It was not axara transfer, it was lomprayah bus. I paid 300 tbh, but got lomprayah bus (250 tbh for everyone else). It’s not okay, feels like a scam.

Great value night ferry + private transfer. My flight arrived hours before pickup and it was extremely helpful to be able to leave my luggage until then.

A different sort of trip for me and this overnight ferry worked well.

The sleeper boat is great, just two things: the air-conditioning was strong and it was cold there in the sleeping room. There are only light blankets to cover yourself with so have some extra clothes with you. Also the beds are hard (personally I like that as well as hard pillows- so Ithis is just FYI) We left on time, people were great, slept as a baby. Arrived on time. Everything was very well organized.

The sleeping Ferry is a Transport Ship,.. But in the sleeping Room there are Clean and Fresh bedpillows and a good Aircon. I Had slept as a baby and woke Up whem.the light Gos on an we arrived und aerlier as the Plan was. Great I would do IT even more! Thx

Can’t condemn it too much, it’s probably just the nature of the thing. Not a good alternative available, anyway; but the sleeping quartes were in a windowless cargo hold with no ventilation. Woke with a nasty cough feeling rather unrested.

Ferry was on time, the beds were actually quite comfortable. Overall would recommend to anyone!

The departure place was easy to reach, they took us to the pier punctually. The boat had comfortable beds and okay bathrooms, the night view was really nice. We departed at 22:10 and arrived at 05:00.

Driver was early and super friendly and helped me with the luggage.

We arrived at Axara Travel office in Chumpon about 15 minutes before the departure to the ferry boat. Instructions from 12go on how to get there were clear. Staff were waiting for us and there was only one other traveller. We were offered 20 minutes to grab some food first as we just arrived from Bangkok; we opted to go straight to the pier and have some food there instead. We chose this service as we were not sure which pier to embark from for the ferry to koh Tao. As it turned out it was quite a distance and we could have easily turned up at the wrong pier had we had to make our own way. The ferry was excellent. Beds were clean and neat with pillow and blanket. It can get colder at night, a light jacket and socks would help on top of the blanket provided. toilets were clean. Lights were switched off once sailed off. Views of fishing boats all along the estuary were great as ferry was leaving the port (just a few minutes later than scheduled, 9pm). Sea was calm. Waking up a few times feeling the cold but couldn't be bothered to grab my socks and an extra layer, otherwise it was comfortable. Ferry docked an hour later than scheduled, at 4am. You're allowed to stay on board until a bit later. We're the last people getting off at 6am. Nothing was opened on the island in those hours but thankfully we had made arrangements with our hotel

I woke up shivering from the insanely cold air-conditioning. No one told me where to get a blanket or offered me one. Other bunks had multiple up as curtains and for sleeping. Wasn't able to find an available one so went out of the dorm and layed down on the hard ground under the stairs. We arrived about 4:30 which was fine as it was one of the much closer piers up the river/inlet.

Mine train came 1.30 hour later and the driver still waited on us. I was impressed by that! Thank you driver.

The Trip was ok and the driver accomodated to the earlier arrival. However the price was far too high. Iwould have expected to pay 1/4 th of the price 12go asked.

Great service. On time and fast

i have booked a van for 6 peoples. The van wasn't ready when we arrived to koh tao from bangkok . 12 go Asia found a solution rapidly and we were able to take our plane on time . lot's of stress but the company has been very reactive.
