I orignally scheduled a trip on the 12th, my girlfriends relative had a accident
She needed to stay 1 more day until the 13th to be sure she (her aunt) was released and ok
I simply ask if I could move my tickets from the 12th to the 13th, I was told NO.
Really neither bus was full, it was a simple request by some one who has been using your bus line over others
I guess customer service here I sent as good as America (and that's sad)
I emailed 12GO and tried in vain to contact the bus company itself (number on website said number no longer existed), then emailed them also
So in essenc, I lost money for the ticket on 12th and had to purchase new tickets for the 13th

It was a nightmare.
Ignoring the language issues.
Then added insurance to the cost.
This was supposed to be a VIP bus service.
It smelled bad.
Toilets stunk.
Definitely not the same standard as nakonchai air.
Several operators told me stand 31.
There was nothing there.
5 minutes before departure 21.45 I asked other drivers.
It was stand 77.
Almost 10 minutes walk from 31.
Then dispute about the seating.
Broken ac vents.
I will never book sawasdee Surin again.

Le trajet une heure de plus avec des arrêts pour les locaux n’importe ou , impossible de se faire comprendre avec les chauffeurs ils ne parlent pas anglais , pas un seul arrêt pour pouvoir se décontracter et manger et de sortir de cette cage pendant 7 heures . Inadmissible

Sitting in seat number 1. No room to put legs out at all. Seats have no padding and can not be reclined at all. I will not use this service again.

We had smiles, snacks and water, bus was on time and comfort (but not clean at all !).
We travelled in VIP. Toilets are very smelly and inconfortable for a woman, that’s the big problem for every bus company here.

Bus left late as waited for late passenger, dropped off locals where they wanted and arrived over 2 hours late. Could not even let waiting people know as the ‘free’ Wi-fi was broken.
Food ok seat ok.
Good service, good and pleasant trip. Only the time was not correct, we left from Bangkok at 9.45 and arrived to Surin at 16.50.

Free meal (I could not eat because vegetarian), comfortable seat, free water, air conditioning, said Wi-Fi but did not work.
Toilet on bus, no paper and bidet was broke, yuk. Arrived 1.5 hours late because of traffic.
This trip there were no blankets available and the toilet was extremely smelly. Bus was 1.5hrs late which would effect passengers with connecting transport. Other than that trip was good
The double seats have more legroom than the single but both are very comfortable. The meal was unexpected but appreciated as I missed breakfast. Bus ran a little late but nothing too long. Air-con got too cold for me but there were blankets available. The only downside was the toilet OK for males but not for females. I had no problems with the trip would recommend
Chose a front single seat to have a view of the drive but the windshield had big stickers that totally blocked my view. Other double decker buses didn’t have them. Snack was ok but toilet was smelly and too full of buckets. Bus left and arrived on time and driver was cautious and careful.

Although the bus trip itself was good, departure was at 1115 and not 1025 as shown on your website. Arrival in Mochit was at 1650. When my lady friend inquired as to bus departure time from Prakhon Chai at the Sawasdee Surin office in Prakhon Chai, the man on the desk was rude to her.
