The driver did not give us enough information, he always spoke in his own language, even when we ask. The driver did not give us enough information, he always spoke in his own language, even when we asked the simplest things in English he answered in a different language, he was generally very angry. I went very shaken, it was not a comfortable journey, the car was also very hot and when my friend opened the roof window of the car he also said something angry to him, of course I do not know what he said in his own language. I think it was the same for most passengers, I prayed for the journey to end safely. I am sorry I did not want to say these things, maybe he was having a bad day but at least he could give short answers to simple sentences in English.

From Višegrad to Sarajevo. I could get off at Sarajevo East, which was fine because my hotel was close. The bus was over half an hour late on departure from Višegrad and arrived more than 1.5 hours in delay at Sarajevo, although there was normal traffic.

The fare was value for money, although joining at the Lukavica Bus Station incurrs a further charge of KM2 and luggage in the hold a further KM2 charge. The mini-bus is something that should not be allowed on the road. Main door was malfunctioning and the interior was dilapidated. As is usual on this route, the driver was smoking whilst driving.
