No food available on the ferry.
The ferry was 45min late.
Only one bathroom, many people were sick on the trip and could not go to the bathroom.

The boat was on time, and not overcrowded. The voice of the television was very high, but I asked the crew and they turned it down so that we could sleep, which I really appreciated. The negative things were a small cockroach which I saw on the boat, and the fact that there was no outside area to sit.

First half of the journey was the air conditioning at max and it was freezing cold inside. Then it got better. Thanks to reviews from other people we were prepared and had warm clothes wit us, so it was not a big deal for us. Other than that the journey was all right. It took approx 5 hours

The ferry was good with a movie playing but the AC was very chilly and took more than 4 hours to reach destination as they departed late. Otherwise all good.

vorderes Abteil viel zu kalt und stinkt nach Benzin. in der Mitte ist es viel angenehmer, haben den Sitzplatz gewechselt.
"Ticket ausdrucken" sollte präzisiert werden: Mit dem Online Ticket zum Ticketschalter gehen und eintauschen gegen richtige Tickets bevor man zum Ferry Port geht.
Die Fahrt selbst war reibungslos. Pünktlich abgefahren, Klo war sauber, zwei neue Kinofilme liefen wenn auch mit katastropalem Sound, Geschaukel abhängig vom Seegang, Sitze soweit bequem, wir konnten gut schlafen.

Was a bit bouncy because of the waves and not very comfortable because of the crowd. Better to also have an outdoor area where you can sit.

You need to offer coffee or tea to your passengers...4 hours travel without food ...in 2019 felt like we are in 1850....best thing is you must offer cut pineapples to all passengers

Don’t get me wrong. The trip was ok. It was super cold in the boat but we managed to use a few jackets to cover ourselves. The four hours seemed long after a full hour waiting in the waiting room but the films they played made the play more entertaining. The boat was dirty and old. I wouldn’t use he toilet, that for sure.

Ferry ride is 1.5 hours longer than described. We arrived at 11:30am although our ticket said arrival at 10am.
Expensive. My ticket for a ferry ride from Coron to Puerto Princesa (12 hours) was cheaper than my ticket for El Nido to Coron.
Snacks and water were not available until the last half hour of the trip.

Temperature was perfect compare to what people say. Seats are not that comfy though and it took more time than supposed (5h00 instead of 4h00) but still a good choice

One star for leaving on time. Terminal tax should be included in ticket so ques can be avoided. One star for a comfy seat. Third star for arriving safely. Ferry was overbooked with people sitting in the hallway. Travel time is not 3 hours as advertised but 5 or more. Snacks and water are available.

Ferry was on time and arrived at expected time. Comfy seats and aircon. The toilet area could be improved as it stank. Separate men’s and women’s toilets would be better as wee all over the toilet.

It was SO HOT! There was no functioning air conditioning unit. The crew said the generator that supposedly powers the AC was busted.
Imagine, a fastcraft with its side doors opened just to let air come in.
They were not supposed to travel on that day bcoz of the defective genset, according to the crew. But management insisted since the other ship to El Nido from the other shipping company was also not available.
To minimize the problem, the management insisted to go the trip even without the AC. But they did not forewarned the passengers.
I rated them 2 since they still ferried us to El Nido on that day.

Bonne organisation pour embarquer. J’aurai apprécié pouvoir choisir ma place lors de l’achat. Bateau pas propre, qui sent mauvais, très bruyant, vieux sièges mais confortable. 4h de Coron à El Nido.

Easy, and fast purchase. It said on the voucher to be at the port one hour before departure, but people were still arriving up until 20 minutes before. No problem. Ferry ride was OK. The boat departed about 15 minutes after the schedule and arrived about 15 minutes after arrival schedule.

Pickup tickets at Montenegro office before heading to Port, you can Google the location before heading out to save 5 minutes. You also need to pay 20PHP terminal fee.

Arrived at ferry terminal in allotted time.loaded onto a boat with broken air con. I've never been so hot in my life. Boat left late, very poor selection of food and drinks to buy. Ran out of cold drinks very early on. Not acceptable

The time in advance of booking was 3 hours, however the actual time travelling was 4.5 hours. Should be honest with passengers.

1st queue to register (show tickets), 2nd to pay port fee (20 PHP), 3rd in front of the port gate, 4th for drugs inspection. Departure delayed (30 minutes). AC did not work but it was not problem.

When you book online, you can't go to the boarding directly, you have to go to another office, which is not at the same place. No sign to inform you about this. Confort is quite ok on the boat and it was about on time.

Die Drängelei der Gäste und mehrfaches Schlangestehen für Ticketausgabe sowie Gebühr fürs Ferry Terminal waren echt nervenaufreibend. Wieso integriert man diese läppischen 30 Cent nicht ins Ticket? Und ich habe bereits ein Ticket, wieso muss man an Ort und Stelle nochmal Pappier, Zeit und Nerven verschwenden? Viel zu wenig Platz im Hof, zu viele Menschen die auf einmal zum Desk stürmen.
Die Räumlichkeiten der Fähre waren auch bescheiden. Alt und muffig. Aber immerhin sind wir tatsächlich in Coron angekommen! Zum Glück vorher Online gebucht, viele müssen Tagelang auf ein Ticket warten.

There should be more schedule for all the people traveling specially the tourist not just every saturday. And space to walk around and see the view so passenger dont get sick and not feel bored.

The ferry got us to our destination (El Nido) about an hour late (5pm). The sea was a bit choppy because of a passing tropical storm that had lasted a few days, so lateness was understandable. What was most troubling was the fact that the ferry visibly overcrowded the boat, with a number of overflow passengers sitting in the aisles and wherever they could. This is a CLOSED roof boat where all doors and windows are shut. Life vests were not clearly indicated and we were not briefed. All in all, feared for our lives, would not repeat.

First impression was bad due to posponed trip ( we loose one day in Coron) and old ferry. Once in the big wawes the crew and the boats itself worked great.

Montenegro kiosk was away from the terminal, so I had to go back to pick up my ticket. I had no problems.
The line at the terminal was extremely crowded even though I arrived an hour earlier. We had to sign forms in a cramped space with people with large bags. Some were upset they didnt have a ticket, and didnt know when they were leaving. Some people were pushing. It took 30 min to move 10 meters.
We had to pay an additional 20 pesos. This caused more clutter.
The terminal bathroom had no water , no flushable toilets, and no toilet paper.
I enjoyed Coron and am enjoying El Nido. The boat ride was fine. Please upgrade the terminal and port system.
