    The bus attendant worked hard to make sure all passengers were comfortable and well served. He was very pleasant and kind. Also I did not expect the food/drink service which was very nice.     I had a great experience. The bus was very comfortable, with very wide seats and individuale TV screens, but you need to bring your own earplugs. We had one stop for 25min, to have something to eat (there was a good canteen) and to use WC. Also during our trup we were offered some refreshments such as jus, soda and tea, like on a plane. We came 10 min later, due to the weather condition (was heavy rain). Excellent service! Im going back only with the same company!

    The trip was.fine, bus was comfortable, the only issue is the only announcements are in Turkish so you are unsure how long the bus is stopping for. One time I was wondering if I should get off to use the bathroom and the bus left within two minutes. The next time I was unsure whether or not to get off and it was stopped 20 minutes. I asked the bus staff but they just said yes yes and walked away. Other than the language barrier the trip was great. Comfortable, well priced, hot and cold beverages and snacks offered on board. Very good trip as far as buses go.
