Šimon NWe booked a limousine from Tam Coc to Bai Chay, some of the other reviews had us expecting the worst but it was absolutely fine. Since I read the communication isn't great and the pickup place and time might not be accurate I tried to text them the day before, to which they didn't respond. However, when we got to the place mentioned on the ticket I texted again and they responded pretty much immediately. A taxi picked us up on time and took us to the bus station for transfer. The limousine turned out to be a sleeper bus but that was probably for the better. We departed a little late, did make a bunch of stops to drop or load random luggage or people. Then they told us to leave the bus at a random spot like 15 minutes away from the original location, but the bus staff just handed 100k VND to a taxi driver there, told us not to worry and the taxi took us to our hotel after I showed him (hotel drop off was not even included I think, so nice). We only arrived like 15 minutes late. (No fish were transported that day) Overall decent experience, got us from A to B. Communication truly wasn't great, getting kicked off the bus before your stop is a little confusing, but I say trust in the process, they know what they are doing.
