Stacy It was a ten hour trio. We were given a bottle of water and a weird chili bun at the beginning. The AC barely worked so I was hot. The bus stopped every hour or so for the drivers to have a smoke break. This caused the bus to be an hour plus late while staff at my hotel waited. When we stopped for dinner they only allowed 20 minutes which was extremely rushed. We were not offered a blanket or anything else. Overall poor service.

Gudrun HThe busdriver was very helpfull, and gives us all the information we need. There was a free meal at 12pm with our VIP-Bus-Ticket, that tasted very well! The seat could have been bigger for my family, but we are all 1.75m or taller, so it is sufficient if they are smaller!

Bus is super clean , there is a toilet in the bus (clean)
Have to use bidet to flush . If you are particular about your toilet , they have 1 pit stop 4 hrs into the ride
Overall super happy with this trip

Victoria Hthe upper part of the bus had many empty seats but I was not allowed to move seats. the seat I had, foot rest was broken and I had a large person sitting next to me. Moving to a new seat would have made the long trip much more comfortable.

Aristea KTo be honest I didn’t have high expectations of a 10 hour bus journey however I was blown away by the service and quality of the journey. I was travelling by myself so I was a little nervous but I felt so safe the entire time. We were provided with water and snack and at the lunch spot we could exchange our ticket for free lunch which was delicious. The seats fully reclined back and I slept majority of the journey. I enjoyed it so much would definitely do again.

Mehdi SThe bus is very cold due to air conditioning being on we were given a blanket, the blanket is in a sealed plastic bag but it is an old blanket and not soft. Noone speaks any English so if you are not sure about something there is noway of finding out. There is no WiFi on the bus. I bought ticket online e and recived a bar code with information but I had to get a paper ticket at the station using the information I was emailed.

We were given a blanket, water, and a snack.
We also made a few stops along the way.
The journey itself was very comfortable and not as scary as we expected, so overall our experience was good 🙂

Alida WThe bus arrived even a bit earlier at the destination! I had so much leg space and the seats were also quite comfortable. You get a blanket and a pillow is integrated into the seat. There was a toilet on board and they provided us with water as well as a small snack. The only annoying thing was that they woke us up at 1am for a break, but I just slept through it.

Julia SThe bus was punctual, they took good care of our luggage and it was very comfortable. We had a blanket, A/C, a lot of space and the toilet was okay as well. The staff gave us water and something to eat (a chocolate bar and a little bread with raisins or something like that). I can recommend it, better than our first night bus in Thailand.

Christian GIt was so freezing in the bus that I thought I’m going to die (I was wearing long pants and a jacket already, as I knew that the buses are idiotic cold). Besides that, everything else was quite good for a bus ride.

Petter EFor a foreigner there is only a little bit of information, so here is some advice: Bring your own bag for things you need through the night, like warm clothes (they make it very cold). They stopped at night to eat without me understanding everything. It shakes and throbs a lot, but the seat can be pushed far back, so get some sleep.

The seating was comfortable and reclined, allowing you to sleep through the journey with adequate space. However, the customer service from the hostess on the bus was poor, I don't think she smiled once during her interactions with the customers nor did she make any real effort to actually speak. Other than that it was very good valuable money

Wai It was great. It’s a really average bus to travel with, not much to say. The toilets should be maintained well in my opinion because they smell a bit strong when the doors are not closed properly. The driving feels safe, seats are normal, bus is comfortable enough.

Martyn WThe bus turned up and arrived on time. The seats were reasonably comfortable with recline and footrest options. Leg space was good. A bottle of water and some snacks were provided. Unfortunately, the hostess had a really bad attitude. She was blunt and rude in evefy interaction. Three hours into the trip she made me move from the seat I'd preselected to a worse seat with limited widow view and a three year old sat behind kicking the back of my seat. No explanation was provided and my original seat remained empty for the rest of the journey. It takes the best part of 11 hours to get to Chiang Mai and the last thing you need is someone like this hostess making the journey more stressful. I wouldn't use this company again due to her attitude.

Ambrine GGot welcomed with clean blankets, a bottle of water and snacks. Seats were spacious enough to rest properly for the night. Around the middle of the trip there was a break long enough for toilet and we had a voucher for a free meal.
Would have been perfect with wifi connection, still would take it again!

Lonne EIt was the best organised bus company we used in Thailand so far. We got a small snack and a bottle of water after we got on the bus and made a stop at midnight where we could get free, basic, Thai food. It is still a bus, so it wasn't extremely comfy, but it was definitely fine. We arrived about 1 hour earlier than expected.

The air conditioning was crazily cold, I don't understand why they use it so strong, I arrived at destination with throat sore. There was a continuous "beep" sound during the whole ride which was very annoying. Note: no plug socket, but 2 x usb-a.

Allan BYour website showed the bus leaving Bangkok at 14:00 and arriving in Chiang Mia at 00:30 the next day. The bus actually arrived 1.5 hours later at 02:00 due to many local stops. Recommend you reflect more accurate arrival time.
