The operator was a bit early and informed us before the 10-12 hour taxi ride that he only had 2 hours of sleep, because he did the same drive there just before. The driver almost fell asleep during driving which made us feel very uncomfortable

5 stars even though during our first pick up was a bit miscommunicated with the driver and the local operator. Our voucher’s statement clearly stated about the pick up time. I called and texted the driver and explained and told me and showed me the text that they sent to them about the pick up time and that was 10:30PM. Our pick up time supposed to be by 5AM that was showed on oir voucher and the time I choose to be pick. We’re waited for almost 3.5 hours. I think this is only a miss communications between them and not by the 12go. Both drivers(from 2 trips the second trip was on time) from these base from my experiences is very recommendable, they are so courteous. I still really appreciate their services. I until the next visit still using 12go.

Driver was great. My flight was stuck on the terminal for an hr and another half hr at immigration. He waited and was so nice and professional. Drove safely.

The van arrived 45 min late, but we had been previously informed. There was a big van just for 2 people. The driver and copilot didn't wear the attire described on the voucher. Sometimes, they drove unsafely. There was a lack of communication about the stops planned.

Everything went well, the driver arrived early and we were also early for pick up but couldn't recognise the car until the driver texted me. It would be good to know the registration of the car or have a driver contact sent via SMS before the trip begins.

Pick up time was 4am but the driver showed up late 45min. The hotline wad not reachable at that time, no number plate and driver number was pre-informed. We could do anything until we found transportcompany's facebook account then luckly reached officer by celphone number on it.

The email that the company sent said the driver would be dressed in a black polo barong, slacks, and black shoes and that he would be holding a sign with my name on it. He was not dressed as described, and I saw no one with a sign with my name on it, making it impossible to know who my driver was at the airport waiting area. I called the contact number listed on the ticket five times and no one answered. I contacted the support team saying my driver was 30 minutes late and that I couldn’t reach him at the callback number, so they sent me an email back saying what my original pick up time was and gave me the same operator number I had already been calling. I replied back saying it was still 30 minutes later and that the number didn’t work. Finally, almost an hour after my scheduled pickup time, the operator’s secretary emailed me with his direct number and I was able to call him, only to find out he had been there the whole time. What would have made that experience better would be if the company gave a more accurate description of the driver, or if the driver actually followed the dress code and sign holding that the company gave me. How am I supposed to know that when you say “black polo barong, slacks, and leather shoes, holding a sign with your name on it” really translates to “plain white t-shirt, khakis, and no sign?” Additionally, I found it very unappealing that throughout the entire 5 hour drive he kept hawking loogies out the window. It was gross to listen to.

Driver right on time at the right place and no problem to bring us at destination. Only the driving could be a little bit improved by being smoother but really not a big deal. Good service!

Perfect Service!!! Driver arrived on time with no hassles.

The driver was ok. But he arrived 3 hours late for a 2pm pick up because he had to leave the airport and service another customer going to Ifugao and pick us up in Baguio. We left Baguio 6pm and arrived Manila at 3am. Imagine the stress of the kids. To the operator, please do not do this to your drivers. That was like a 2 days drive. Let us avoid accidents by letting them have enough rest. We deserve a discount for the long wait. We checked out at 11am and had to wait until 6pm. NOT a very good experience.
