Charlie We got picked up on time, and the journey was quicker than estimated, however we got dropped off 10 mins outside of the city centre and had to pay another 100thb each for transfer, which wasn’t mentioned before purchasing tickets

Seats old and not very comfortable , the toilet was smelling so bad you couldn't use it !
No USB or charging point.
No TV (as advertised).
Bumpy ride!
Arrived on time.
For a VIP service this was bad, should not be called VIP.

I booked the day before, had a bit of trouble printing the ticket (some reviews said it was needed, some said it wasn't but I practiced caution) and I didn't arrive 30 minutes before to check in because of traffic but there was no issue at all. Straight on and the van left on time. The van does stop outside the town but there is a sign at check in advising that an extra 100 baht, which I didn't mind as the smaller van driver drops you off at your accommodation which was great. The main van was clean, quiet, a bit cold so I wore leggings and jumper, given a bottle of water. I'd recommend this and do it again without hesitation.
