Dịch vụ đúng giờ. Xe trong ảnh không phải là xe được sử dụng. Xe buýt nhỏ khá chật chội. Tôi chọn công ty này vì thấy xe trông thoải mái, nhưng thực tế thì KHÔNG. Trên đường đến bến tàu, tài xế bám sát đuôi nhiều xe khác và bấm còi inh ỏi. Hành vi này rất hung hăng một cách không cần thiết. Tôi không thích việc xe buýt dừng nhiều điểm hơn dự kiến. Tôi không thấy điều này được thông báo trước. Tôi sẽ không chọn công ty này nếu biết xe dừng nhiều điểm.

The service was on time. The vehicle pictured was not the vehicle used. The minibus was cramped. I chose this company because the bus looked comfortable, it was NOT.
On the way to the pier the driver was tailgating a number of cars and blowing his horn at them. It was unnecessarily aggressive. I didn't like that the bus made extra stops. I didn't see where this was mentioned. I wouldn't have chosen this company if I had known it made multiple stops.

when i arrived at the port, they told me that the ferry that i paid was already gone at 4pm. so i hade to pay again and take another ticket…
such a bad organization!!

I think they booked too many people for our bus so they put us in the next one which one 1 hour after our initial departure time... without telling us!

Skilled driver, not wasting time and arriving on time even though there where quite much traffic on the route. Smooth transfers, no worries or stress.

We booked a connection departing at 12:00 from Ekkamai. We arrived in advance at 10:00. But the woman there told us that the bus is full and we have to wait until 14:00. What? We booked our seats online in advance. How is it even possible that you sell more tickets for a connection than how many people can actually fit in. We payed at your website and the price was about 100 baht higher then if we bought it at the station. So if I pay a higher price I expect also higher service. Not to wait for a connection which departures 150 minutes later than what I booked. Yes we departed at 14:30 even though we booked a connection at 12:00.
