- ไม่จำเป็นต้องเดินทางมาถึงสถานีขนส่งก็เวลาออกเดินทางนานหลายชั่วโมง เพราะเดี๋ยวนี้ขั้นตอนในการเช็คอินเป็นไปอย่างรวดเร็ว ซึ่งตรงกันข้ามกับการเดินทางโดยเครื่องบิน (ยกเว้นในกรณีที่คุณยังไม่ได้ซื้อตั๋วรถ มันก็ไม่แปลกที่คุณจะต้องเดินทางมาถึงสถานีขนส่งก่อนเวลาหลายชั่วโมง)

- การเลื่อนตั๋วรถโดยสาร หรือ คืนตั๋วรถโดยสาร บางครั้งไม่สามารถทำได้ขึ้นอยู่กับเงื่อนไขของแต่ละที่ (อาจมีค่าธรรมเนียมเรียกเก็บ) เพราะฉะนั้นก่อนการซื้อตั๋วโดยสารทุกครั้งจะต้องตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจก่อนว่า วันที่ เวลา และจุดหมายปลายทางถูกต้องหรือไม่

we use 12go via niomit every year. Good service, friendly stuff, usefull information from 12go. Traveling in asia sometimes tricky but everytimes it works because Thai staff find suitable solutions.

Molto confortevole il viaggio. Posti molto spaziosi e distanti, personale gentile e a disposizione mettono coperta pulita, cuscino,acqua,biscotti e salviette rinfrescanti. Forse un pochino troppa aria condizionata.

Im großen und ganzen war die Reise mit dem Bus gut, es gab Kissen, decken und man könnte den Sitz etwas in liege Position stellen. Klimaanlage war im hinteren Bereich des Busses bisschen laut.

I paid for vip24 but they made me travel on a bus older than at least 15 years compared to the one in the picture. the staff spoke out loud for at least half the trip. at ranong we arrived at 6, not at 7:30, the staff did not adequately warn the passengers that we had arrived, I asked for the pier anyway and they told me to wait for the second stop. the second stop was a garage for the exclusive use of the company, here all the taxis and tuktuk offered rates for the transfer to the pier more than doubled (50 bath) and even speed boat packages for the islands, more than inflated. be careful, the feeling is that the company avoids to get you off at the first bus stop because they work together with the drivers.

Seats were nice, and overall the trip was very good, but the toilet was terrible! You could smell urine in seats behind the toilet. For 8-hour trips you must have a better toilet or customers will stay away.

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Seul souci, l hôtesse était désagréable au possible. Très difficile d'obtenir un renseignement de sa part, elle répond du bout des lèvres. Ma ceinture ne marchait pas, et j'ai demandé à changer de place, elle a tout simplement refusé.

After reading some of these comments we were apprehensive about going on this bus. But we had no issues, no smelly toilet,no bus breakdowns and the staff were pleasant enough. The journey was very comfortable. One warning, unless you tell them specifically to drop you off at the main bus station which is the 1st stop, they will take you to the bus depot where a swarm of tuk tuk drivers are waiting for you. We ended up at the 2nd stop and had to walk back to the Ranong bus station(less than 1km away) and then took a songethaw to the pier. No big deal in the end.

Sièges très confortables, de la place. On a plutot bien dormi malgré la conduite sauvage. Pas d'info sur l heure d'arrivée. Petit arrêt bouffe plutot sympa compris dans le billet.

Comfort in the bus was good/ok. But the operator on board was a pain in the ass. Soo freakin unfriendly. Worst person for the whole trip in thailand!!! Wifi was broke. Food option was a joke. Was a bun with chicken an cream!!! Bäh????????????.Transfer to the peer should invluded but they charge us extra! Anyway the tour was reachin ranong. Thx

Positives: Reasonable price compared to last minute plane ticket
Negatives: Icy cold air blasting my head all night long from vents that could not be closed.
Chinese buses do not raise too much confidence in terms of safety.

The bus trip itself was super comfortable, I had huge space for my legs, on board service with snacks and drinks- everything was fine and its a 100% recommendation. Still, it's also just a 4/5; there are operators that match up in certain points for a compareable price. And some kind of helpful boarding guidance at the southern bus terminal would be a great idea for the future.

Leg room was amazing, you have a good meter if not 1.5m in front of you, so you can properly recline your seat, almost horizontally. You get a blanket, a small pillow, a bottle of water and a small pack of snacks. The bus is a bit run down, but nothing dramatic. The weird thing is the stop in the middle of the night at a 24hours restaurant (it was around 12am/1am), where you don't realise how long you have, if you have time for getting food, and it's a bit stressful. Having a sandwich ready with you will make it easier I reckon.

No information about any stops in between and the length of it and about the arrival time. I nearly missed the boat to the Islands.
A bit more conversation between staff and costumers was great! The luggage was handled very rude.

Trip to Ranong from Bangkok was very smooth, comfortable seat, little snack, juice and water, the only flaw that almost ruined it was a water leak it started raining about halfway there and I woke up cause I got rained on. Luckily the bus wasn't full so I switched seat. Thank you for bringing me safe and sound to destination.

Unfriendly crew, no service on board, defunct safety belts, defunct toilet, busdriver smoking in the cabin, too many stops, noisily talking crew prevented us from sleeping. No free meal. The only positive: We arrived safely after all and in time. Don't book at Newmits Tours, others offer better service

The bus driver is good-driving and arrive Ranong earlier than estimated. However, seats are not clean and the air-condition is not strong enough.
It should be more well-prepared to become a good selection.

Hey hey ... i am a bit confused. The Lady at the southern Bus Terminal says to me that i had booked for 4 persons... and i think thats the Tessin while i payed around 30€ for the onewayticket... my voucher says 2 persons, ne and my daughter... it will be very nice if you can give me a groupon for the way back from ranong to Bangkok...please let me know if its possible... big greets from kho phayam , Rhiana Riechers

Punctual departure and arrival.. reclining seats were ok but not fantastic - more suited to 5 ft Thais than 6 ft brits. Info about dutration of stops would have been nice - hard to know if there was time for a toilet break when we stopped in the middle of the night. But generally a good service at a good price.

Better than I expected. I would have preferred the stops to be announced when we stop for a toilet break or at our destination! Also I think if the company was to provide dried fruits instead of an artifical baked bun they might get more people enjoying the offer. Can their not be water refills instead of plastic bottles. I know how Thailand are trying to reduce plastic waste. Thank you!

The bus driver was good we felt safe but the bus was a disaster. The first couple of hours were okay and then they turned the aircon off/down and it got HOT, smelly and extremely stuffy. The air was wet and no chance to open windows or to ask driver to turn the air con back on as they are separated from the passengers. At one stage I had water dripping constantly into my from one of the curtains, goodness knows where that was coming from... we were in the older bus and I’m sure if you’re in the new one it’s okay, but this was awful.

A normal bus experience! Free pillow, blanket, water and snack. Toilet on board although I didn't use it. Bus driver doesn't speak English so make sure you know where to get off the bus! also yes, they drive fast but if you're asleep then no worries :p!

The trip was actually very smooth, uneventful and with very few passengers. Reached destination an hour earlier. Only reason for 3 stars is the lack of the usual service (food, drinks) apart from one small bottle of water, and that they threw my bag in a puddle upon arrival.

The bus was super old, smelly, the sits were quite broken and no meal as announced as well as no WiFi.
At least it departured and arrived on time.
