Ligtas magmaneho at palaging nagccheck ng pasahero. Seats are comfy. Understandable na mahina ang aircon due to high oil price. Follows speed limit. Arrived at Manila within 12 hours.

Loved the recliner seat, it was way more comfortable than the typical seats that you see on a bus, and that helps when you're on a 10-hour trip. Just wish there was Wi-Fi too since it says on the trip description that there's Wi-Fi access. Was told by the conductor that it's not available, but it's not a big deal.

The Bus Waiting Area should be very clean and the rest room must be clean and ready for use all the time. No sanitation was provided like alcohol or hand sanitizer.

My husband left his wallet at the bus. When I called Turbina Office, the tender / officer is very attentive to her phone to take the call and provided me the cp# of the drivers buddy and eventually got the cp# of the driver of Z2 bus. The driver then requested his supervisor to check if there was a wallet left at #34 #35. He found it and gave to the driver which the driver then turned over to the Bicol Isarog office at Tabaco City since my husband will claim the wallet Thank you for your help! Keep it up Penafrancia Staff!

Am a regular passenger of Penafrancia since it started in the '80s. i can understand the mess last Dec,30. There was a typhoon and a lot of passenger were stranded and buses were so late both in arrival and departure. Otherwise the services of said bus line is okay.
But they can improve still. Undeer ordinary circumstances we expect the buses to leave the station as stated in their tickets!

Hi,
I had several issues with the trip but I'll be highlighting the one I am most concerned about.
The trip's overall amount is inconsistent. The receipt that was sent to me through email contains amounts in PHP and in Baht. The charge on the credit card is different from the amount shown on the receipt and on the voucher and also on the ticket issued to me on the terminal itself. This is the same case with my friend with booking #VQUKJU56LP , I hope I can also get a refund or at least issue a receipt with the same amount as charged on the credit card to I can reimburse it from our company.

For starters, it is not what we expected. The lazy. Boy seats are wormed out. Seat belt not totally working. It's not what it looks in the web. Worse was we were seated at the last row of the bus. It's like we were at a rock concert head banging!

The elite bus is much better than the skybus wc we rode going to naga fr alabang. It is clean and more spacious than the skybus wc we rode last august 24 8:30 pm trip... The only peculiar with this trip was the co-pilot does not want us to occupied the sit assignment to us which is seat #22 since its for them to have rest so my son (12y/o) was forced to seat at the back seat which make him uncomfortable and sick during the trip from naga to alabang.

WE BOOKED ONLINE SO MY PARENTS COULD BE SEATED COMFORTABLY, BUT THEY WERE ASSIGNED A DIFFERENT BUS UPON ARRIVSL AT THE TERMINAL, WHICH HAD A DIFFERENT CONFIGURATION, BUILT AND SEATING ARRANGEMENT SO THEY ENDED UP IN SEATS FACING THE COMFORT ROOM, WHICH WAS FRUSTRATION BECAUSE THEY NEEDED REST AS THET WERE BOTH TIRED FROM A FUNERAL.

The trip is overall smooth and fast. Driver is professional. Seats are spacious and comfortable. The only minor issue is the air-conditioned, I hope they can lower down the cold air temperature during the trip or better provide blankets for the passengers for added comfort (even with extra charge is fine as long as it meets the desire of the passenger. Not good. I booked online in advance to secure a comfortable trip with a choosen seat and bus. I booked for July 28 , at 8:00 am. But suddenly around 6am when they just informed me that my bus is under repair so i was merge to a 7:30am trip. It was so frustrating how they did it! Unfortunately i missed the trip of course they just told me only 1 1/2hr left to make it. I was directed to a 9am trip, that was a 2x2 seater, i booked and choose 1 seater and paid 1,599 but the bus i was transferred cost only 1,100... That was really disgusting trip i ever had ao far because of the inconvience specially they give me a seat that is already booked by another person. How come the teller or personnel did not aware and know it???

The ten hour trip takes 17 hours or more because of the many bus stop to take passenger from different bus terminal in bicol, even thou the driver drive like mad max in the moon surface road of bicol. And when we reach the smooth surface of expressway . The bus swayed when it reach 75kph speed. Maybe the tire get deforme or the rim because of the bad road condition.

The Peñafrancia driver of bus no. 59 from Legazpi to Cubao was very rude to the passengers and should either go through a retraining. Also be given a driving test, his driving style is very uncomfortable. Jerks the bus going on drive.
The only saving grace on this ride are the ticketing crew who were very pleasant most especially trainee Rona.

They moved my seat number claiming I was left by 7:00 PM bus when my ticket clearly shows 8:30 PM. When asked for a more desirable seat, they did not even give me available options and just chose for me. Staff inside needs proper customer service training, they let me wait without informing me what were they doing, no transparency. The drivers are good tho.

So far, my experience with Penafrancia has been good. The drivers and staff are courteous and helpful. However, there are a few areas that could be improved.
First, the seat handles could use better maintenance, and the seat numbering system could be clearer. It would be helpful if booked seats were labeled with initials such as "W" for Window and "A" for Aisle to avoid confusion among passengers.
The bus stop facilities are generally clean and well-maintained, and the food establishments are decent. However, I noticed that passengers who bring their own food are not allowed to use the dining area's seats. I felt sorry for some passengers who ended up eating inside the bus because of this policy.
For buses equipped with restrooms, it may also be helpful to post a reminder asking passengers to flush or properly clean up after using the toilet. During my last trip, I noticed that some passengers did not flush after using the restroom, which can be unpleasant for others.
Overall, Penafrancia provides a good travel experience, but these small improvements could make it even better for passengers.

I found PITX much better than my previous experiences with bus terminals in Manila.
What I don't understand is why the ticketing boots are separated from the gates.
This is something you really should consider to relocate, to have them closer to each other.
Not as it is now, gate 4 in one end and the ticketing boot in the other end.
This is logistically very strange and not very costumer friendly.
