Aller simple de Koh Phangan à Bangkok centre
Penser à prendre un pique nique, pas grand chose sur le bateau et pas le temps avec les différents transferts jusqu’à Suratthani
L’itinéraire n’était pas indiqué, ci-dessous celui qu’on a eu :
- 11h départ du ferry Raja
- 14h15 Arrivée au port de Donsak
- transfert dans un grand Tuk Tuk vers RAJA Terminal, où un autre bus (pas super) attend pour Suratthani, sanitaires du terminal très propres
- 14h30 : Départ de RAJA Terminal vers Suratthani, environ 1h de bus
- 15h45 : arrivée devant l’agence Phangan Tour, on attend jusqu’à 17h
- 17h : Mini bus pour la gare routière de Suratthani, environ 30 min
- 19h15 : départ du bus pour Bangkok, 1 arrêt avec repas gratuit
Seul le dernier bus est de la compagnie affiché sur 12goAsia, très confortable

We were left in the middle of no where early in the morning when we were to transfer to another bus. No one knew what to do and how long we were waiting. So it was confusing and stressful and tiring. Bad things : we were suppose to wait from 5 am to 9 am for our bus connection …..
Good things :
The bus is really nice… seats are large and very confortable.
The bus staff is really nice as well
When we had to change buses, the staff there were also very very nice. And even found us a second bus early

Un peu compliqué pour les changements car il faut demander à plusieurs personnes pour être sûr en particulier pour la liaison donsak Surat Thani en van où on était apparemment les seuls à faire cela. Pour le bus Krungsiam, prévoir des vêtements chauds car ils sont complètement fous sur la clim. Je dirai 17 degrés.
Sinon le personnel du bus est sympa. On a des chips, une boisson et on est réveillé à 22h30 pour un repas sur une aire. Ça fonctionne. On sait pas comment c'est possible mais ça fonctionne.

Great experience considering it's a night bus. Still quite difficult to sleep on though (similar to the night train) and the arrival time of 4.30am was a bit of a pain!

It was great until the bus broke down half way through the journey. The bus broke down at midnight and we had to change buses. Luckily, there was another bus waiting so we didn't have to wait long, but me and my partner had to sit separately due to the bus being full already, the seats were not as comfortable, and we didn't get the meal that was supposed to come with our ticket. I understand these things happen but it was a bit of a disappointment.

I've reserved a ship from Koh Pha-Ngan at 12.30am. from 12Go but once we arrived at the pier at 11.45, the staff of the ship told us that ship had left at 11:00 am. and ship round 12.30 is no longer in timetable. Then we missed it and we have to wait for the boat round 14.00 instead, due to a boat has been delayed and almost missed the bus back to Bangkok. We are very grateful to the boat, bus company and all staffs who help and wait for us to take the bus in time but we would like 12Go to improve about more accurate timetable because for some people it might be damaged.

Grundsätzlich war alles ok. Der Bus sehr gut. Es wäre toll, wenn einem jemand vorher gesagt hätte, das man morgens gegen halb 6 aussteigen muss und ca 1 Stunde auf einen lokalen Bus wartet der einen dann 2 1/2 Stunden zum Zielort bringt.

с паромом все прошло гладко, потом еще парочка пересадок с такси на такси и в результате нас довезли до автобусной станции, где оказалось, что ждать отправления автобуса придется полтора часа. причем вещи в автобус положить не разрешили. а с чемоданом и рюкзаком особо не походишь. мы выкрутились из ситуации, ходили за едой по очереди. уличные кафешки в шаговой доступности.
автобус комфортный, сидения раскладываются, можно лечь, вытянув ноги. НО! один огромный недостаток - кондишки работали как звери, было холодно, хоть я и перекрыла все заслонки, которые смогла. уснуть получилось только после того, как я оделась в рубашку, теплую жилетку с капюшоном, накрылась с головой выданным пледом и вторым своим пледом.
в дороге нам выдали по бутылочке воды, баночке фанты и пирожному. была остановка на 20 минут, где можно было поесть незамысловатой тайской еды (этот перекус входил в стоимость).
я покупала билет до Южного терминала, но высадили меня раньше, хотя я два раза на английском переспросила, та ли это остановка? сопровождающая нас тайская барышня утвердительно кивала.
и вот я стою в Бангкоке на улице (неизвестно где), карты гугл показывают, что до Южного терминала 13 минут на машине и 2 часа пешком. времени 5.30 утра, темно, автобус ушел. такой вот сервис.
похоже, мне нужно было знать тайский язык для того, чтоб попадать туда, куда нужно с первого раза :)

The bus was very comfy, seats to sleep, with blanket and cushion, just a bit cold but we got extra blanket. Little food package was good service.
Negative: we had to change in the early morning In Surat Thani to a minivan which got overloaded with people &luggage for 1 hour to the ferry, there change again and lift heavy luggage again. This was Not told prior booking!!
Perfect in time we arrived es 30 minutes earlier than expected on Koh Phanghan.

Even if we pay more to get the “vip” service, the bus was old and smelly. The hostess woke up in the middle of the night to get a shitty “free dinner” (at 01.44am!). Then we were woke up again at 5am for a transfer in a van, which actually left one hour later. A really uncomfortable trip we would never do again! Process of booking with 12go.asia was easy though and reliable

It was a really good trip. We tot a sandwich and drinks and a free mee in a restaurant. The chairs are massage chairs and you can watch movies. You get a cushion and a blanket for the night. Lots of room for your legs.

จอดรายทางบ่อยมาก ไม่มีทีวีส่วนตัว ต้องลงจากรถบัสเพื่อต่อรถตู้ไปดอนสัก (มันค่อนข้างเหนื่อยนะ เวลานอนไม่เต็มอิ่ม) ราคาสูงเมื่อซื้อทาง12Go.asia เพราะราคาหน้าตั๋วมันเป็นอีกราคานึง แต่เราจ่ายแพงกว่าราคาหน้าตั๋วเกือบ 200 บาท ไม่แนะนำให้ซื้อทางเว็บนี้

- Everything left kind of on time except the bus
- the girls in the bus were very annoyed and they kept forgetting to hand us out stuff, they seemed very bored! We didn’t even get earplugs, towels and things like that, extrwmely annoying!
- the bus stopped A lot, we didn’t have to get out bit still it’s weird.
- after that we were dropped of in the middle of nowhere with a small group, without instructions
- but the lady that was sitting there was very helpfull, finaly.
- the rest of the trip was ok

Managed to get a free shuttle from the office to southern terminal on the bus we would later be on which saved us some money on a taxi or tuk tuk. The seats were very big and had lots of leg room as well as a massage feature. Staff were helpful and we got snacks as well as a free meal after a few hours on the bus

Fahrt war okay, Toilette hatte kein Wasser mehr nach kurzer Zeit und der Busbahnhof war etwas unübersichtlich. Für 400 Baht wurde uns gesagt würden Sie uns zum Hotel bringen, aber am Ende wurden wir nur in der Nähe unseres Hotels rausgelassen und mussten durch die pralle Sonne laufen für 10 Minuten. Trotzdem gute Art und weise zu reisen.

The bus was good, the driver and luggage man too. but the bus hostess who gives people their places was very very unfriendly towards me and other tourists. Not ok if you do this kind of job. Nobody was sitting in the seat in front of me but still she pushed the whole seat backwards. I was very dissapointed in her service and actually we didn't need a bus hostess because she didn't do much except sleeping herself. She made the trip very unpleasant for us

In total, a really nice and easy trip.
I was expecting it to be way too cold in the bus, as everybody here complains about the AC in every bus trip, but this was just perfect. I was in shorts and was really ok just with the blanket on me.
Only bad side : the stop for the free meal. It’s totally unclear where you’re suppose to eat for free in that giant food court/market. Also unclear for how long we stay there. And most important of all : the food was really really not good (and I’m trying to stay polite here..).
But at the end, bus was confortable and waiting in between stops and for the ferry was alright. I would recommend for that price.

Start at 17.00 from Ratchadamnoen avenue and wait until 20.00 on South bus terminal.
Bus is not new, but comfortable for sleeping. Stewart in bus doesn't speak English. She won't answer you how long will be bus stop in the night and when will we continue the trip.
In Surat Thani we left the bus and got van to Don sak pier.
After than we got ferry. Not good/not bad.

We enjoyed the trip although in the bus the temperature was freezing and the air/co was working at the fullest and they offered a snack and a beverage but there was only an option so in my case I couldn’t enjoy it as I wasn’t able to eat or drink what given. One of the small tv was nos working. The timetable was perfect.

The seats and the drive from Bangkok to Surat Thani with the vip bus was really good. But the steward was horribly. He was rude and didn't give any information about the current stop. After we arrived the bus stop he also just left without saying anything where and when the shuttle to the pier will come. Thankfully there were two assistence which cooridinated the way to the pier. The shuttle service and the ferry was good and on time.

Toilet was poor, no toilet paper. No possibility of the shower on terminal. Ladies at information desk and book desk was grateful. Many possibilities of buying meal was good.

Nous sommes bien partis et arrivés à l'heure. Mais la steward était affreuse, violente (poussait les gens sans ménagement et criait), le chauffeur roulait très vite et s’arrêtait nulle part pour ne pas être en avance au contrôle. Overall good. But ferry arrived 2h later than advertized. Seats could be more comfortable. VIP seats in first bus excellent. Also, snacks im VIP bus very delicicous, blanket and pillow were nice too. 2nd bus ride good but too much active cooling and I couldn't turn it off. Ferry was ok, but toilet on ferry was defective and very dirty. Toilet at the Southern Terminal in Bangkok was very dirty and no toilet paper and no soap. Also, midnight stop for eating was a bit too short and food was not super good. But I would recommend it to friends.

Lovely experience. The whole process went smoothly from check in to arrival. Lovely service aboard the night bus and everything ran on time. The VIP bus was really comfortable with pillow and blanket and managed to sleep really well and arrived at our destination on time with no problems. Highly recommend.

We were not provided any information regarding pick ups. We arrived at the ferry port and we’re unaware of what to do next. It took a long time and a lot of stress to realise that we had to then get on a cart to a bus to a minivan and then the vip bus. This was very confusing. The staff were lovely and drivers were great, but the communication from 12Go regarding the mechanics of the trip was poor.

Trip from Koh Samui to Bankok, from Pier to Surathani we have go via old bus dor aboit hour with no buffers then we change to small Van which take us another half an hour to some bus station where we have to wait almost 2 hours to get finalls to VIP bus, which was very comfortable and we got nice snacks and around 10pm evening even good dinner at bus stop.
Main issues with this company is that you need to change transport vehicle several time, Ferry + old bus + Van + VIP bus. We have arrived slightly late about 15 minutes to Mochit

First bus very comfortable and we were able to sleep. Stop and wait for second bus could be a bit more organized and communicated what we have to do. Second bus was okay and ferry was how expected. Nothing to complain here

the bus was soooo cold we got sick. we told them to please turn it off or low but they didn’t. i couldn’t sleep bc i was freezing and it wasn’t comfortable for me bc of the cold. please find a solution for this problem

The ticket woman on the bus made it the most uncomfortable experience. She came and sat on my feet with out saying sorry or excuse and took the space I was trying to sleep on. Then kept having her phone on loud which kept ringing or getting a text message. The aircon broke and we got switched to another vehicle which was not as comfortable.

Good bus! I’m 5‘11 and comfortably fit. Seat fully reclines and you have foot rest! Gets cold at night as AC blasting but they give you blankets and pillow( bring hoodie if worried about the cold). Our operator was also lovely and catering! Don’t forget you get a FREE meal - operator dose make this very clear

The bus took off at 7 pm. Everyone was asleep, but woken at 11.30pm to have dinner. Would preferred to remain asleep. We arrived at 4am at a place where we had to switch busses and had to wait there for 1,5 hours for the next bus to arrive. Overall not much sleep during the trip.

The Bus drive was okay, AC not too cold, driving felt a bit adventurous at times but might be due to the height of the vehicle (we sat upstairs). Communication was absolute shit. We were thrown out the bus at one point "Koh samui, Ko phangan go now, go now, go now" without knowing what to wait for. After an hour or so a second bus turned up, we needed to get a sticker for the final destination (check what your ticket says, ours was wrong). Taxi lady wasn't too bossy, we just said we already had a transfer and she let us be. Second bus threw us out at the ferry, again no communication where to go but local workers helped out.
Overall it was okay. Not horrible, not great. Snacks were good though 😉
