Booking my ferry for my round trip from Koh Phangan to Koh Samui was very easy and convenient. Echo Travel was fantastic. The staff is very helpful and friendly. At both destinations the departure was on time. Highly recommend it.
Went with this ferry as the terminal was closest to the Koh Samui airport and arrived closest to our accomodations on Koh Phangan. Ferry left on-time and was very fast by speedboat. Felt safe and well-organized!
The location in the app and on the confirmation is not correct punk almost everybody I met on the boat told the same. They had to ask people on the street where the right pier is and look for it.

We booked the boat for 11 am - when we arrived at 10:30 am they told us that there will be no boat at 11 am - however we were told to wait until the boat at 12:15 pm. There was no excuse and no explanation. On top of this the 12:15 boat took of 20 mins late. The drive itself was comfortable. Luckily we had no flight to catch

Everything went perfectly. We took a taxi directly from the airport to the pier for 250 THB, and the driver immediately knew where to go. At the pier, you can also buy drinks and a small snack, so the waiting time was very comfortable. There was no problem at all with the luggage. The service was very good, very courteous, and the overall organization was excellent.

Great staff, fast boat, as bumpy as you would expect a speed boat to be. To locate the meet stop, turn left from the noted address then right and walk to the end of the pier, past the outside gym. Looks like a public pavilion.

The boat was clean, and we didnt feel the ride at all. Great experience and great company, i highly recommend
We arrived fast (under 20 minutes), the road is quite bumpy although the sea was calm beacause the boat travel fast.
Out luggage was thrown in a un-organized pile i. The front of the boat and the crew was sitting on the suitcases
Great service. Easy to find and we left on time. Took 25 min from Samui to Phangan, at 20h30.
However the lack of communication or instructions regarding life jackets is worrying.

The waiting area was reasonable. The vehicle left right on time. The staff on land and on the boat were kind and helpful. When the boat went backward to leave the dock, much motor smoke went into the boat, people chocked on it, and it made some people of the family feel sick for the entire trip.

Decent journey pretty quick once we got on the water. Slightly delayed getting on the boat by 15mins. Helpful staff taking luggage and handing out life vests. Recommended travel.
Provided departure meeting point was wrong. Nobody is picking up at the service phone number. Found the boat in the end. Departure and arrival on time.
If I would have to choose between speedboat and slower ferry again, I would choose the ferry as you don’t have a view on the speedboat and you sit quite tight with other passengers.

All great except there is a low level wire that runs all the way around the waiting area so you have to lift your cases over it to wait and then over it again to board the boat. Should have a small gap to allow for rolling cases.
