Chuyến đi tốt bằng xe buýt, nhưng tôi không thích Melaka Sentral chút nào. Khó chờ đợi trong không gian không có điều kiện. Tốt hơn là nên xuống xe buýt sớm hơn một chút tại ga tàu điện ngầm, nhưng tài xế xe buýt không nói rằng không có ga tàu điện ngầm nào gần đường Queen. Ngoài ra, nếu bạn bị hải quan ở Singapore chậm trễ, xe buýt có thể bỏ bạn ở đó (tôi gần như bỏ lỡ nó).

Good, comfortable bus ride. Driver was safe and competent although grumpy. Very happy with my experience overall.

Rating: 2 Driver wasn't very friendly or helpful. For new travelers, we were left to figure out on our own what was expected at both the immigrations. Especially where to find the bus after clearing immigrations. At the pick up point, it was not easy to know which is the correct bus to board. Would suggest a clear sign on the bus showing information of the time of departure and destination as well as the bus company. Very basic but very important and helpful information for customers.

Our hotel booked taxi which delivered us to the wrong 707 Hotel. The Manageress told us that all online bookings advise passengers the departure site is 707 Hotel and not Melaka Sentral. As our taxi delivered us to the wrong 707 Hotel she very kindly arranged for bus driver to collect us. He gave no information about 'comfort stop' or immigration arrangements upon arrival in Singapore but we were very grateful that he waited much longer than the specified 30minutes for us to go through Customs and delivered us to bus terminal in Singapore. Pleasant trip oveall. No delays and no crazy driving.

The bus ride was enjoyable and cery comforatable seats. but the driver was somewhat brash and not polite. It was 2 pm when we registered with him and I asked if we could go grab a coffee and come back by 2.30 pm. he said NO he will leave when everybody has arrive. However even at 2.40 pm he didn't depart although the bus is full.

Driver always talk very high and too much air co !!

Normal trip. The bus left more or less on time, we had no incidents etc. Leaving Singapore immigration slow, long lines (nearly 30mins), particularly relative to how quick it was to get the immigration formalities done for Malaysia, (maybe 10mins). So it went well, as it should. Bill Wilson
