    Puntuale,comodo forse però l’autista andava troppo forte , spesso andava contromano ,parlava al telefono spesso ed ha sbagliato strada 2 volte, ma comunque siamo arrivati ! In fondo non ci sono alternative quindi consiglio

    The bus was not clean and made so much noise it was hard to sleep. Also, the bus driver randomly stopped twice without saying anything and then went out to get food for himself while we had to wait in the bus

    The ride was comfortable with enough stops during these 6hours. We were a little late in KL but ok. Bad thing (and 5 others) booked a ride to Kuala Lumpur Sentral Station, but we’re dropped off at the Bus Terminal a little more outside the city. The driver just told us this is his last stop and if we want to go further we have to look for another bus. Then he just left us there. Not sure if this is his fault or wrong information on the website.

    I never receievd a confirmation email with my ticket, which caused problems checking in. Thankfully I had taken a screenshot durong checkout process. Come on, 12go, you took my money but failed to deliver.
