Fast Check In and convenient Transportation!
Prob due to early full booked Van we started 30 Mins earlier, but all participants where there so make sure to arrive at their office maximum 30 mins earlier.
All in All I would book with them again!

English is limited at both the office and with the driver but everyone was very helpful despite the language barrier to help me make sure I was on the right bus at the right time. The only concern was that my 3 pm bus left at 2 pm, which I luckily happened to get back to the office in time and got me back to Bangkok early, however, if someone didn't know that it would leave early that could be problematic. The driver had the typical Thai driving style which could bother some people but I am used to it. Van was older and a/c seemed to have some issues with cooling as I noticed the driver checking and turning it up quite often. Overall it was not a bad experience.

I was allowed to leave the Lop Buri Terminal immediately upon arrival, as a van was on the point of leaving, even though my reservation was for more than seven hours later. I arrived early at the bus terminal and was allowed to get on an earlier trip. The driver did not speak any English but was friendly. I had to pay extra for having my suitcase carried on a seat beside me.

The drive to Bangkok was excellent, but the driver didn't stop at the airport (which was the stop I had booked) and didn't understand any English when I tried to tell him. With the help of another passenger, he let me out somewhere in the city and it took me an hour to get to the airport.

Very helpful staff at the station and I got help from the driver too.
I was on the back seat as I had a large bag and there was space for it there. However it was an extremely bumpy ride. Comfortable seats otherwise.

The driver was very nice, the entire team very helpful. But the drive was at least 2 hours longer than anticipated by the website. The air condition wasn’t really working, the entire drive was pretty bumpy.

For the price you pay it’s a good service, A/C, comfy seats and a friendly driver. Could maybe do with more leg room but I’m taller than most Thai people so I expected that.
