While the boat was bumpy, it wasn't unbearable and got us there fast. The best seats are the ones in the middle so you’re not squished up against sweaty strangers. The absolute worst part of this trip was the smell of fuel. We were sat in the middle of the boat and the whole way it stunk of fumes. It was like the exhaust was pointing towards the seating area, it was horrendous. My other half gets migraines and this is one of his trigger so it made the journey very unpleasant.

Service fidèle à sa description sauf sur un point. Nous avons payé pour recevoir des SMS de confirmation que nous n'avons jamais eu. Nous nous sommes débrouilles pour trouver le numéro de la compagnie pour envoyer un message afin de nous assurer que tout était en ordre. Autrement rien à redire

Easy, small station you arrive they give you a sticker and wait till the right time, 10min after you are in the boat quite comfortable but not sure for people with bad mobility. We arrived 10min late but it was ok. You have to pay 20bth when you get the port.

The staff was friendly, the other tourists make the trip less pleasant. Yes, it’s hot (welcome to Thailand) and yes the boat is full and yes everyone wants to go on the boat, but some passengers we’re too miserable to make room for others who just as much want to go and have paid for it. The staff really had to force the passengers to move > a bit <
There was enough space, but not for each person to sit with their legs spread.

We got some water in the beginning and the ride felt safe and fast.

Fast but bouncy crossing- hard to see out so choose this route if speed is important otherwise take the ferry.

The crossing was very comfortable and over an hour faster than said. The ferry was very large. All the vehicles were air-conditioned. We continued with a large, normal Bus. The bus driver even took a short break at a rest stop. Everything was well organised. Maybe it was also because we were travelling in the high season - I can only report positive things! We were really surprised.

Si bien nos reprogramaron el viaje de las 9 a las 11 am, nos avisaron con tiempo suficiente y eso no alteró nuestros planes. El viaje iba a ser en 40 min (al menos por eso pagamos..) pero habiendo salido a las 11, llegamos a las 12:45 hs. Por último, a los 10 min de salir, uno de los motores del speedboat se rompió; tuvimos que volver y nos cambiaron a otro.

We had originally booked the 1pm boat for fear that things could go wrong with our morning flight into Phuket but it didn’t and we arrived at the pier 3 hours early… the staff were great and allowed us onto the 11am boat with no problems or questions asked at all. It was a fairly bumpy ride but it was fine!

It is a SPEEDBOAT, so it’s like an amusement park attraction: it goes very fast, it jumps and you jump too. I enjoyed a lot the trip because for me was funny, but completely avoid it if you suffer from seasickness or are looking for something comfortable. I wouldn’t recommend it for families with little kids, babies and the elderly.

The online transaction was hassle-free. I needed to have something changed in our itinerary and the customer service representatives were able to make the necessary changes almost instantly. So kudos for that. I had high expectations because of the good service online. But the crew at the pier is another story. We were not given proper instructions so we kept asking questions especially since the boat was running a bit late. We were the only ones left at the pier so we were anxious that the boat might've left us. One lady became quite rude to us and rolled her eyes when they weren't being clear about what we were supposed to do! It was also concerning when a man suddenly got our luggage without speaking to us. We understand that there may be a language barrier but it would have been better if they at least tried to explain what was going to happen instead of not talking to us at all.

Our tour guide was remarkable. The crew went above and beyond to find us a great spot for sunset, get some time on a relatively empty Maya Beach, swim with (small) sharks, and show us bioluminescent plankton. Probably the best day of our trip in Thailand.

Transfer pick up was on time. Boat left on time. Sea was not calm and passengers ended up soaked on a very bumpy ride. Would recommend taking this into account if travelling as most seats ended up wet.

Pick-up and transfer by speedboat worked perfectly (ans were on time). Travelling by boat will never be my favourite way of transportation, but everything worked out perfectly.

The pickup from Hotel was 1 hour later than announced, so we thought they forgot us. We tried to call the two Hotlines of the company, nobody could be reached. We had to look for other Phone numbers of the Company and found them only in Facebook. With the help of the hotel manager we were informed, that they will pickup us not 7:15 am but 8:15 am. This information combined with the booking confirmation would avoid worrying.

Worst experience ever. Fuel smell inside the boat and temperature was so hot that for both of us majority of the travel time we felt sick. Not sure why they closed all the windows in the boat.

Very chaotic. More information about the departure time would be helpful. Many people arrived on time and waited. The fact that the boat departed 40 minutes late stressed many people because they hadn't received any information.

Driver whatsapped when he was coming, arrived early and a nice air con van transfer to the pier with only 1 other couple. Speedboat was in seats of 2 facing forward, looked new and clean. All staff friendly, would definitely recommend.
