Very good thank you. I requested 12GO to reserve my seat but they said they couldn’t guarantee my request but when I got to Sombat my seat was reserved.
A message to 12GO, people want to reserve their seats sometimes, so come up with a better solution to allow people to choose.
Sombat tour bus station is very comfortable, the bus was clean and it left on time. The bus left at 4 pm and sat in Mo Chit until 6pm, I am not happy about adding time to my travel. They told me they would leave at 5:15 pm? Something list in translation may be?
Altogether, I am happy with 12GO and Sombat tour.

Nice bus, seats recline but not super flat
There was a tv screen on the back of the chair - only Thai programs available
Snack and water was provided and a stop at approx 1:30am - for toilet break and food

The tour was excellent. We arrived over an hour early in chiang mai, check in was simple, seat comfortable and they provided a blanket. The toilet in the bus was CLEAN and worked! If you know flix bus in Europe this is 1000 times better. They gave water, and snacks. You can charge your phone on the bus and they do stop during the night for food at a restaurant. No internet on board but that isn’t promised either. They do turn off the lights during the night

Everything was good - timing, the snacks, temperature controls for each passenger. Only thing is, one of the drivers over night was driving very rashly. I think there was another driver in the morning and he was driving a lot better. This why I give it 5 instead of 5 stars. My rating is not impacted by this - The road to Mae hong. Son is windy and steep in places. Please carry motion sickness pills. This

However there should be a way to select the seats, it should not be random as I was travelling with my wife so we wanted to be together however the system put us separated without any access to change the seats after issuing the ticket

バスはやや古いですが、足がちゃんと延ばせて、足乗せ台もあり、楽でした。
途中下車が、どこで出来て、どうすればいいのか、初めてだったこともあり、わからなかったので、地図などで説明が指定あるともっと良いと思います。

Nice welcome at office, staff speak english. Old bus very unconfortable, suspension so hard, lot of vibrations impossible to rest! Driver stop 4 times but never say anything so finaly i went out to restroom ...Ordinaire buses take same time to Hia in, nothing was Vip on that trip!

Comfortable ride. Bus was on time. Temperature in the bus was oke, just dress warm.
It would be nice if the bus driver would inform us what was happening during the trip. Oke I was informed that we would make a stop in between and we could have something to eat, but the driver did not tell for how long or where to go.
Same with the drop offs. The driver did not tell us at what location we were. You just have to ask yourself and keep track of the location of the bus yourself.
But it was a nice comfortabel ride.

Controls at my seat did not work nor did the seat-back entertainment. Could not really sleep so defeated purpose of VIP overnight bus.

Big seats and they provided a blanket, water and a snack. Especially the blanket was good because of the AC.

Quiet bus ride, comfy reclining chairs way more space than you’d get on an airplane and only 20 mins late arriving so good vibes all round. Aircon was pretty cold so would recommend bringing an extra layer even though blankets were supplied

Was a bit cold at night, you should wear long clothes when you go on it. Also note, halfway there is a stop, with you ticket you can get free food inside the building.

There was a strong, disgusting smell of shits and pees from a bus toilet coming in waves during the whole ride. That was the only thing that blown our minds and noses. Food was good enough, but we were confused about how to get it properly because English communication affordability was weak enough. Seats were really comfy, had usb chargers, however lights on a top pannel were not working and that was freezy enough because of air conditioning. And the last one thing is we bought two tickets in one purchase and finally got them separated. The bus was half empty and there were enough double seats to book for us.

Everything great, big seats, every person had his/her own seat with Screen. Only the toilet on Board could be better. But there is a Stop where you can go to toilet outside and also eat something. Overall we would do it again:)

A los 15 minutos de salir nos detuvieron en otra estación, nos hicieron bajar del colectivo y esperar 1 hora y media hasta volver a salir. El colectivo olía a orina. No fue una buena experiencia.

Please do not trust the photos as you ll not get in the first class bus..! They ll put you in a normal bus with no tv or anything thats pictured without offering you a refund!

The trip itself was really great, the bus is very comfortable and big, and you get a free water and a free snack. They also give you a blanket, since it gets cold from the ac.
The problematic thing was changing the voucher to a real ticket, you have to do that in advance at the sombat tour office, which is around 2km away from the bus station. This is not mentioned in the voucher and if we didn’t read about it in the comments, we would have not have known. The sombat office at the bus station was empty, and it seems it’s permanent, so you can not change it there. The ticket includes a meal coupon, which was also not mentioned anywhere, besides in other traveler comments.

Insanely cold, 0 instructions. When I asked something to the driver he started to speak with everyone is the bus in Thai and apparently making fun of me without answering my question. Never again with this company.

Bus condition is good. Comfortable. Understand will have English barrier.
I suggest to put up a notice board to let foreigners read. Notice board will helps the driver when they ask where to go when they put a note on the luggage. Example Sombat tour terminal, mochit station.
During break time I was not aware how to redeem free meals. Notice board will help to ease everyone.
Overall experience is good.

Excellent- the bus left exactly on time, the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a very professionally executed journey, we were provided with a snack, bottle of water and our ticket even included a free meal at a Thai local cuisine stop! What a bargain! Seats were very comfortable :) couldn’t recommend it enough

Wir sind pünktlich abgefahren und vor der angekündigten Zeit in Hua Hin angekommen. Bus war ok und es gab für jeden eine kleine Falsche Wasser.
Vor Ankunft an der Station in Hua Hin, sind einige Mitfahrer schon ausgestiegen. Hier muss man wohl vor ab dem Fahrer einfach bescheid geben.
Alles in allem eine angenehme Fahrt

Not sure why some left bad reviews. Sure food they provide is limited, a tiny snack at best, but they stop half way in a spot where you can get a few snacks. Dont expect to find a big dinner or restaurant, it’s more so u can stretch your legs. Think of getting food from somewhere before maybe if you’re hungry but again, it’s a night ride so you might want to just sleep.
Bus was very clean, lots of privacy, comfortbale but a bit sits are a bit small for me (1.80m) anyway, definitely recommand it. Well worth the money.

vip bus has lots of leg space. Arrived hua hin 15minutes early. Driver is kind enough to provide us choice to drop off at different locations in hua hin, including somewhere near hilton, hua hin maket village etc.

Was overall comfortable for the 10hr drive, the only negative is that it would be handy if they explained in English and thai when announcements are made as we had no idea on what they were telling us
