I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received on Hanoi Noi Bai Airport - 2 Dao Duy Tu Ninh Binh, 22 Sep 09:30
I had planned this trip carefully and woke up at 4:00 AM in order to arrive at my destination early and make full use of the day. Departure from the airport was scheduled for 9:30 AM; in practice, we did not leave until 11:30 AM.
While I was waiting at the airport, it became clear that the operator had chosen, at his own discretion, not to inform me of the driver's delay, and was instead waiting for an additional passenger to join the ride, apparently to save time and costs at my expense. Only after repeated requests on my part, and after I explained the importance of arriving early, did the vehicle finally depart.
After a three-hour drive, I arrived at my destination in a vehicle in poor condition, falling far short of the executive-class service I had been promised and had every reason to expect.
The treatment I received, from start to finish, did not meet the standard expected of a professional transportation provider and left me feeling that neither my time nor my business was valued. Regrettably, following this experience, I do not intend to use your services again.
I therefore request that you conduct a thorough review of how this booking was handled, and that I receive appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused.
I look forward to your prompt response.

Joanna NOn time, safe respectful driving, helpful man and a very decent stop in the middle at a clean and pleasant rest stop/shop.
Arrived into the bus station where it was easy to get a Grab taxi. Bus was new and in excellent condition. All good.

Laura HMany stops which made it really unrestful, you got woken up by loudly speaking staff waking people for their stops with full light on. Woke up at least 5 times on the drive to Ha Giang.
It wasn‘t mentioned that you have to do a transfer and switch busses (which is also a useful information), they were always ahead of schedule for arrival one time 1h ahead one time 1,5h ahead. One should have that in mind. Apart from that it was an okay experience for 15-20€, if you get a solid driver. Both times after they switched it got worse and they drove like crazy, the first driver was always fine.

Michael CWe had to change two times without any prior information. First driver was on his mobile all the time and driving like crazy with very dangerous overtaking in the city. Second driver and bus (the main bus) were okay.
Third driver seemed to be in a hurry without any reason. He was speeding like a madman and car didn't have proper seatbelts.
So far, our only bad experience with a travel agency in Vietnam.
