Giá xe cho hành trình của bạn sẽ phụ thuộc vào điểm đến và hạng giá vé của bạn. Hãy lưu ý rằng không phải toàn bộ hạng vé xe đều có sẵn đối với một hành trình nhất định, nhưng đối với hành trình dài thì thường sẽ luôn có sự lựa chọn cho bạn. Hãy chọn xe giường nằm nếu bạn muốn dễ chịu hơn khi đi xe khách đêm. Xe buýt giường nằm thường được trang bị với giường ngả được phía sau, nhà vệ sinh trên xe và đôi khi cả thức ăn nhẹ hoặc cả bữa trưa. Đi xe khách đêm cũng là một lựa chọn hợp lý nếu bạn muốn tiết kiệm một đêm phòng khách sạn. Nếu di chuyển ban ngày, xe khách express mang lại giá trị cao nhất vì thường xe sẽ ít dừng dọc đường hơn các xe khách dịch vụ thông thường. Ưu điểm của đi xe khách:

- Di chuyển bằng xe khách rất dễ dàng - không cần phải đến bến xe trước giờ khởi hành quá lâu, và thủ tục để lên xe thường rất nhanh chóng, trái với di chuyển bằng máy bay.
- Vé xe khách thường rẻ. Giá xe có thể hơi cao đối với hạng VIP, nhưng nếu bạn muốn mua vé giá rẻ, xe khách vẫn là lựa chọn hàng đầu.
- Ngoài ra, có rất nhiều hạng xe để phù hợp với nhu cầu và chi phí. Nếu bạn muốn một hành trình thực sự thoải mái, di chuyển bằng xe khách cũng hoàn toàn có thể đáp ứng được điều đó.
Nhược điểm của đi xe khách:
- Bến xe của các chuyến xe liên tỉnh có thể nằm xa trung tâm. Có nghĩa là bạn cần tính thêm thời gian và chi phí để di chuyển đến địa điểm văn phòng xe. Trong một vài trường hợp, di chuyển đến bến xe có thể đắt hơn bạn nghĩ, bởi vì đôi khi chỉ có một vài nhà xe được phép khai thác tuyến đó - và giá vé có thể bị đẩy lên cao.
- Vào cuối tuần hoặc mùa cao điểm, vé xe khách đi đến các điểm thu hút khách du lịch có thể hết vé toàn bộ lịch trình xe, và bạn sẽ cần phải đặt vé trước từ sớm.

Rahel SBản thân chuyến đi rất dễ chịu. Chúng tôi đi từ Đà Lạt đến TP.HCM. Tuy nhiên, tài xế xe buýt đã làm chậm chuyến đi bằng cách dừng lại không cần thiết (không nghỉ), dẫn đến việc trễ hai tiếng. Sau một lúc, chúng tôi đến một trạm xe buýt lạ, không phải là điểm đến cuối cùng. Khi chúng tôi hỏi, họ nói rằng chúng tôi sẽ phải đi "xe buýt đưa đón" để đến điểm đến cuối cùng. Xe buýt đưa đón khởi hành muộn hơn một tiếng so với giờ đến của chúng tôi cùng với xe buýt du lịch vì nó đang chờ ba xe buýt du lịch khác. Cuối cùng, chúng tôi đến nơi ngay trước nửa đêm thay vì 8 giờ tối.

Lisa MThe pickup was fast, easy and organized. They have a nice cafe to wait until your bus leaves.
The beds were very spacious (could fit two people if you're cuddling), the only problem I had was that I was a little too tall (1.74m) to lay down straight but like 2cm less and you'll be fine. We did some bathroom stops on the way (I think it was 3-4 I kinda slept through them) We arrived at exactly 7 am as we were supposed to and I was checked on by the company if everything's alright. We had two waters, wifi and the curtain. Definitely recommend it.

One driver smoked a cigarette in the bus at 5am and opened his window to air it out. Also, two of our four sleeper cabins didn’t have electricity so no light and couldn’t charge our phones.

Jonatan MWell kept bus with reclining seats. We go there earlier than advertised, but at the cost of a dangerous journey with constant overtaking on blind turns on windy mountain roads. It was genuinely quite frightening and made us feel quite nauseous.

Jurgen AWe took the Luxury bus from Da Lat to Hoi An which has a private bunk for each, only 1 bunk (2 above eachother) one each side.
Very comfortable although the first 3 hours were very bumby and twisty which gave some discomfort but thats nothing the bus(driver) can be blamed for.
Busowner contacted to check in if everything was fine and if we had any complaints.
We stopped 3 times +1 extra due to one of my kids needed to go to toilet (non onboard!) due to the bumby ride.
We got dropped of right in front of our hotel which is not standard but offered as extra service (we took over half of the bus with the 8 of us).
Can highly recommended.

Yasmin KDrivers communicated early with us regarding weather and early departure. Even waited as we were late due to traffic conditions. Bus bunks are huge and way more comfortable than other buses we’ve been on. Makes the long journey so much easier!

Lina BI initially booked it for the day before, but I contacted 12Go and they were able to change the date without any penalties as I did so in advance.
Later, I contacted the transport company to ask if there was a pickup point closer to my hotel, and they agreed to pick me up from there. This was so kind of them!
The bus was comfortable and the driving was good — I was very satisfied.

Ethan MIf you’re a taller individual, it is a bit cramped. The drive is very windy so you will be constantly sliding around everywhere, and if you are prone to motion sickness be advised ~ the lady next to me was throwing up the whole time. Also, don’t put in your real number on the sheet they come around with ~ the guy just uses it to promote his tailor business.

Bartosz GOverall, I had a great experience with this sleeper bus. The bed was very comfortable, and the driver was sensible. The only downside was that there were no snacks or entertainment screens, even though they were advertised when I booked. Despite that, I would happily travel with this company again and would recommend them.

Suzanne SThe check in and getting on the bus was fine however the driver drove like crash bandicoot. He drove so fast and hard over bumps that we were flung around nearly falling off the beds. Luckily there were seatbelts to keep us secure that we had on extra tight but we didn’t sleep at all due to being flung around for 10 hours. He arrived two hours early but I would have rather a smoother journey and arrived on time.

Anabel DI was confused about where pickup was supposed to be due to roadworks so I tried to contact them multiple times and all attempts failed. They later contacted me half an hour after the bus was supposed to get to the pickup to see they had arrived and where I was. At this point in time due to no contact and the bus already 30 minutes late I gave up and booked another bus as I needed to move to the next place. They also offer no refunds for any type of cancellation was your ticket is confirmed

Lynette MNo English spoken at all. Codriver was so rude. It was pitched as VIP but many were disappointed also as the bus had three rows of sleepers. No idea there was no toilet and when we did stop twice no toilet paper. Not to mention he swerved and we almost went off a cliff.

Aram AThe vehicle was great. Very comfortable seats and ideal way to get around the country. The issue was the driver. He was tremendously impatient and constantly passed people often unsafely. One time while we were going up a steep mountain he started passing a large vehicle through a blind corner, but there were several semi trucks (loris) coming down the mountain forcing the driver to bail hastily. A note to the driver if he sees this. Just because you’re used to doing something a certain way, it doesn’t mean it’s the correct way. All of your passengers were very uncomfortable most of the trip, some were saying they were ready to get off. You are providing a service, not racing a Ferrari.

Maisie ANice vehicle, well-organised at the check-in desk with announcements for each bus. The staff were all friendly. Left and arrived at the times stated! Although we stopped 20min after leaving for about an hour for them to load random boxes on to the bus. Meant we were only given 20min for a dinner stop at 9:30pm - not really enough time to order a meal and eat (we recommend ordering first, then going to the toilet while you wait..!). But at least we didn’t arrive at 5am like we have on other buses.

Yuanzhe LDeparture point was listed incorrectly on the PDF resulting in a last minute scramble to find the bus in pouring rain. The owner offered a free tour but never actually provided it. Overall not a great experience. At least the customer support agent was nice to deal and apologetic. Bus arrived on time at destination.

But the driver drives like a maniac. You get tossed around in your cabin and he honks all the time.
Dont expect to sleep in this bus.
Be aware that the most dangerous accidents in vietnam are because of bus drivers like this.
