Anonymous Worst bus ride and driver of my life. Worst bus ride of my whole life. To note that the bus departed on time and yet it managed to arrive with a delay of more than 2h (yeah, you read it, TWO HOURS). It was scheduled to arrive at 14h and it arrived in Mostar at 16h13. The company is Centrotrans. Bus driver charged us 1€ for each bag - not all bus drivers do this, I wonder why (corruption???). Upon crossing the border we all exited the bus and showed the passport to the policeman. Then, a few meters ahead the bus driver stopped the bus and took all our passports without explaining anything, went to a little house with them and then came back. What passport check is performed without even looking at the passport carrier? I could have given him my grandma's passport he wouldn't have noticed. Bus driver made so many unnecessary stops - he stopped in all stations, he made a 10min stop to take a damn coffee and just when we are arriving at Mostar he decided to stop for 30minutes at a gas station!

Anonymous Nice ride, but had a passport check at the border that delayed for more then 2 hours. The buss was comfortable and tidy. For some reason the air condition was on in the buss for few minutes for every 45 min. So few minutes good and for 40 min had to suffer in the hot air. Maybe because we were in the evening buss, but still uncomfortable hot in the buss for me and my family of 2 small children. Had a passport check at the border. No info came of this came to the back of the buss. Sudenly the buss driver came back to the buss and started shouting with bad attitude out for passport check.

Anonymous Polite and very helpful younger driver. He managed very well all tasks during the journey - alone! Old bus but I felt safe - thanks to driver!

Anonymous Wrong drop off. Left on time. Bus arrived late. The bud was suppose to stop at Mostar (east) but the driver decided to skip this and only drop off at Mostar (west) when other buses normally stop at both. He refused to turn around and I had to negotiate being dropped off at the side of the road - 3km out of the city and desired bus station.

Anonymous Comfortable. Manner of the driver is good. Due to traffic jam, journey is 40 minutes longer as compared with schdule.

Anonymous A LONG ride. it was cheap. the driver was not communicative about stops, or what to do at customs when we crossed the border to Bosnia. There was no toilet on board, and I had to wait a long time for a toilet stop (and then it was pretty grim). We arrived 40 minutes late at Mostar, despite good traffic conditions, but the driver made a stop for 30 mins somewhere else, which I don't think was scheduled. This meant I missed my chance to look around Mostar, and I was nearly too late to catch my connecting bus.
