It is cheaper to book directly at the ferry's website. Seats note really comfortable. You need to pay a small terminal fee when you arrive and also extra to check in luggage. Instructions as to how to proceed or where to queue not clear enough

Everything went very smoothly

This our 3rd ferry boat ride in the Philippines but this was the worst experience. I am not sure if it was the ferry line or the boat that made the difference but the A/C wasn't fully working and the entire boat smelled like sewage to say the least. The ferry was also 30mins late. What made it more tolerable was that the crew put on a movie.

Business class has extremely comfortable seats! Definitely worth the extra money

We've booked for April 5, 2:20 pm via online booking for easier access at the port since I have senior companion for us not to take long que in getting ticket because it was holy week. Unfortunately the Jet that we're about to be board cancelled because of engine problem. We ask the staff of ocean jet for refund and he said we can get refund after the time of boarding but it was only 1:00 pm so we need to wait. We ask if are we still going to wait for the jet, or we need to buy ticket to other liner for sure arrival at our destination, because it was holy week as I've said earlier and there's a lot of passenger in the port so we need to decide. He suggest to get ticket at other liner and refund the ticket when going back. So we took different liner. When we are going back on Apr 8 we ask for a refund of our ticket at the ticketing booth of ocean jet. The staff told us that they will finish first all the customer for the 5:50am we were at the line by 5:30 am, there are 3 cashier in the ticket booth there is also priority lane yet we are not prioritize. I do understand that they need to prioritize the customer that are buying ticket for 5:50 am but how about us????? Are we not priority???? not only I have senior companion but got advance ticket for hassle free transaction! We booked earlier to avoid long queuing of line on April 5, have cancelled boarding, and took long line for other liner, then when refunding we need to wait??? ? Like what!!!!??????? We already got hassle beacuse of engine problem then when we are refunding we need to take that long line not to be priorities???? And the refund is not in full there are surcharger. And Yes! I do understand the less surcharges it part refund. I do hope that you improve your service... The staff are polite but need to be train in handling this kind of concern/issue/problem. They have to prioritize the refund booking and not to take them long line just to refund beacuse in the first place we booked online for our convenience not to take that long que of line.

The Ferry took off on time. The ride was smooth. It clean and boarding and off loading was quick. I do wish some of the pier fees [terminal, pier, baggage] were included in the ticket so I didn't have to keep searching for cash. Also, it would be nice if they offered some refreshments...even a vending machine would do.

The boat trip was OK: the boat very stable, on time and quick delivey of checked baggage. Just confusing getting to the ferry company desk to exchange the voucher for the ticket.

Everything easy but to costly compared to a local office ticket

I booked my itinerary for 1 pm and paid already but they could not confirm the ticket so I had to ask them to change it to 2 pm.

The checking process was very fast, but we had a delay of almost two hours. It seems like it’s a regular thing, so take it into account when making your bookings

It was very touristic. Our driver ga spoken just a little bit English. There were no instructions what to expect. The pick up was at 5am at the hotel, very comfortable. Then we had a 3 hours ride to Oslob. The swimming was a nice experience but the feed the whale sharks and they can hurt themselves at the boats. One of them had a wound. The guides are really nice there and took a lot of pictures and they try to take care of the fishes.

Boat was 1.5h late.

would have been better if the itinerary was faster than 24hrs

The confirmation of the ticketing office is somewhat late, which gave us small room for adjustments

Trip was cancelled same day because of schedule change without prior notice. Resolved by buying ticket on another ferry company with their help.

slow response needs improvement

the baggage are not organized. It is being piled up and mixed up with other baggages. It would be OK if only they don’t pile it as high as Smokey mountain. my baggage which is small has been buried beneath other luggages.

Business class was very comfortable

Excellent - on time departure and arrival. Comfortable open air with great views all for $40 Aus (return)

The seats were comfortable at the business but I think ₱500 to upgrade to business class from tourist class is exorbitant!!!!the least you can do is offer a soda or bottle of water and a snack to compensate for the ₱500.. this is personal opinion that I come the tourist and hotel industry.. tnx👍

late departure of ferry. avail the business class but it look like economy seat is not sanitize at all, considering covid health protocol

10 days before trip. flight was canceled. NO REFUNDS. i will swim next time
