Bus was 1 hour and 1/2 late! Driver rude on us getting on the bus. Air conditioning and the comfortable ride. The lateness and not overally clear as to where the bus collects from.

assigned seats not available. comfortable bus. bus was late 30 to 40 minutes in both directions. On our way back the seats we were given on our tickets were taken by other passengers. The bus driver wanted my 6 year old child to sit away from his parent Another passenger was swearing and shouting at us and frightened my child. He eventually moved one seat over to allow parent and child to sit together.

Bus arrived 30 mins late with no explanation or information available whilst we were left waiting in 32 degree heat with no shade in the vicinity of the stand. The on board ticket collector was very abrupt and unhelpful when we enquired how many stops it would be to our destination.
