Une expérience très sympathique dans un véhicule très confortable et une conduite sans prudente sans défaut.
Monsieur le chauffeur est très à l’écoute de son client, très prévenant, il prend grand soin du confort. Il donne plein de renseignements tout au long du parcours si vous le sollicitez.
Mon seul regret est que mon hôtel d’arrivée m’a tout de suite accaparée je n’ai pas pu lui dire au revoir ni le remercier. J’espère qu’il me pardonnera cette indélicatesse. Je recommande vivement

Someone, after asked me 623 bats in more to pay for 1km between 2 pick up point, asked me again to give 600 bats at the conductor. It is not a method, it is disrespectful behavior.
After that we had to walk with our baggages toward the boat while other persons had a transfert with a small car. Ok we can walk but for me it is not really VIP.

De chauffeur was een uur te laat, maar heeft het ruimschoots goed gemaakt. We hadden een taxi besteld, maar omdat deze te laat was kregen we voor ons 2 een luxe VIP minivan

The vehicle was a Toyota Innova and I would guess it had to be at least 10 years old. Honestly, it looked like an old family vehicle, not a Luxury SUV. There was no room in the boot as there was a spare tire so the driver had to put my luggage on top of the spare tire. The vehicle was not clean on the inside The driver was late and as best I can tell he was not able to find my address. No call or text.

Glassflower provide an excellent service. Their communication was good and I felt confident we could find our driver easily at the Poipet border crossing. We arrived early and the driver was able to collect us earlier. The driver drove safely and the vehicle was in excellent condition.

Driver was on time, really friendly and helpful. On top of that, the van was very comfortable and roomy. The driver let us bluetooth into the sound system, so we could have our soundtrack going the whole drive. Would give 10 stars if I could.

we needed more than an hour to find the driver. i wrote to 12goasia, that we arrive at the railwaystation. you confirmed this. under the railwaystation is a street, where all the taxis stop. there we waited. we communicatw a several times with the driver and the company. but i guess they did not understand us. so we ask an other taxidriver to explane in thai on the phone where we are. at 6am we sat in the car.... then i was very good. good driver, good car.

Very very nice driver - super comfort and we made a break at a really beautiful and clean place. It‘s a good idea to take a sweatshirt and maybe a small blanket with you, cause the aircon in the taxi might be a little bit to cold for someone like me or other naturally icecubes 🤣

The taxi, glas...was happily 15 minutes too early, perfect! And the ride was very comfortable and the driver gave us the tickets for the ferry at Trat, which we had to Pay 150 baht Total. We could immediately entertainment the ferry, and the driver brought us to our destination on Koh Chang, super!!

I’m traveling with a family, so paid for a private VIP Van 9pax expecting a comfortable trip from Bangkok to Aranyaprathet. The Van was on time, but refused to go anywhere but airport (!), said sorry and left. The office sent a replacement car which was some small sedan taxi, this time I had to deny this offer. One hour and 30 mins later some SUV arrive and I would ask what I’ve paid for if it wasn’t too late.
Overall experience: very poor.

Wir hatten extra einen SUV gebucht für 3 Personen, damit wir mehr Platz haben, aber der Kofferraum war so klein, das nur 2 normale Gepäckstücke (je ca. 17kg)reinpassten. Außerdem waren in dem sehr kleinen Kofferraum noch Sachen von Fahrer drinn. Das 3. Gepäckstück musste mit auf die Rückbank, so war es für die 6 Stunden Fahrzeit hinten sehr unbequem. (Hinten saßen 2 sehr schlanke Personen)

The car has gas ballon in the trunk so we have to put the luggage on passenger seat. So it was very uncomfortable to ride 6 hour three people on the back seat.

Driver was over 45 mins late picking us up which meant we had to wait in 30c heat with our bags as the pick up area at our hotel was not under cover. He did cal and apologies blaming traffic, but this meant we arrived in Pattaya very late, luckily we had not flight to catch. Otherwise the transfer was good and the driver friendly.

The car had a huge crack in the windscreen held together with sticky tape, which was rather alarming. However, the ride was comfortable and the driver was lovely, though she spoke little English. We had to ask to stop for a toilet/drinks break

Toyota highlander car from Siem Reap was quite old, my seat leather was torn across, driver did not speak english, we did not know that car will be changed on the border. Though driving was quite ok, about 2,5 hours to the border. Not sure why trip rate went up for about 25$ in a 3 days and what does it mean service charge of 8,4$ for the card transaction? Nonsense.

We booked a taxi from our hotel in Sukhothai to our hotel in Chiang Mai. The taxi supposed to come at 5.15 am. Nobody comes at 5.15 am, so we checked on the website and we saw that the taxi was cancelled. Nobody call to prevent us. So we called the hotline (many times) before someone told us that the first taxi has cancelled and that someone else was coming to pick us. If we did not call them, we would have no idea of the situation. The taxi finally arrived but instead to arrive at Chiang Mai at 10 am, we arrived 1 hour late. Thankfully we were not in a hurry. But it’s inadmissible that nobody called us to prevent and that nobody apologize for the situation. That's the lesser of it. We were really upset, it’s disappointing from 12GO.

Lovely driver, many stops, no hustle. Very informed and helpful manager on the side of glassflower. Didn't use any 12go features payed for. Pretty good experience overall. Pet is happy.

We were in time at the given location. At the pickup time taxi could not be found. After 20 minutes without successfully trying to call, with the help of the lady from cafe americano the taxi found us. It was a different car then on the confirmation. The drive went perfect.

My flight actually arrived early and I flew through customs and immigration so I was a full hour early but the company already had my name up on a sigh and called my driver who picked me up in 5 minutes. Awesome job, great driver. Clean and comfortable car.

I had a very clean car and good driver. I would definitely book this company again. Don't worry if sometimes more people are involved. In my case a lady waited at the airport and another guy came to take me to parking lot where the actual driver picked me up.
