Firstly, I waited at the reception and the first driver went without me because I wasn’t in the front. If I would have known to wait there, I would have. Next one picked me up and the drive was fine, but very squashed in a full van. Then we missed the ferry and more waiting time. That all turned it in a very long trip. Organisation at change over was good.

First of all, we provided all of our contact details, including our email address and phone number, so that we could be contacted in any situation.
We were informed by email that the pickup time would be at 11:00 o’clock. In order to be punctual, we even checked out 20 minutes earlier than necessary. However, we ended up waiting for more than one hour, and we were finally picked up at 11:55. What made the situation even worse was that nobody informed us about the delay or the new pickup time.
The driver was also very unfriendly and seemed angry. During my entire trip in Thailand, this was the first time someone behaved so badly toward us. I don’t know maybe he was upset because of the poor coordination.
In addition, we had been told that we would arrive at our hotel at 14:40, but we only reached our destination at 15:50.
While we were waiting, I called the phone number provided in the PDF several times. Each time, I was only told, “Don’t worry, they are on the way and will pick you up soon,” but nobody could give us any precise or reliable information about the actual pickup time.

bus was 30 minutes late, very old bus with a weird smell and 70s decorations lol but the seats were roomy. 3 hour journey with no stop and the driver played really loud music but nothing too bad.

The van was booked with too many people. The last 4 people to came in had to leave their luggage on pick up site for the next van or taxi to deliver them at their drop up site. On the way, we had to pick up someone else, even if there was no seat left. So the driver put a board in the alley, to hang between 2 seats for the extra person to sit on. But the board took like a third of each of these 2 seats and it was really uncomfortable for the ride.

I arrived at bus terminal for 10.30am bus departure....waited waited waited....the bus finally departed 11.40..no information issued....i asked a few times....noone was helpful at all...in fact 1 woman who was sitting at the checkin counter next to the one i checked into simply refused to even acknowledge me while i was politley trying to get some info.....so, terrible customer service/communication....

Meh- fine if you want to keep the price down and don't have any time expectations and are ok being packed in like sardines and potentially changing vehicles without having any real understanding of what is happening- it'll be fine. I knew the time was a "estimate "so I didn't mind being picked up late by about 40 minutes, the drop off time was not that late given how many other pick ups and drop offs we had to do, but at one point they just got us all off the van and made us transfer to an open vehicle without understanding why, but we were branching off depending on where we were going. There MAY Have been ac? Couldn't tell with how many people ! Again – if you want to save money, you will get there. If you want to be comfortable – pay more and book a private vehicle or taxi

I found everything fine. The operator looked at the reservation and gave me a sticker and sent me to the platform. In general, there were a lot of connections and no one noticed me. When it was almost time for my connection, I went to ask again. She checked the connection by phone and it probably didn't leave at all, so she gave me a ticket for another bus and so I waited an hour longer. I had a reservation for Phuket Bus Terminal 1, but the final one was already at Phuket Bus Terminal 2. And I didn't have anything else booked, because that would have been more complicated. Next time I won't make any reservations and will rely directly on the local offer.

A full van should never be an option for passengers with large amounts of luggage. The vehicle wasn’t big enough to accommodate everything, so the driver stacked the bags in the narrow aisle. It became one of the most claustrophobic trips I’ve ever experienced. On top of that, the driver stopped around four times along the way to make deliveries.

we booked for 11am and they put us on a bus at 12am. It was really packed and we didn’t have that much space. The bags where between the seats so they sometimes fell on us. And we arrived later then planed. It said we will arrive at Ao nang at 14:50 but we arrived around 16:30 and we were the second stopp on Ao Nang

Very unorganised and very squished in the back of the vans. They ram people in, leaving no room for bags so it’s a tight squeeze because they want as many people to book for money without thinking about your experience. Getting on the ferry was very dangerous and unsafe due to the waves, people were falling over as the ferry kept lifting off the ground. It was terrible. It took 12 hours to get from Koh Lanta to Koh Samui.
