    Ostin lipun ennakkoon ja puhelimesta sitä autoon noustessa näyttäessä, sain lipun mistä selvisi istuinpaikkani. Paikat oli tilavat ja kuljetus lähti täsmällisesti ajallaan. Kuljettaja jakoi alkuun kaikille pienen vesipullon. Ilmastointi toimii eli jos vähääkään palelet, varaudu pitkähihaisella. Vessa on kuuma. Matka kesti 3 h 10 min.

    Got a nice seat with legroom. No dramas on trip. Only thing is the padding in the seats were not comfortable, too old and compressed.

    Although my ticket price on 12goasia was 140 baht more than buying from RRC bus company website I was unable to get the transaction to process so used 12goasia for that reason. Using 12goasia was however functional and if needed I wiĺl use again.

    Yes, overall very good, but I was given the first 2 seats on the bus and therefore was prevented from stretching out my legs due to the bulkhead that separated the driver from the passengers. Something other passengers weren’t affected by as they could put their feet under the seat in front of them. Apart from that it was a great service.

    I was over charged for the ticket. The price was meant to be $7.00au dollars. I was charged $11.00. Not very happy

    The driver don't allow passenger to talk at all even in normal volume, he even will stop at the side of highway for few time just to ask other people to shut up, although I didn't talk at the whole journey, but I don't felt disturb by other passenger even thought they are talking, everytime got people talking he will look at the back mirror just to give the stare to the passenger and purposely change to slow lane and drive very slow until the passenger is no longer talking then he will drive back to normal lane, he definitely is over reacting and got some anger issue, and me and my wife felt unsafe when he is driving like this, he is not suitable to become a bus driver with this anger issue he got.

    I talked to some ladies inside Suvarnabhumi, who gave me a paperticket, with all my luggage right in front of them. Everything all good so far. Then I go outside and hand my suitcase to a man who put it in the bus. I bring my handluggag inside the bus to my seat, but the handluggage dont fit in the overhead storage. I go back outside, and the man get angry and tell me he will not put it inside before I go back inside and pay more. There is no time to do that before the bus leaves. So I have to bring my small backpack inside the bus again and keep it between my legs for 3 hours plus. I'm sorry I did not know I had to pay more, and the ladies inside never told me. The funny thing is that the storage in the bus was only half full, so did it make any difference, I don't think so. And why get angry, in the land of smiles. Not a good experience, unfortunately.

    I liked the service, the friendly driver, the timely start and arriving 15 Minutes earlier. The bus itself showed wear and tear, kind of Thailand standard, but acceptable. Less acceptable are safety issues: due to worn-out shock absorbers, the bus was wallowing and showing severe roll and pitch oscillations after hitting bumps. Hoping that this statement encourages the replacement of the shocks !!!

    Great difficulty finding bus bus pickup point. It was in main Bangkok airport but 3 levels down. Also I had no idea where drop off point would be. Very vague & unclear

    Overall, a very smooth and punctual trip, but the pre-boarding PDF/process needs clearer instructions. Finding the bus area was tricky, though local staff and security guards kindly pointed us in the right direction. Crucial tip for travelers: You cannot board with just your digital ticket. Before heading to the bus, you must visit a ticket booth inside the airport to exchange your phone's QR code for a physical paper ticket. There is no need to print anything at home, but make sure to allow extra time at the terminal for this step!

    The driver and assistant lady were so nice. They politely reminded the person talking loudly on speakerphone by mentioning common courtesy, such as not making loud noises before departure. Passengers need to be more mindful about following basic etiquette.
