Chuyến đi rất an toàn. Tôi đã ngủ rất ngon. Hướng dẫn viên rất nhiệt tình hỗ trợ trong thủ tục nhập cảnh.

Xe buýt rất thoải mái, ngay cả người cao (1,86m) cũng có nhiều không gian. Chuyến đi dễ chịu, nhưng chúng tôi cũng tránh được giờ cao điểm. 5 tiếng từ Singapore đến Kuala Lumpur là thời gian di chuyển thực tế. Thêm vào đó, còn có thời gian nghỉ và thủ tục qua biên giới, điều mà bạn không thể kiểm soát được. Singapore: Khởi hành từ City Plaza. Đây không phải là một bến xe buýt lớn đúng nghĩa; ban đầu bạn có thể nghĩ mình đang ở nhầm chỗ. Nhưng phía sau Plaza và đối diện với một trạm dừng xe buýt… đó mới là đúng chỗ. Kuala Lumpur: Bến xe buýt du lịch (TBS) rất lớn; bạn có thể nhận vé đã đặt trực tuyến tại quầy A. Tốt nhất là bạn nên có không chỉ số đặt vé mà còn cả tên chính xác của hãng xe buýt bạn đang đi.

Tốt và sạch sẽ. Đến giữa đường thì bị xẹp lốp và xe buýt chuyển tiếp kém hơn nhiều so với xe buýt ban đầu. Xe có mùi hôi và cũ nhưng người soát vé xe buýt đó đã giúp chúng tôi mang hành lý. Tôi hy vọng lần sau họ sẽ kiểm tra trước khi lên đường vì xe khởi hành sớm hơn 5 phút so với giờ khởi hành.

Chuyến đi tốt tổng thể. Trình điều khiển có khả năng, giá trị đồng tiền. Gợi ý duy nhất là có nhà vệ sinh trên máy bay và cả Wi-Fi để hành khách sử dụng. Sẽ sử dụng lại dịch vụ, có thể là huấn luyện viên hạng nhất vào lần tới.

Được rồi. Đúng giờ, trôi chảy; tương ứng với mong đợi của chúng tôi. Thoải mái

Nhân viên thân thiện, ghế ngồi thoải mái và chuyến đi tuyệt vời. Mọi thứ đều suôn sẻ. Tôi sẽ đi lại bằng phương tiện này lần nữa.

Xe buýt đúng giờ và sạch sẽ. Chỗ ngồi rất rộng rãi với không gian để chân rộng rãi. Mỗi chỗ ngồi đều có đơn vị giải trí riêng với tuyển chọn khá nhiều phim mới. Chúng tôi được mời một bữa ăn, đồ uống nóng và một chai nước. Tất cả các nhân viên đều thân thiện và chăm sóc chúng tôi chu đáo trong suốt chuyến đi và làm thủ tục nhập cư.

Chuyến đi rất dễ dàng, xe buýt sạch sẽ và thoải mái. Họ dừng lại một lần để ăn nhẹ và đi vệ sinh và phần còn lại thì suốt chặng đường. Nhìn chung là một chuyến đi tuyệt vời.

Hơi khó để tìm ra vị trí chính xác mà xe buýt rời đi và quầy không mở cửa cho xe buýt sớm nhưng bản thân xe buýt rất thoải mái, hệ thống giải trí tốt và nhân viên thân thiện.

The review by Jenelle below says it all. The bus arrived a few hours late, however the price and comfort of the journey were fantastic.

Only 4* because we did not leave on time. Left 20minutes late and arrived KL 2 hours later than the scheduled arrival. However the bus itself is so comfortable! Seats recline far back and legs can be slightly elevated. Plenty of leg room! Note if you are taking the bus, the immigration might make your journey longer. Departure from SG was a breeze using biometric passports however this is not the case when entering Malaysia. The queues are absolute CHAOS! people tired, hot, sticky and pushing in the line so took us a good hour just to get through. But for the price we paid this is not bad at all!

It was a clean, comfortable bus, very quick too. My only complaint is that the pickup in Berjaya Times Square is not as written (at the main entrance near Starbucks), but at street level where you can find a sign with a bus pictogram and a couple bus counters. Had we been standing where advertised we probably would have missed it, though it was on time. Would take it again!

Pleasant trip, we arrived at the right time. there were 2 drivers, both were good.

The bus ride took about 6.5 hours, but it was smooth. We had to stop for Singaporean customs then Malaysian customs then again for a food stop . The ride was VERY COMFORTABLE.

Comfortable seats, but awful communication and incredibly rude staff

Bus left on time. Bus was clean and seats were comfortable with ample legroom. Border crossing was the smoothest business. Drivers weren't at all friendly, but ladies at the check in counter were pleasant enough. Research you passport visa requirements because Transtar staff aren't always clued up on which nationalities don't require a visa to enter Malaysia (i.e. Zimbabwe), so they freaked us out by saying we'd get stuck at the border. A quick call to our home embassy settled matters. Bus arrived in KL ahead of schedule and made a convenient stop round the corner from our hotel in Bintang Bukit. Would definitely use this bus service again, but leave on a morning bus so as to see the countryside.

Bus was on time, trip was uninterrupted. First stop is Berjaya Times Square, which is so beneficial for travellers, who don't need any transportation means to get there, if they stay nearby. But, you should have served couple of complimentary things, such as water, small snacks, which makes your service better. Thank you for your cooperation.

Bus wasn't in the pick up place on time, was late by 20 minutes & it's only 7am & no traffic jam Have to give several calls to the office to checked. Also no sign waiting location for the bus

Bus was 2.5 hours late. We went to One Utama, but a van brought us to another place in KL - because the bus did not stop at One Utama.... TV in the bus did not work. Seats were comfortable, but not every wirket. Meal and service were good, ride also.

Ended up booking another service with Transtar Travel.

Nicer trip than we expected! It was a little tricky to find where to meet the bus, but the ride was very comfortable, and the operator handled a difficult situation well.
