Rất ít không gian giữa các ghế, ít nhiều cảm thấy an toàn. Không phải chuyến đi yêu thích của tôi và chắc chắn là kém thoải mái hơn so với ở Thái Lan, nhưng chúng tôi đã đến nơi an toàn và chỉ bị chậm vài phút và nhân viên rất thân thiện.

I entered Gili Air but other destinations were shown as well so I accidentally booked the trip to the wrong Gili island. Thankfully the lady at the check in changed the destination. The boat took 3,5 hours and we even had to change to a small boat before getting to the port.

We board at 13h30 to finally get off the harbour at 13h45 and to arrive at 14h40. So the time is not accurate at all. Beside that, the boat is comfy.

Smooth, fast and getting on and off without going trough the water. The seats are small, so if you’re tall it is not so comfortabel, but for the 30 minute ride it is ok. The only thing is missing is airconditioning. They say the boat is aircon, but its not.

We bought the ticket showing arrival at Padang Bai at 14:15, but we didn’t get there until 16:00. The ferry first went to Gillie Air and Lombok which were not made aware of at purchase.

Having done several trips with D"camel's larger fastboat, this was our first trip on their smaller boat. It was a large step down in comfort. The boat was very warm (no AC), and very cramped. They should really try to keep their smaller boats on par with the excellent comfort of their larger wessel.

They arrived one hour late. The whole process is messy. You need to check one hour in advance. They make you wait at a bar nearby and they are supposed to tell you they are ready to board. But they do not. You have to check yourself, otherwise you stay out. You need to leave the luggage in the middle of the street, and you do not see it back until the end of the trip, hoping that it is there to pick up.

I traveled on D ‘camel twice last week and both times the boat ran a whole hour late. Seas were calm so that was not a reason. Absolutely chaos with getting off at Gili Air as they let the passengers come on to the boat before those of us disembarking got off.

Boat did not dock at Port (Gili Air) was forced to use a small shuttle boat in dangerous conditions and while jumping from one boat to the other hit my head and lost an expensive pair of sunglasses into the water ,my wife was also panicked by this experience. Not happy.
