Luka AIt was a fine experience. Bus was on time, made a pit stop. It was not the luxury bus in the picture on 12Go Asia. So felt a bit scammed at first … turned out to be okay.

The overtaking manoeuvres, the speed, the noise of the other passengers, which the driver did nothing about – basically not a good experience.

Jan MDeparture and arrival times were precise. My backpack was little bit dirty (black stains) after transfer so I recommend putting it in some cover. Bus was really clean. Beds are small for europeans but its not that bad. Stops were kinda unpredictable. First stop after 20 minutes, second after 3 hours for food in restaurant, third stop after 6 hours.
