สถานีขนส่งของไจแอนท์ ไอบิส
ในพนมเปญ เสียมราฐ และแกบ รถบัสของไจแอนท์ ไอบิส (Bus Giant Ibis) ออกเดินทางจากสถานีขนส่งของบริษัทเอง
ส่วนในสีหนุวิลล์ กัมปอต และโฮจิมินห์ สามารถขึ้นรถได้ที่สำนักงานขายตั๋วของบริษัท ที่ตั้งอยู่ใจกลางเมือง
สำหรับกรุงเทพ ในประเทศไทย จะมีจุดเดินรถ 2 แห่ง คือ หนึ่งในย่านบางกอก แบ็คแพ็คเกอร์ ตรงถนนข้าวสาร และอีกแห่งตั้งอยู่ข้างสำนักงาน 12go ใกล้สถานีรถไฟฟ้าแอร์พอร์ตลิงค์ สถานีมักกะสัน และเพียง 2 ก้าวจากสถานีรถไฟหัวลำโพงเท่านั้น
เส้นทางเดินรถของไจแอนท์ ไอบิส
รถบัสที่ให้บริการของบริษัทจะเชื่อมต่อเส้นทางในเมืองหลวงของกัมพูชา จากพนมเปญไปยังสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวหลักต่างๆ เช่น เสียมราฐ สีหนุวิลล์ แกบ และ กัมปอต
เสียมราฐ
จากพนมเปญไปเสียบราฐ โดยเส้นทางนี้เป็นเส้นทางหลักที่ Giant Ibis ให้บริการเดินรถบัส มีรถไว้ให้บริการ 5-6 เที่ยวต่อวัน (ทั้งกลางวันและกลางคืน) และใช้เวลาในการเดินทางประมาณ 6-7 ชั่วโมง
รถบัสกลางคืนจะมีที่นอนให้ทั้งหมด 3 ที่ต่อแถว โดยข้างหนึ่งจะมี 1 เตียงและอีกข้างจะมี 2 เตียง
แกบ และ กัมปอต
เป็นรถบัสคันเดียวกันที่วิ่งไปถนนระหว่าง จังหวัดพนมเปญและแกบ แม้แต่พนมเปญไปกัมปอต ซึ่งจะใช้ระยะเวลาในการเดินทางประมาณ 3 ชั่วโมงครึ่ง ถึง 4 ชั่วโมงโดยประมาณ
สีหนุวิลล์
เส้นทางนี้จัดเป็นเส้นทางยอดนิยมอีก 1 เส้น ต่างทางเราจะได้เห็นรีสอร์ทต่างๆริมทะเลที่สีหนุวิลล์ ห่างจากพนมเปญประมาณ 6 ชั่วโมงหากคุณเดินทางโดยรถบัส
เสียมราฐ - สีหนุวิลล์ และกัมปอต
ในขณะที่คุณสามารถเดินทางระหว่างเมืองผ่านทางพนมเปญได้ และเปลี่ยนรถบัสที่สถานีนี้ จากนั้นนั่งรถบัสต่อไปอีกไปที่สีหนุวิลด์ นอกจากนี้ยังมีรถบัสที่เดินทางจาก [เสียมราฐไปสีหนุวิลล์]โดยตรง ซึ่งจะใช้เวลาในการเดินทางประมาณ 10 ชั่วโมง จะเร็วกว่ารถบัสที่ผ่านเมืองพนมเปญเข้ามาสีหนุวิลล์
จากเสียมราฐ ไป สีหนุวิลล์เป็นเส้นทางเดียวที่นอกเหนือจากพนมเปญ ไป เสียมเรียบที่ให้บริการโดยรถบัสค้างคืนของ Giant Ibis
หลังจากเที่ยวรถไปถึงสีหนุวิลล์แล้วจะเดินทางต่อไปยังเมืองกัมปอตต่อไป

ปัจจุบัน Giant Ibis Transport ให้บริการเส้นทางระหว่างประเทศ 2 เส้นทาง: จากกัมพูชาไปยังประเทศไทยและเวียดนาม ผู้ให้บริการจะช่วยในกระบวนการเดินทางข้ามชายแดน ซึ่งจะมีขั้นตอนที่ไม่ยุ่งยากอีกทั้งยังสะดวกและรวดเร็วต่อผู้เดินทาง

เสีบราฐไปกรุงเทพ ในประเทศไทย
เป็นวิธีที่สะดวก รวดเร็ว และลดความตึงเครียดระหว่างการเดินทางไปกรุงเทพ เมืองหลวงของไทยกับประตูสู่นครวัด และในทางกลับกัน คุณจะต้องคำนึงถึงและตรวจสอบวีซ่าในการเดินทางของคุณระหว่างเดินทางทุกครั้ง ไม่ว่าจะด้วยวิธีการใดก็ตาม การเดินทางข้ามประเทศจากกัมพูชาไปไทยในเส้นทางนี้จะใช้เวลาในการเดินทางประมาณ 8-9 ชั่วโมง -

Ride started on time. We got coffee and croissant. Border crossing was easy - just wating for all the procedures to come through in about 45 minutes.
Personel very frienfly and helpfull.

The bus was clean comfortable they give you water and snacks. At the beginning of the trip they tell you haw many stops you have to go to the bathroom. The steward was very friendly

The friendliness of the Giant Ibis staff was the best. Of course, it wasn't a reserved car... Anyway, thanks to the great handling of the Giant Ibis staff, we were able to get to our destination very comfortably, and it also helped us save time and money. If I travel on that route, I will definitely use it again. We would like to thank the staff at Giant Ibis located in Kampot.

We set off a little early from Sihanoukville and arrived an hour late to Siem Reap, which wasn’t a big issue as just slept on the bus. Great experience, would use again. Water, blanket, pillow, curtain all provided.

The individual bed was so thin, much more than other companies. The temperature is freezing and there is nothing than you can do with that.
Good thing is there is a power to plug and charge your phone and sometimes wifi, and the trip was relatively fast. But expensive for what you get.

Friendly efficient check in at clean and airy Phnom Penh bus stop.
Comfortable bus with friendly, professional driver.
On time departure and arrival. 2 pit stops were appreciate. Decent food, drinks and snacks.
Water and snack on board were a nice touch.

Excellent smooth trip. Spent maybe a little extra time at the border crossing than expected but it was all very enjoyable. Recommended. The bus start was very friendly and helpful. If you want to change money for USD or KHR or buy Cambodian SIM card, then I suggest you wait until the first stop after crossing the Cambodian border. This is around the area of Ba Phnum just east of the Mekong. The bus stops at a large gas station/shopping rest area for 10-15 minutes and it's possible to do all those things at this shop for a very good price and even buy some cheap snacks or souvenirs that are not marked up at ridiculous tourist-trap prices. You can conveniently get a sim or exchange money at the Saigon IBIS office too, but the rate is cheaper at the Cambodia pit stop. What a pleasant surprise. Thank you very much for the safe and comfortable trip. If you don't have a visa, then just pay the extra $5 to get the expedited visa on arrival. Everything is smooth and easy

Everything was great, apart from the restroom. It was not possible to lock the door, the flusher did not seem to work and there was not possible to wash or disinfect your hands afterwards. Would still recommend it though.

Die Reise mir dem Nachtbus war für uns besser als erwartend. Wenn man nicht gerade 1,80 groß ist, lässt es sich in den "Betten" recht komfortabel liegen.
Die unteren Betten sollte man aus unserer Sicht eher meiden, der Abstand zwischen Bett und Decke über einem ist teilweise sehr begrenzt.
Es gab eine dünne Decke und ein Kopfkissen, was völlig in Ordnung war.
Da wir recht gut geschlafen haben, verging die Zeit recht schnell.
Wir würden es wieder machen!

The bus trip was comfortable with good service from the staff.
The Wifi was a little unreliable but ok.
Although the bus did not keep to schedule, this was due to time at the border crossings and late arrivals of some passengers.
Also, some passengers not having the required documentation.
A suggestion is, that while traveling to Cambodia, maybe the operator can check that all foreign passengers have the correct documentation, prior to boarding the bus.
Otherwise, it was what was expected for this trip. :)

Good service on the border. Bus started on time and even picked us up at the hotel. Crossing the border is not easy but the bus staff did it all for us. Very good and safe drivers. We felt really good helped by the service. In the bus you have a lot of leg space which is very nice for long europeans. Tip: dont overstay Your visa or you will be left behind at the border as we expierenced with another passender.

I booked a 5 hour bus journey and with all the stops it ended up over 6 hours. If I wanted the 6 hour journey I would have picked that one.
Staff were friendly. It had WiFi.

Border immigration ,etc pathetic. No government change even indicated. This is the life blood of both Countries. More pressure to streamline the border immigration is needed instead of the millions spent on self promoting crap.

I have absolutely nothing to reproach giant ibis transport. the staff was smiling and available. of course we arrived 2 hours after the scheduled time but we can not fault Giant ibis transport this is very often the case when traveling in Asia. Many thanks to this transport company.

We travelled from Phnom penh to Siem Reap and everything was perfect!
- we arrived on time
- there were two stops, one long enough to have lunch
- we received water and snack
- the staff insisted that everyone had seatbelts on

Great service, on time and was a lot of help through the visa process, made the whole journey very easy. Only negative was the air con was so weak and occasionally blowing out warm air so we were uncomfortably hot by the end of the trip.

Journey was good. Although it was delayed by 20min we arrived into Siem Reap almost on time. They even insisted we wear our seatbelts. The rest stops were lovely (there were 2 for the journey). Staff were nice - both in the office and the bus.

Der Transfer hat super funktioniert, es gab ein kleines Frühstück am Anfang und nach der Grenze ein kleines Mittagessen. Der Bus bräuchte eine Mikrofon-Anlage um den Fahrer besser zu verstehen und an der Grenze ist es etwas chaotisch, da wäre es besser wenn alle zusammenbleiben und der Tour-Guide dafür auch sorgt. Wir sind fast pünktlich in Siem-Reap angekommen.

Smooth ride with appropriate breaks. Essentially pay $40 on top of ticket and they manage your Visa on arrival process as well as the border crossing.

We were running late to the bus station due to a dodgy taxi driver dropping us at the wrong station but the bus kindly waited for us ensuring an easy journey to Siem Reap. The ride itself was comfortable and the attendants were very helpful especially when it came to the confusing border crossing.

Ride was fine just not quite as advertised. Importantly the Driver was good and aircon worked but... no wifi after 30 mins, power plugs didn't work, no seat belt on my seat, left 30 minutes late and only one stop

Was not so much luxury but the bus was comfortable, the staff were attentive and the snack with water was a plus. The departure was also more or less on time and we arrived 45 minutes before the arrival time expected.

Автобус опоздал на 40 минут на посадку, так как был вечерний рейс (7pm) уже думали где будем ночевать. В Сием Реап прибыл в 7 аm на 2 часа позже, расстроились что не увидели рассвет в анкор бат. Но понимаем что не от водителей все зависело. Автобус очень удобный, все было супер. Спасибо, будем рекомендовать знакомым
