Priset för bussresan beror både på destinationen och biljettklassen. - Det är enkelt att resa med buss - man behöver inte komma till bussterminalen i förväg och incheckningen är vanligtvis en mycket snabb formalitet, till skillnad från flygresor.

The booking of the trip was very easy. I would recommend using this site.
The rest of the review is about the actual bus ride:
None of the USB drives worked on the bus, nor did the individual overhead light switches, so be sure to bring a portable charging device and a portable reading light if you plan on reading during the night bus. The seats were comfortable enough, but don't get too excited if you're taking a 10+ hour bus ride (tough to get situated in a good sleeping position without limbs falling asleep). Other than that, it was great. We stopped at a good food spot, and the driving was smooth.

USB ports not working and terrible loud country music blasting for the first hour in the bus- some of us are trying to get some rest!
Apart from that, very fast trip back (1 hour ahead of schedule).

I can not say it was a really pleasant ride in the end. Even though the bus was ok, I found that seats were not even in the leg space as some were better than others without a specific reason. My seat was quite noisy. We were supposed to have dinner by stopping in the route and we did at 12:30 pm. Bus arrived 4:30 which was kind of inconvenience as everything was closed nearby and after having a late dinner, it was not so easy and comfortable to sleep and get some rest. Despite not being a bad service, I think it can improve.

I was very pleased with the service offered by 12go.asia! I have recommended them to friends and will use them again in the future. I did unfortunately leave my travel pillow in the bus when we arrived in Bangkok and I’m hoping that they are able to retrieve it and return it to me:-)

Very good company, the bus left promptly and even arrived an hour earlier than expected. There was food provided and the seats were very comfy. I will go again with 12go!

The office is fairly easy to find with a great restaurant next to it. Would definitely use the service again.

The bus arrived at Chiang Mai at 6am and I slept almost the entire ride. Still prefer taking a plane but will do so again if the flight prices are too high.

The trip itself is good, there's a stop to buy food aswell. Our only issue was finding the pick up point with is not actually at the railway station but at Bos Hotel opposite which granted, does have 12go stickers on the outside but wasn't immediately evident to us as the taxi dropped us off in the station. The bus works off a first come first serve basis when it comes to seats

The car was comfortable and clean. I think it was the good choice if you wanna spend too much money on moving. In the end, it was still a good choice of us.

The trip was quite good. It was fast as expected even during the public holiday. It took 12h from bangkok to chiangmai, 1 hour rest included. The final stop is in the old city centre so its very convinient for me. However, it was not a good experience with a long journey by seat bus (it will be better with sleeper bus). One more thing is about the toilet. The bad small irritated me a lot as I sat downstair, so I recommend to choose a seat on 2nd level, and it works as first come first served.

The blanket, snacks, and staffs were all good. We even reached bangkok much earlier than our scheduled arrival. A 10-hr trip with at least 2 stop over though would have made it better to have given us chance to stretch our body and freshen up a bit.

The ride was good. We got a small breakfast package (croissant & muffin), a bottle of water and a blanket. You also receive a voucher for a meal. The bus stops at around midnight at a resting place close to the city TAK where you can use your voucher for a free meal. The seats were comfortable but for people higher than 1,80m actually a bit tight. Staff was nice. Driver was OK but he had a few very hard breaks.
All in all I would use it again and can recommend it anyone who wants to get cheap from Bangkok to Chiang Mai and even safe a night.

Everything was perfect! The staff is very nice and they care about all passengers. You don’t pay much money for a long way and even get a coupon for a free meal in the break and after a dessert in the bus:)

Bus war zu kalt und auf Hälfte der Strecke ein paar Meter vor der Tankstelle kam er nicht weiter wegen Kraftstoffmangel.

The staff are very accommodating. The complimentary food could have been better but was good enough. Had we known, we wouldn't have to bring a lot of food :) There was just a bit of confusion with regards to the drop off area.

The conditions in the bus was good enough. But I propose to state in your pdf voucher the exact point of arrival, maybe with a visible map. The visible map would also be helpful when indicating the start point. You take a paper sheet and everything is clear. Also would be helpful to produce while boarding only the screen shot of the voucher, or even simply a number with the owner's passport.

VIP ticket was so much better than expected! Reclining massage seats, 2 USB ports at each seat, stopped half way through for dinner, which was included, and snacks and water provided. Very comfortable and smooth ride and even arrived a half an hour early.

We were nervous for the 12 hour bus ride but it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. The busses were super comfortable and we slept the whole time!
