    Otobüs de servis yapan erkek görevli arkadaşımın kızının yanına oturmaya çalıştı. Arkadaşımı en on koltuğa oturmayı ve kendisinin de kızının yanına oturmayı önerdi. Ve ramazan ayında. Bizler de tepki gösterince yerine geri gitti ve ayakkabılarımı çıkarıp en ön koltukta uyumaya başladı. Ayakları fare ölüsü gibi kokuyordu. Böyle bir 7 saatlik yolculuk hayal edin. Otobüs konforu fena değil ama işletmenin durumu bu.

    We were supposed to arrive at 3:30 PM, but instead of traveling from 8:50 AM to 3:30 PM, we ended up traveling from 9:20 AM to 7:00 PM!!! We lost several hours because of this delay. Customer support didn’t respond to us for two days, and nobody helped us. We will never use 12Go again.

    The evening bevor travelling with go bus, I have got the the ticket confermation. When I arrived at Hurghada Bus Station next morning, they have told me, that the Bus I have booked, is cancelled. I had to wait three hours for the next Bus, which had a lower booking class. I do not give a vote to the other points. in this case it is just necessary to arrive at destination.

    The trip was perfect - fast and comfy. We traveled on the highway. The bus was very good, comfortable and modern, air condition on board. I could watch movies on the screen placed in the armchair (big selection of arabic and english ones)

    There was a delay in receiving information regarding the ticket.When I did get confirmation the bus that I had booked had been changed to a later one.This was a bit confusing and not all details came through straight away. The ticket was in Arabic script so I had to get my hotel to conform all the details.

    3 hour trip took 4.5 hours. Bus stopped at the first pick up point after 45 minutes. It took 50 minutes to get going again. Driver was smoking all the way on the mobile phone. It's scary and dangerous.

    Driver asked for €10 for a medium size bag and we were supposed to have 2 bags included. trip advertised as 4 hour journey takes 6 hours. no obstruction on the way, misleading information provided and we arrived are unable to change return bus from luxor even though terms and conditions says it’s possible. no help from customer service. we got separated as well and there was no wifi as advertised.

    The image shown for the bus we had purchased does not correspond to the bus that had arrived. My chair was badly stained, felt like a rock to sit on it. Legroom isn't sufficient for anyone taller than 170. Not their fault, but you need to cross the dangerous street to sit in the bus in Cairo, which is traumatizing. Overall, I think this may be better than other companies based on what I've read about them, but it still doesn't deserve more stars. Even booking phase was buggy, as it doesn't show seat locations properly.
