В первой поездке по факту минибас поменяли на 7-и местный автомобиль. Пообещали вернуть разницу в цене но еще не вернули. Машину пришлось ждать почти час, должны были выехать в 11-00, выехали в 11-55

Driver was rude. Company claims there is a language barrier but I think shooing someone with your hands and telling them “no” repeatedly is universal. I booked a ride straight off the plane for 17:30 departure as I never book anything in country ahead of time depending if there might be delays in my prior transportation. I booked a ride that was an hour after my flight had arrived, called the company myself to make sure it was doable, arrived at 16:50 to the pick up point and while all of that was fine the driver was very rude. It felt like i was inconveniencing him to be there and while he didn’t help with any of my bags or directing me where I should be sitting he groaned, scoffed, and waved his hands at me for sitting in a seat that was not in the back. I asked another passenger who got in and sat where i was previously sitting if they were aware of assigned seating to which they said no. Had they said yes I would have understood maybe people paid more for the seats but as for a language barrier I have traveled several countries where it is not uncommon to use translators to explain a situation. Yelling “no no no!” And waving hands aggressively is universal and it was very rude. If I was to sit somewhere specific he should have helped me, even attempted to put my bag in back, instead of rushing me aboard so he could get to where he had in mind.

There is very little information about where the pickup point is. The Google maps pin is for a shop inside the shopping centre which is just confusing. Very poor communication from the driver and when the driver did arrive he just honked the horn at me to get my attention rather than walking over to me and helping me with my bags.

We almost had a crash with another car. We have felt every single bump on the street which by the way we did not feel on a scooter. We were told to wait atleast 30 min before our trip, however when we asked where the vehicle was, the answer was it will be there soon and it kept us waiting until 5 min before our destined time. We waited in the heat for 25 min which is very rude!

The whole process was very smooth from the online booking to arriving early in Hoi An. Our driver was polite and professional and was on WhatsApp to make communication easy. I recommend this transfer.

The sleeper bus ride came as a surprise for us. However, we would have appreciated it more if the departure time from Hoi An to Da Nang was the same as mentioned in the ticket. We didn't expect to leave Hoi An 30 minutes earlier than scheduled. The good thing about it was the clear communication, so we didn't miss the ride home to Da Nang. Overall, it was a great experience.

I had booked a shuttle for 12:00. At 11:00, the driver message me to ask where I was. I told him I was at my hotel. He sent me several messages expressing his dissatisfaction, saying I was supposed to be at the train station 30 minutes before departure and that I wasn't there; he was waiting for me. I arrived at the train station at 11:30. I have proof of our messages. He was not happy; no smile, no words,no Hello, no goodbye or thank you. Throughout the entire journey, he was talking on his phone, on Facebook, and making sudden stops. Bad experience with this driver.

They came 1 hour late, than as we arrived i was waiting at some Hotel for 30 minutes, the driver didnt said anything, after waiting he opend the door and told me to take a Grab.

For some reason every paasenger in the car got dropped off to their destination but I had to walk to mine from the last stop. Driver couldn't just drive another 5min to drop me off to mine.

Driver messed up the times. He messaged to say to go to the pick up point at 13.30 (I booked for 13.00), and I said ok. Then he started calling me at 12pm asking where I was?? Obviously I wasn't ready at that point. Once he picked me up, there was no room in the car for our bags so we had to have them on our laps for the entire journey which was very uncomfortable. The driver spent the entire journey on the phone talking loudly to various different people while driving. So unsafe. Would not reccomend unfortunately.

Our trip was quite good, drivers were professionals, we got our destination very fast and in a comfort. An operator was always in touch. Although there are some notes that influenced our impression: not all drivers speak English, for tourist-oriented area it is very important issue and no choice of the seats was unpleasant, when driver points you where to sit. Overall, I recommend 12Go.Asia for its easy booking and fast confirmation and good service!

Instead of sitting in back seat, I was seated to front seats next to the driver. Drive was ok, but this was unexpected. Driver did one stop, but didn't say how long are we gonna stay there. Overall it did its purpose, but can be better.

I booked (and prepaid) a ride for 12PM and got the confirmation. That same day, at 10AM, the driver texts me saying that pick up will be at 10:30AM instead. I refused it and after insisting (and reporting this to 12go), finally they agreed to pick up at the original time. Then, despite drive was smooth and driver was nice, he was 15mins late.

Driver drove like an absolute maniac. All the way from Hue to Da Nang. It was like being in a two and a half hour car crash. Flung around while he accelerated hard. Swerved all over the road and stamped on the brakes like they’d wronged him.

Vehicle accepted trip for time specified, then informed me that they would be a half hour later than agreed time. Then they arrived another half hour later than that. So all in all, the driver was an hour later than the agreed & booked departure time. I couldn’t cancel the trip through the app because it was not refundable although I had paid and the driver failed to collect as agreed - I won’t use this service again.

The trip it self was ok. I had to carry my backpack on my lap because there was no time to put it in the trunk. The worst part was the waiting. There were many driver approaching you and trying to get you in their vehicle. This kinda stressed me out. The ride itself was good

My driver and ride were excellent, the service over phone was terrible, i requested pickup and they said it wasn't possible because there wasn't enough time even though they took half an hour to respond and didn't answer calls

First driver was 35 minutes late, when it was time to change car in da nang there was hardly any room for luggage and the vehicle was a small 7 seater that 4 men (including the driver) and three woman had to squeeze into.

Expected a shared mini-van but it was a shared normal car. Driver + 5 passagers with each a big luggage, we were crammed in there. Very uncomfortable ride. Not what was announced.

First time I have used this type of service. On time but did do 3 other pickups, one was in city suburbs. Same in da nang, did a drop off out to West of airport then pulled over and 3 of us were transfered to a car for final leg. 4 stars because it was cheap thus good value bit would probably pay more for something better and faster. Total journey was about 2h 45min

They ask you to bebready 30' before departure but then arrive 15' late. USB charging not working in the car. Beside that it was an easy way travel and the communication via Whatsapp was good
