Các hạng vé xe khách và giá của hãng HT Travel là gì?
Giá xe cho hành trình của bạn sẽ phụ thuộc vào điểm đến và hạng giá vé của bạn. Hãy lưu ý rằng không phải toàn bộ hạng vé xe đều có sẵn đối với một hành trình nhất định, nhưng đối với hành trình dài thì thường sẽ luôn có sự lựa chọn cho bạn. Hãy chọn xe giường nằm nếu bạn muốn dễ chịu hơn khi đi xe khách đêm. Xe buýt giường nằm thường được trang bị với giường ngả được phía sau, nhà vệ sinh trên xe và đôi khi cả thức ăn nhẹ hoặc cả bữa trưa. Đi xe khách đêm cũng là một lựa chọn hợp lý nếu bạn muốn tiết kiệm một đêm phòng khách sạn. Nếu di chuyển ban ngày, xe khách express mang lại giá trị cao nhất vì thường xe sẽ ít dừng dọc đường hơn các xe khách dịch vụ thông thường. Đối với một số tuyến đường, việc chọn đúng hạng xe là điều rất quan trọng, ví dụ như, một hạng xe khách thông thường hoặc giá rẻ có thể mất 6 tiếng để di chuyển cùng một hành trình mà xe khách express chỉ mất 2 tiếng!
Ưu & Nhược điểm của xe khách
Ưu điểm của đi xe khách:
- Xe khách thường là phương tiện có mạng lưới di chuyển rộng nhất, với các điểm đến dù xa xôi hay hẻo lánh nhất mà tàu hoả hay máy bay không tới được.
- Di chuyển bằng xe khách rất dễ dàng - không cần phải đến bến xe trước giờ khởi hành quá lâu, và thủ tục để lên xe thường rất nhanh chóng, trái với di chuyển bằng máy bay.
- Vé xe khách thường rẻ. Giá xe có thể hơi cao đối với hạng VIP, nhưng nếu bạn muốn mua vé giá rẻ, xe khách vẫn là lựa chọn hàng đầu.
- Ngoài ra, có rất nhiều hạng xe để phù hợp với nhu cầu và chi phí. Nếu bạn muốn một hành trình thực sự thoải mái, di chuyển bằng xe khách cũng hoàn toàn có thể đáp ứng được điều đó.
Nhược điểm của đi xe khách:
- Bến xe của các chuyến xe liên tỉnh có thể nằm xa trung tâm. Có nghĩa là bạn cần tính thêm thời gian và chi phí để di chuyển đến địa điểm văn phòng xe. Trong một vài trường hợp, di chuyển đến bến xe có thể đắt hơn bạn nghĩ, bởi vì đôi khi chỉ có một vài nhà xe được phép khai thác tuyến đó - và giá vé có thể bị đẩy lên cao.
- Vào cuối tuần hoặc mùa cao điểm, vé xe khách đi đến các điểm thu hút khách du lịch có thể hết vé toàn bộ lịch trình xe, và bạn sẽ cần phải đặt vé trước từ sớm.
- Đi xe khách không bị phụ thuộc vào thời tiết như đi phà/ tàu cao tốc, nhưng xe có thể khởi hành muộn hoặc thậm chí bị huỷ vì yếu tố thời tiết hoặc điều kiện đường xá - hãy lưu ý điều này nếu bạn di chuyển vào một mùa hay tới một địa điểm nhất định.

Sandra ZXe Mini Van rất thoải mái, tôi được đón tại khách sạn và họ nói sẽ đưa tôi đến khách sạn ở điểm đến mới. Ừ thì mọi chuyện không suôn sẻ lắm, nhưng cuối cùng chúng tôi cũng được thả xuống từ nơi tôi có thể đi bộ (1km) đến khách sạn, và cuối cùng thì cũng ổn. Chúng tôi đến sớm hơn dự kiến, thật tuyệt.

David NTravelling 24 hours on a bus is a challange for most people. This sleeper bus was ok, and made regular food and bathroom stops of varying quality - expect about 75,000 for standard meal (you buy a ticket for food, and hand over the ticket at the serving counter) We stopped for about 25 mins each time. I travelled from Hanoi, and we got to the border sometime past midnight, and the bus waited for the border post (Cau Treo) to open at 7am, so we had some quiet sleep time before 6am walk to the border post, breakfast and some wait before 7am. Expect to pay 50 or 100 dong/kip "stamping fee" at the border, so bring some currency! On the negative side, there was no bathroom or WiFi on board, and also it was hard to fit in my hand luggage and also lie down, although i managed it (so best to travel light with a water bottle and some small snacks). Not having the Wifi was inconveinient, but I read an ebook instead. I got a Laos sim card at the bus station on the outskirts of Vientiane, but it took untill the following day to get it working (sold with enough data to work for about 5 minutes). Its an adventure and a test of stamina. We had some long waits in the mountains due to obstcles (maybe after the rain). I was on a bottom bunk and the window was about 4cm high by the "Ceiling". I am assuming the bus had been modified from a seated bus. also, I was tall enough that I kept banging my head on the ceiling light fitting. On the ticket itinery, it dint mention which border crossing would be used, but I guessed correct. this can be important due to border crossings handling visas differently. One of my fellow travellers was turned back due to visa problems - you have been warned! Other than that, its pretty bouncy (no fault of the driver or bus, its the roads), but I completed the journey without injury, and it was about 6 or 7 times cheaper than the plane, so fair enough.

Julie DAs a westerner woman in her 50s I found it tight just walking up the aisle which is only about 30cm wide as there are 3 rows of sleeper beds and 2 aisles between each row. I’m also too inflexible getting in and out of the bottom bed and would’ve preferred a bus that just had normal seats not beds. But if you’re young, flexible and slim it might suit you. I liked the curtains for privacy once in your cubicle seat area. Announcements only in Vietnamese not English. For toilets, lunch and next stop. I used my Google maps app to figure out when to get off along the route.

Henrik BWe booked a royal cabin, and it was worth it. We got our own individual sleeping alcoves that were large enough for the entire family (we're between 180 and 187 cm).
It was cool and, thanks to drapea and shades, dark so we managed to sleep - even though the roads are bumpy and people here honk incessantly. But that's just how things work here and it's in no way a complaint.
The staff was extremely helpful and conveyed all necessary information to us despite us not being able to speak Vietnamese: such a thing that you have to remove your shoes when ending the bus and are supplied with slippers at stops.
All in all a superb experience, extra thanks for picking us up at our hotel!

lola We were asked to share a bed. The PDF did not say anything about fees. When there is a customs charge on both sides of the boarder. When we said we did not have money they threatened to take our bags and leave them on the bridge between Vietnam and laos. Luckily the police were kind to us and stamped us through anyway. The bus staff were a little rude at the boarder. However the bed was comfy and clean. They did make food and toilet stops. And the WhatsApp number for the company communication was good, always replied fast and helped with problems.

Stephen BThat was a terrible experience. The bus driver was unfriendly and constantly yelled at the passengers.
There was absolutely no information provided for the entire trip.
We waited six hours at the border in 40-degree heat on the bus with the air conditioning off. Sleep was impossible.
At 7:00 AM, the bus driver kicked us off the bus without giving us any information. We had to walk across the border with our luggage.
After crossing the border, we waited until about 9:30 AM for our bus, without really knowing if it would come.
I can't understand why they couldn't provide passengers with an information sheet outlining the procedure... especially when the bus driver just yells "NO NO NO!" at you.
Take a flight and save yourself the hassle.
If you still want to try it, bring money.
The border officials on both sides are very corrupt and demand 50,000 Dong bribes.

Diane HThe bus was clean and comfortable, which could have made the journey pleasant. Unfortunately, the driver behaved recklessly, keeping his hand on the horn for nearly six hours.
The main issue was the route: my ticket clearly indicated a stop in Hoi An, but the driver ignored this destination and continued straight to Da Nang. Even after showing him my ticket, he refused to stop and dropped us off in the middle of a field, far from the intended city.
Without checking our location on Google Maps, we wouldn’t even have realized we had passed Hoi An. I’m not sure whether the fault lies with the transport company or the intermediary (12Go), but this lack of coordination turned the trip into a very frustrating experience.

Suzi BThis was an excellent trip. Communication was really good with office staff, to keep me updated on any changes. The bus was comfortable. I had heard a lot of bad experiences with overnight bus trips in Vietnam, but this wasn't my experience. Just make sure you have something warm (long pants so you don't stick to upholstery) and something soft for a pillow and you'll be fine!

Brigitte BI booked a ticket from Cao bang bus station to Cai Beo Ferry terminal.
The bus ride from Cao Bang to Haiphong I would rate 5 stars, really comfortable cabin.
In Haiphong we had to switch to another bus which was much less comfortable, bit I thought it would be ok for the short time to Cat Ba. On Cat Ba itself it got really bad though: Instead of taking us to the booked location Cai Beo, the driver stopped on a parking lot in the middle of nowhere and told us to get out. Everyone was confused because this was not our destination, but we were told we had to continue by taxi. We were suddenly surrounded by taxi drivers demanding we each pay 100000d just to get to our destination. I felt really unsafe there, so cannot recommend this especially if you're a solo traveler.

Vera GThe bus left one hour later than expected and we arrived two hours later as we had a small accident in the mountains: The side mirror got caught in a hanging power cable and broke off. As the driver was driving very enthusiastically through the mountains it was difficult to not get sick.
The highlight of the drive was that the driving team was smoking inside of the bus and although we complained several times to the management, it didn’t change.
On the plus side: the views were nice and the seat was relatively clean. I could charge my phone and it was not very noisy.

Hristian SFirst of all drivers are extremely rude and even mocking people when they try to ask something with translation app. Then even though they knew people asked for toilet they would randomly stop anywhere to smoke and say nothing apart from the 1 official brake. And when someone got off the bus to take a piss they were angry that they had to hand another bag for shoes. Although it's a sleep bus they would play insanely loud music at times, same with announcements.

Mette AThe bus was comfortable and very clean. The driving was a bit wild as the driver struggled to get us there on time due to traffic in certain areas, maybe because of Lunar New Year. We departed on time but were 90 minutes late to the destination. The crew was kind and helpful. They didn’t speak English but managed to communicate anyway. Some prerecorded announcements on the bus were in English. All in all a pretty good experience.

We travelled on an earlier bus as the original one was full however all communication was clear and via WhatsApp. The bus left on time and arrived exactly 6 hours later as planned! The sleeper pods are good, quite comfortable, we discovered that you can adjust the seat and make it more upright which was more comfortable.
Note no toilet on board however the driver stopped twice just for quick loo stops...would have been nice to stop for coffee though!

They welcomed us warmly and held an umbrella for us...
Upon arrival, the staff were surprised that we had stayed on the bus, as it was almost empty by the time it reached the final stop. Our suitcase was already waiting for us at the exit, which was great, but it was so dirty and the lock was open. Even though I had locked it with a combination lock, nothing was missing, but it had been tossed around in the storage compartment, which was awful.

Bartosz RReally good drive, the van is really new and luxurious, massage seats, wireless charger, they stopped about 40 min away from Tuy Hoa so you could use toilets, and they dropped us off at our hotel, which was nice. The only thing is make sure you go by their link of Google Maps directions, as we had struggled finding it as on tickets its a bit different than on their booking site, and also a bit different on email we have received, so allow 30 min minimum to make sure you find the same spot as on google link they send it (as grab, and google have different street names number for some reason)

Sam VGreat service, with a friendly driver! We came from Hanoi with another bus that had a 2h30min delay, so we almost missed this ride. Luckily the company sent us a message on Whatsapp and called us beforehand, so we could explain our situation and ask them to wait for us. It was no issue at all, they gladly waited for us to arrive before leaving for Laos. We made a few more stops in Dien Bien Phu to collect some goods and pick up a few more people. The ride itself was comfortable, in a well maintained minivan. Would recommend this to anyone traveling from Vietnam to Laos by land.

Fortunately, we arrived at the departure point early because the bus had already left. Luckily, someone drove us to the bus, which was already on its way.
Communication is very poor.
Do not travel with HT Travels, it is more of an intermediary company.
Two stars for arriving safely. Otherwise, very poor.

Noah KWe didnt leave for over an hour after the start time. They loaded our luggage into the truck bed of separate dirty vehicle that seemed like its used to transport some machinery or equipment. About halfway we stopped for lunch and one of the cars “broke down” so they switched people around to other cars after a lot of confusing yelling between the drivers. The AC didnt work in one car and none of the USB outlets charged either. We arrived after 11 hours of what is supposed to be roughly 8 hours.
It did however successfully and safely get us to our destination, it just wasn't smooth or fast.

Kelly EWhen we arrived at the bus station in Sa Pa where we were told to be by 7:40 a.m. to board the 8 am HT Travel Bus to Hai Phong, there was no one present to speak with. I messaged through Whats App that we had arrived, and also to make sure we were in the right place. We weren't told until I messaged again at 8:30 am, which was 30 minutes after the bus was due to depart, that the bus had broke down and a van was coming to take us to Lao Cai to catch another bus. The first SUV arrived with room for only one person, but not enough room for us and our luggage. Then, finally, another car came and we left at 9:20 to drive 25 km to Lao Cai. All of this time there wasn't someone to speak with in person. Very poor customer service! The bus was there on the side of the road waiting for us. Then, an hour and a half before reaching our destination in Hai Phong, the bus ran out of gas! The bus was not as clean as other cabin busses we have used in Vietnam. We will never use HT Bus Travel!

Erica TThe driving was very fast and break, making me always thinking i will fall down from the top seat! I avtuslly ask for botyom seat because that’s what we thought we have paid, but the guys rudley said that we couldn’t because was fully booked even if there were several free spot on the bottom. I really needed to use the washroom do i asked ehen we will stop and he saud no stops because there is a toilette in the bus. It was do dmall that i barrly was able to close the foor without smash my knees and with his driving like maniac imposdible to seat without falling. Anyway in the middle of the night he stopped for about an hour but not gor us to use the washroom but to unload tons of i think rice bag in differet places in a midfle of nowhere. I asked if i coukd go foen to use the washroom and he said no. He woke up us in Nha trang rudley to get off but we showed him already before that we were going to DaLat..terrible ride

Kalthom OThe transport from Hanoi to Cao bang was comfortable but the transfer from Cao Bang to Ban Gioc waterfall was poor. We expected to arrive by 1pm but arrived at about 3+ pm. We spent more than 1 hour in the van while the driver looking for passengers and customers who wanted to deliver parcels on their way to The waterfall. We end up following the driver to pick up and deliver those parcels before arriving at our destinations.
