Everything was well organized. We were picked up at the Pickup Spot with a Minivan and were brought to the larger Bus. We arrived in ninh binh and a Mini Van brought us to Trang An Boat Station. The whole drive took less than 2 hours.

Die Reise vom Flughafen Hanoi bis Tam Coc war alles bestens organisiert. Klar, wir mussten ca. 2x umsteigen, sprich 1x PW vom Flughafen nach Hanoi Stadt, dann für die grosse Reise die Limousine und in Ninh Binh mussten wir nochmals in einem grösseren PW einsteigen. Aus meiner Sicht war alles i.O., ausser der Limousinen Fahrer war ein bisschen genervt.

Driver drove like a maniac.
A journey that should have taken 2 hours took 1 hour and 10 minutes. Drove extremely fast, overhauling literally everyone, even in dangerous situations, scrolled on his phone while driving full speed on the highway and drank what looked like beer

seats were comfy, driver was insanely fast so flew over bumps etc, nobody at office or responding to whatsapp messages? had no idea if I was going to get picked up or not

Was fine once we got into the limo, however we were suppose to leave at 12.05 and ended up leaving at 1:30. There was no communication from anyone and instead was told to wait 10 minutes about 3 times. If there’s alternative companies I would use them instead.

The Transfer was delayed for 15 min. After we got to the point to get on the Main Bus we waited 45 min until the main bus was ready with no info about the bus schedule or remaining waiting time. When we got too frustrated and asked for an update, the bus just arrived. Would have appreciated more transparency.

It was okay. At the begin they take you with a shithole bus to the good medium bus - which is also not great. I feared death multiple times while driving - plus point we was on time though.
Bring a jacket, because AC is cold like ice cold.

We were 30min early at the pickup point and it was raining. Driver spotted us immediately and let us in the car while waiting for other guests.
Seats were very comfy. Water was provided. Bus left on time and arrived on time. Had to change to a regular van (no VIP) for the last 15mins in Hanoi (route was Ninh Binh - Hanoi), but that was okay (probably easier to tackle Hanoi‘s traffic in a smaller van).

The booking proces was confusing, because after booking it could not be found by the company and they even denied offering the route we booked. When we later showed them the voucher, everything from there on was fine.

Bus was nice. On the way back got water, way there we didn't. Bus left early since everyone was there. Driver found me even though wasn't standing by the van.
Two passengers apparently got on the wrong van even though they said they gave a slip of paper from their hostel to insure everything was correct. They refused to get off so there was a delay but still made it ahead of time.

We had a bus at 4:30. We went to the pick up point but there was no sign where to wait. We asked a local and he said we can just wait right where we were. We did.
At 4:45 I asked the person I had contact to a little before already. She told us that the bus was already there but could not find us. She even send me a video, which the driver sent her to prove we were not there. There were some cars parking which we were behind. The driver did not get out of his car, did not call us, did not ask anybody for my name. In the end the girl I talked to was nice and sent the driver back. We went to a place which we were not supposed to be. It was all in all a lot of stress to travel with Duy Khang. The Limousine was comfortable but the airconditioner was extremely cold.
We were 1 hour late.

Bus was on time, people in the pick up spot were really reassuring and helpful as its not clear if you're in the right place for pick up. Arrived safe and on time, Deducting 1 star because unfortunately the group before us had no respect for the bus and it was left full of rubbish one seat was full of melted chocolate

We changed 4 vehicles, before arriving to final destination. This would not be a problem, if we would have know this from the beginning, but we were told to wait at different locations, without knowing when we will continue the trip.

der bus war an sich clean, allerdings war der Service und der Fahrer sehr unfreundlich, der Fernseher kaputt, die Liege konnte nicht verstellt werden und schlafen konnte man vergessen. Für Leute über 1,70 m ist die Kabine zu kurz, d.h. bequemes Liegen Fehlanzeige.

We were not informed that we had to change vehicles in between. The car we started in wasn't going to our destination and we switched to a different one. The driver(s) drove like maniacs, taking over on the right on the hard shoulder

The van was very clean and they gave you a free water which I appreciated! I took the route from Hanoi to ninh binh which consisted of a few stops along the way to pick up other people which at times was confusing if you weren’t sure where your stop was. It also was confusing when you had to switch cars because you really aren’t sure if you need to. I noticed this caused confusion for other passengers since the drivers don’t give much direction. Luckily, the other driver said they could take them since they are on the list they had. My only advice is to make sure you ask questions so you don’t get off on the wrong stop or get in a van you didn’t need to. Happy travels!

Worst bus ride in Vietnam. Arrived late, rude staff , had to Change twice vehicle for a ride supposed to be less than 2 hours , freezing in the bus.

the journey was okey
the support from the transport company was helpful - they contact me in WA, answered all questions fast
after pick up all vans came to they office , where people should change van. everything was fast , just driver was stressful and a bit rude. was not enough place for baggage, so some bags we need to care inside the car
we came to Hanoi almost 1 hours earlier, because the driver drove so fast, also he spoke all the way by phone and very loud, so the journey was not relaxed at all
vehicle was a bit dated, but ok 👌

Clean vehicle, but our driver was a rude and angry person who treated us and the other passengers as numbers instead of people.
He drove fast, but safer comparing to the drivers in Indonesia :P Downside to this is the bumping experience in the back of the minivan

Everything was as planned and thought. Only thing they could improve is have another stop in Old City may be Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square which makes it more convenient especially for early morning buses.

Le taxi n’est jamais arrivés nous avons du contacter le SAV pour qu’ils envoient une voiture qui nous a ensuite déposer dans un local et nous avons encore attendu. Au total le temps d’attente a été d’au moins 1h30. Heureusement qu’ils nous ont déposé à la destination finale.

Très bon service, tout c'est bien passé aller et retour. Sauf si vous parlez pas vietnamien, par téléphone en Anglais pas facile, on ne peut pas répondre à leurs SMS. Donc utiliser WhatsApp en SMS juste pour se rassurer.

Le transfert s'est très bien passé ! Le point de départ se trouvait pile à l'endroit indiqué, le van était spacieux, avec des sièges larges et massants.

confirmamos la reserva con foto de lugar y de nuestras caras (para que nos localizasen bien) por WhatsApp. Nos ha recogido en el aeropuerto un coche de la empresa y nos ha llevado hasta donde estaba el autobús. Hemos realizado para para recoger a más gente e ir al baño y luego nos han dejado en el punto indicado.
La única pega es que, aunque el aire acondicionado estaba encendido, no salía frío. No hacía mucho calor, pero tampoco se estaba fresquito.
El conductor fue muy atento. Nos ofreció agua e ir al baño en las paradas de recogida. La vuelta a Hanoi intentaré que sea con la misma empresa.

Die Fahrt war super. Nur in Tam Coc angekommen wurden wir ohne vorherige Kommunikation in ein anderes Auto gesteckt, welcher uns zu den Homestays brachte für einen Aufpreis. An sich ist das gut, aber eine Kommunikation wäre super gewesen. Wir waren alle ziemlich verwirrt.

Todo perfecto en el trayecto de Hanoi a Tam Coc, la van era moderna y el servicio fue como indicaba. Lo único a tener en cuenta el tema del punto de partida, es preferible contactar por WA al número de teléfono antes de reservar para asegurarte la hora de salida y el punto de salida.
