The driver was really speeding. And the hostess just rattled her story which was not completely obvious for the tourists on board. She told us that it was absolutely forbidden to eat but she ate a sweet herself.

We have been contacted right after booking the bus personally by WhatsApp and didn’t have to go to the bus station. The bus adapts to the time of the arrival of the jetty from the islands. Our worries to miss the bus were completely unnecessary. We were picked up at the Mersing jetty. The bus was very comfortable and modern. And after unexpected unlucky events after the trip leaving the bus to move on to the next destination, the manager even offered to come and help driving for hours if we can’t manage to solve it ourselves. I haven't met so many people so unbelievably helpful and caring. It was absolutely not his business at all but he offered this very generous help wil never forget this.

The driver was on the phone talking to his friend 15 mins after we left from Hatten Hotel. He was on the line talking for about 15 mins. 2nd time he talked on the phone was when we're about 30 mins to reach Yong Peng.

It was difficult to find the meeting place. The voucher said to meet at the place one hour before, so I arrived one hour before. However, the local staff member said that it was too early and that 10 minutes before would be fine. The local staff member was very kind and let me wait in the waiting room. I was grateful. He then told me that my bus had arrived. I'm grateful for that.

Great! The bus was on time, even arrived a bit earlier than expected. Comfortable seats. The bus station was well organised and was easy to take the bus. Important: Have to obtain at the counters the ticket for the bus, showing the reservation obtained in 12goasia, 0,70 cents cost for the paper with the QR.

Trip was very nice. We departed and arrived on time. Bus was clean and comfy. Bus driver was friendly. Support from KKKL Express via WhatsApp was extremely good and proactive. Border crossing also went smoothly except that we didn’t know in which bay the bus is waiting for us after crossing the border, but we managed to find it in time and rather quick.

The bus is confortable, but the driver was having a call almost all the way (it didn’t seemed I professional call) while driving fast 😅. Ok we arrived after 1h50 instead of 3h15 alive and it’s the most important 👍

Arrival time was not correct. The bus arrived to Penang at 5:30 instead 9:24. Arrival time was noted on ticket as 9:24. We are seated on terminal and wait sunrise…

Long waiting… and the driver was very annoying. Taking to the phone while driving and every passenger listening to what he said…Disturbing other to rest…Even when the weather was raining and he still on his phone…Please pay attention on driving during bad weather and keep all passenger safety！
