Kit GI really do not like that I cannot pick a seat for this bus on 12-go. The bus itself is great. Seats have loads of space, are comfortable and the staff is helpful.

Gwendolina LTerrible busride, we went to Chumpung the airco was so cold my daughter and I where freezing, we asked for more blankets but there where non. It was 16 degrees inside?? So we both could not sleep. They also forgot to mention where we had to get out so when we stopped it was the end and we should have gone out 2 hours before. At 4 in the morning we where in the middel of nowhere. Luckly the super nice stewardess who gave us cookies and water called someone wgo brought us to another busstop. We had to wait untill 07.30 to go back to the place we should go out before.
Pain in my neck (its build for small Thai not big Dutch woman) shoulders and butt, the chairs are poor we arived at 09.30 at our point of destanation instead of 05.00.
We where happy with the stewardess, but be aware no one speaks English.
I would not do it again ever

julia LOverall, the bus trip was pleasant. When I got off the bus and collected my luggage, I noticed that my suitcase had been damaged and some of the contents were missing. It was obvious that it had been opened during the trip and some items had been stolen. Perhaps you could forward this to the bus company so that they are aware of the incident.
Of course, I realize that no liability will be accepted, but I am still somewhat disappointed with the trip...

Brian JTravelled from Bangkok to Surat Thani. Very easy once I spoke to the “Information “ desk on the top floor. They were able to direct me to the right window to get my ticket and bus platform departure information. It was a good experience. It gets chilly on the bus, but they provide blankets. The Hub hotel is right next to bus station in Surat Thani. Cheaper to book in person at hotel than online. Very good experience/good quality service. Thank you!🙏

Amelie HThe VIP-24 bus was quite comfortable for sleeping although some of the seat components (e.g. footrest) weren't functioning well. What was rather confusing and troublesome though was that the seats advertised on the website were not available (I was contacted after booking that onlz VIP-32 seats were available) and that I couldn't reserve specific seats. The departure time was also one hour later than advertised and communicated by email. And then to my positive surprise, when I picked up the tickets at the bus station I was able to upgrade to VIP-24 after all. Confusing... The stewardess on the bus was also rather rough and slightly unfriendly.

Taeko Pbus ride was very comfortable. Super clean, wide and spacious and more comfortable than budget airlines.
One thing - when I booked a ticket online, it says that I should check in at the counter 1 hour before the departure (8pm), however, the counter was never open at the bus terminal and the bus came at 8:20pm. If you makes changes on procedures, you should inform your customers in advance. It is quite worrisome if your customers are not familiar with the area and especially now there are many uncertain factors due to Covid-19 situation.

Dana The bus itself was good. Very comfortable seats, a lot of space. Bus left on a time and arrived earlier than expected. The AC was too cold during the night. The staff speaks zero english so it was difficult to communicate and not very pleasant. We also missed the midnight snack on the way because they didnt tell us or show us where to go and what to do to get it. Bus was a bit loudy.

Trent Bus was on time, we got water and a small snack, as well as a blanket and pillow. Bus had charging points. Stops a few times through the night (maybe 5) at rest stops, we arrived in Ranong at about 5:30am. 5 stars as far as a night bus goes, I even managed to catch a few hours sleep and I'm 6'4 so this should speak to its relative comfort.

Meaghan The seat in front of me was broken and it went back so far that it actually touched my legs on my seat. It was very uncomfortable and I was the last row on the bus and the last row seat does not go all the way back. The lock on the bathroom door did not work and someone got trapped in there for about 20 minutes

Patrycia The good: easy to collect ticket, bus left on time, arrived early, good driving.
The bad: we were given the seats at the back of the bus, which did not recline fully because of the back wall. The seats were also broken so the leg rest did not work and they were over the engine so it was uncomfortably hot and noisy. There were 7 stops along the way and the lights came up for all of them making getting any sleep difficult. attendant was surly and unpleasant.no mid point meal provided but we were given a package snack, juice box and a small water at the beginning.

David Beware:
When we arrived at the bus terminal in Bangkok a lady that wanted us to take a cart for our luggage was quite aggressive. She insisted us to take two carts even though our luggage fit in one. I almost got in a fight with her. She asked 200 baht for the cart, which is insane compared to what you pay for a taxi there. Anyway she pushes the cart and shows you the way, which is nice. Because the terminal is quite big (like an airport) you have to go up and through the whole terminal.
The bus trip was great and fast for a bus. Only one real stop for a Thai lunch, which is included in the price. We traveled with three kids and they had a blast. We sat upstairs right at the window. Comfi bus and seats.

If you in are in Ranong town head to the choke anan office as the bus starts here and could save you money/time in trying to get to the main bus station
