Amit KWe didn't receive any communication regarding Vehicle number & driver till last minutes. We also raised ticket. Driver MUST WHATSAPP / COMMUNICATE with passenger that he will arrived. At last minute we discovered he was waiting outside. Except this there was no problem. Due to above problem, we had to book a GRAB vehicle also, which was cancelled later on.

Tsz LDriver was on time with the pickup, stopped for restroom as we requested, and helped us load/unload our luggages. Although we ordered an SUV, we ended up getting a luxury van instead that allowed us to adjust our seats and put our feet up. Overall, the ride was quick and comfortable.

Emory RGreat trip! The driver was waiting for us with a sign with our names on it when we arrived and was very helpful with our luggage. His driving was good and the van (an upgraded vehicle from what we booked) was very comfortable. He surreptitiously took a few pictures of us which was a bit odd, but other than that it was a good service and we highly recommend it!

Bibianne VAfter reservation we received an email from the company stating the driver would wait for us with a sign with our name. Instead we waited around and got a call that we had to walk to the nearby 7-11. No problem but we are not familiar around and we were informed otherwise. When booking, a photo of a vehicle was showed of a brand new clean and neat car. We understand that not every car can be brand new, this was an old car with very different style than shown on the picture. We did not really mind this, we were comfortable and it was clean. The email also stated that ferry fare was not included (very understandable) and would be 80 thb for the passengers. Instead we had to pay 360 thb in total. Not much but we were informed otherwise.
About 1,5 hrs before arrival, driver started making many comments about it being a long drive and long day. We agreed but it was not something we could change. Then at the arrival he immediately asked us for a tip. We did not give one because of all this. We wanted to beforehand but it was an expensive trip for us as well and there were just too many things adding up.

Mary SThe first hour the driver was yawning the whole time. I asked him several times if he was okay? If was tired? His English was bad. He drove constantly to the right and I told hem a few times to be careful and stay straight on the road. He went from 120 to 80 km and back, using the brakes and using the gas padel in a strange way. He was't wearing a seat belt and after half an hour the was leaning over his steering wheel. I asked him again if he was okay? He said he had to go to the toilet (was he not feeling well??) I said to my daughter that if he starts to drive the same way as the past hour, I will ask him to stop the car and call the company to sent another safe driver.
After the stop, the last 2 hours went okay. But My daughter and I didn't feel safe the first part of the transfer. We never had this experience before. And we have travel more than 20 years around the world using taxi service.

I had to share my GPS location to 12go before the driver finds us.
The journey itself was fine regardless the traffic jams (independent from 12go).

Jabez JLast minute booking so i am glad it went through. The downside perhaps was i am not aware of vehicle carplate number, only driver's contact. Solo travelling up pattaya and they assigned a female driver for me. Ms Monkaew called and came into the lobby to look for me. Vehicle is a red toyota leader. - more comfortable & stable than i thought. Trip took a shorter time than expected. Am glad to reach my hotels point to point without stop. All went smoothly.Thank you.
