Excellent customer service and bus. I don’t give them 5 stars because they picked up the wrong person, so I had to wait for another bus to pick me up like 1 hour and a half later. But even though they resolved it and were always responsive.

We stopped at the pearl shop “ Trạm dừng nghỉ eco” (https://maps.app.goo.gl/mBRPSHNXfgYcX39U9?g_st=ic) , just a trick for tourists to buy expensive stuff and bad quality and expensive coffee . Just read the reviews. Apart from that, the guy on the bus was very friendly and giving tips and places to visit in our itinerary in vietnam, he was very kind

Good Pick up service, Dan was great and we were delivered at our spot.

It can take up to 3/3.5 hours. They always stop (15 minutes) at a very busy reststop with the worst coffee in the world. Gets you from A to B in the end and in time for your cruise. Some seats have little leg room (the single seats)

It was good, but they took us to a silk manifacture to buy Things. Like that the arrival time was more than 1 hour later than planned.

The highlight was definitely the tour guide of the bus trip, Dan the Man.

Great price and communication… the vehicle was superb and took us to our dock in Halong for our cruise.

We stopped at a tourist stopping area for more than 20 minutes where you could buy way too expensive tourist stuff. Driver was not very friendly.

Arrival time of 10.30 wasn’t met. We arrived at the drop off around 11.50 am after picking and dropping off several people across several points. Later we thought that the bus conductor knew that small ships don’t leave before 12 so we won’t miss our cruise but the delay had me worried. Overall, bus was super comfortable and journey safe and great.

Great service, picked up from cruise stop and dropped off at hotel. Very comfy bus. However we did stop for 30 mins when I'd booked the faster service.

We had a stop at a Pearl Farm (about 1h) only 10 min away from our final Destination. The vehicle was good, the Crew was friendly but I paid for a transport and not a sales event.

The hours in the timetable don’t match the hours in reality. We were late almost 2h, because the bus needs to pick everyone from their hotels + a mandatory 30min stop in the middle of nowhere with a big tourist shops trying to sell souvenirs- can’t sit in the bus, as the bus is locked and everyone thrown out of it and forced to go to the mall.

On time, efficient & friendly - would definitely book again!

My wife was sitting next to the driver and me on the back of the vehicle, and our seat was not as confortable as the others in the middle. It's a shame that we pay the same price than the others passengers. We should réservé the seat and pay differently if it was seats in the middle or in the front or the back

The bus was overbooked and we had to sit in the front instead of comfortable seat, one of the front seat was missing a seatbelt.

The service and attention were excellent. The trip went by very quickly. The only bad thing was that we arrived an hour later than planned.

Driver left us in middle of street full of water. He didn't leave us in the hotel. Other cars were crossing and motorbikes too but he refused. We arrived to the hotel walking between the water.

The worst thing first, they make a 'planned stop' at a very well known tourist trap. Which will delay you for 30 minutes for no reason, except that the transporter gets a kickback from every costumer they bring there (this costs them 2 stars here) As for how the last star is lost. I was very happy to receive a whatsapp from Linh the night before, who figured out that my hotel is not reacable by their big bus, so we hammered out an alternative pick up point (good job Linh). Imagine my surprise when i get a message 7minutes before departure from someone else, wanting to know the same details again. Turns out they switched out linh and the information got not transfered. Needless to say coordinating this 7 minutes before pick up was a bit hectic. Given that the costs is at least 2 dollars higher than their direct competitor, who did a much better job for the way back (arguably the harder trip to plan in my specific case), i can not conciously recommend this transport company. Aside from the absolutely hated stop, the rest of the travel was quite uneventful. except that i saw part of the Airconditioning plastic part fall on a person in front of me, when the vehicle hit one particularly bad pothole, because the vehicle seems to be quite poorly maintained on the inside at least. Maybe the only good thing appart from linh noticing my hotel one night before, the driver had a sense of humor. Again, only book this company if you have no other choice

Pick up and drop off at accomm very helpful. Bus comfortable. Coupe of minutes late for pickup but pretty expected with Hanoi traffic.

They made us pay 100.000 vd more for the driver, no one told us that

Perfect, everything very good

Bus on time, very comfortable seats. Driver was driving very stressful and used the horn so much that it wasn't possible to sleep. We were dropped off on a weird spot by the road with the information someone else will pick us up. The next driver came 10-15 Minuten later. He was hery nice though. Overall good. We arrived in the end where we wanted.

We had a perfect ride from Hanoi to Tam Coc. Our Hotel was outside of the Old Town, so to save time, we were asked to be picked up on the other side of the highway, right by the footbridge, instead of at our hotel on the other side, which was totally ok. In Hanoi, they even had a second person looking for the travellers, so the driver could stay in his seat. Obviously, picking up the passengers across Hanoi Old Town took some time, so total travel time was around 2.5 hrs We had a short stop on the route with toillets and a shop. Driver drove carefully, was friendly and asked if temperature is ok. Modern music was played on a low level. No change of cars. Thanks for the 5-star experiance !

The great thing is that we came all the way to Tam Coc, but the journey was chaotic. It said that we should wait in the lobby so we did for 55 minutes before the driver came and then he almost drove away without us. Then there was a stop on trip, where we had to get out! Then 15 minutes later all of a sudden we were switched into another car that would take us all the way to the hotel. That was unexpected and chaotic.

Bus arrived 30 mins late and then transferred to a further bus. Very uncomfortable. All VIP seats taken, so two of us had to sit next to the driver in cramped conditions. Ok overall but certainly not VIP

Good services overall but drivers are dangerous... Keep your seatbelt on!
