Good Morning Cat Ba Bus Otobüs Sınıfları ve Fiyatları nelerdir?
Aynı zamanda her bütçeye uygun farklı hizmet sınıfları bulunmaktadır.

Sergio IThe bus was one hour on delay. Stop over without specifying previously when u purchase the ticket, as other companies show; reason why we didn't bought from then. Said you would have some rest in between in some place (sitting in an office for two hours - we had to call the staff since the place was closed when we arrived). Bus staff were so rude during the trip.

Gemma SWe booked the cat ba to Hanoi bus. We booked a bus that stated departure at 08:30 and arrival at 11:30, however when we arrived to the pick up point it turned out the bus doesn’t actually arrive until 12:30. A bit misleading when trying to coordinate timings for onward travel.

Karolina SEverything went smoothly from start to finish. The departure was perfectly on time, and we were given a bottle of water on the bus. There was also a 20-minute break during the journey.
We also had a very friendly guide who accompanied us throughout the whole journey. He explained everything clearly, told us about each stage of the trip and always let us know what we would be doing next, which made the whole experience very easy and stress-free.
The transfer to Cat Ba was very well organised, including the speedboat/ferry to the island. What pleasantly surprised me the most was that all passengers were then dropped off directly at their hotels — I honestly wasn’t expecting that at all!
I was very pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. Everything was well organised, comfortable and punctual. I highly recommend this service and will definitely use it again whenever I travel in Asia.

sera SBus was supposed to leave at 5pm, driver sent message at 12:30pm changing it to 4:30. Then called me three hours later to change it to 4:15pm.
I was out on a boat and had to rush back to not miss the bus since it was the last one for the day. We waited for 30 minutes to get on the ferry because we left so early.

Júlia JWe were scheduled to arrive in Mai Chau at 3:00 PM, but we didn’t arrive until around 5:30 PM, 2.5 hours later than scheduled.
This was a major issue because we only had one day in Mai Chau, and the sun sets around 6:00 PM. As a result, we barely had any time to see or enjoy the place. We essentially lost the only afternoon we had there because of the delay.
We understand that delays can sometimes happen, but a 2.5-hour delay is unacceptable when the arrival time is an important part of the itinerary. We booked this trip expecting to make the most of our limited time in Mai Chau, and unfortunately that didn’t happen.
Very disappointing experience and definitely not what we paid for.

Maddie BAfter receiving exceptional service on all of our transport whilst in Vietnam for the past month, this journey was disappointing. We paid extra for a 3hr “luxury” bus and ferry, but we were put on a standard bus and took the speedboat instead of the ferry. The journey ended up taking over 4 hours instead of 3 and the bus was so busy that as a couple we were unable to sit next to each other. We supposedly arrived late due to the weather, but I am struggling to see how the weather impacted the time of the journey as we left everywhere on time and did not have to make any diversions as far as I am aware. I instead think that the trip was falsely advertised to us - we would have chosen the cheaper option if we knew that the journey would have been like this. We did not receive the trip we booked.

Fabian BChanged our bus in Hanoi, first bus driver didn’t inform us about anything, probably because he didn’t speak English, bus had some beeping all night and he also drove pretty fast in bad weather and on winding road, so we couldn’t sleep a lot. But that was another company, as soon as Goodmorning Catba took over, we were informed about every stop, change of vehicles and brought directly to our destination.

Mathilde DThe trip started well with a nice limousine. However, it took almost two hours to leave Cat Ba because all the passengers had to be picked up from different hotels.
We also had to change limousine twice. The first time, we were almost left behind due to poor communication. The second time, we were put on the wrong bus and had to turn back and change vehicles again.
Throughout the entire journey, there was a general lack of clear communication from the drivers about what was happening, which made the experience confusing and stressful.

Alicia CThe organisation was very messy. We had originally booked the 2.30pm bus, but the night before our bus we got a call from the operator telling us that the bus would be delayed and that we had to change our booking timing and there were only 2 timings available (10am or 1.30pm), so we changed to the 1.30pm bus. After changing to that bus which cut short our time in hanoi, the bus still left late at 2.10pm.
