    I didn't know about the different luxury coach seating/sleeper arrangements. My first coach had larger beds. The other coach had reclining seats with very little room. For most people it would have been fine. But at 6'4"

    I had the last seat in the back of the sleeping bus and was really uncomfortable, the bus was way more expensive on this website than if I would have bought at the bus station, and one of the two bus drivers (the one that was putting the bags inside the bus) was moving the backpacks in a way that if someone has something fragile in it, it would break it

    First of all was it canceled without telling us, secondly the next bus took 8 hours instead of 5, so we ended up missing our ferry and having to stay a night in some random town

    They didn’t do regular toilet stops. And they didn’t stop at any actual toilets like other bus services here I have been on. I asked about the toilet when they did stop (ant side of an road) and I was pointed to the side of the road, meaning I was to go there. Which I did behind a car! I don’t think this is good. It was really disappointing because the vehicle was very nice.

    All worked out well reported to bus office in Chau Doc and was brought out to bus station. Boarding etc was smooth and efficient. It was a sleeper bus so lay down for the journey but space was a little tight and i am not as nimble as i used to be so hauling myself up needed a bit of effort. One toilet stop no toilet on bus !

    Overal it was alright, except for a view things. At the bus station i didn’t really know where to go and most of the people couldn’t speak English. The guy on the bus was nice and tried his best. At some bus stops you got a view rude people.

    The bus ride was fine but the organization was a little confusing. I booked a ticket with a departure of 0845. Soon after confirmation I received a WhatsApp text from the bus company saying the departure would be 0915. I arrived early and was told to board and we left at 0845. The trip was longer than advertised but good otherwise. No English communication while on the trip but it was not difficult to understand what was going on.
