Eva SI lay flat for a day from canteen food. Something was wrong with the food or drink. The bus was late, but otherwise the journey was uncomplicated.

Eitan BIt is an incredible experience, this sanctuary really made the whole trip to Thailand worthwhile. Incredible environment, the elephants are seen to be happy and the people who work there take good care of them.
They gave us food, water, coffee and tea, and everything was exceptional! Each one of the guides is constantly aware of all the tourists and they are more than willing to take photos and help you with whatever you need!

Lukas FOverall this trainride was very confortable. There was enough space in the bed. For a train bed it was also "soft". The only bad thing was that the light was permanently on.

Fergus BTrain was delayed by 10 minutes, but the train staff were helpful - no information on the notice boards.
The train was quiet and clean, everyone was asleep by 10pm with nobody snoring! We felt very lucky, as we got a good sleep in. No train changes and few stops, everyone was lovely onboard, lots of other backpackers.

Abbie RExactly what is expected of third class. Left on time, arrived on time. Cheap, but crowded, everybody got a seat but it was almost impossible to sleep due to the lack of space. 12 hours sat upright on hard seats becomes painful, and missing a night of sleep takes it’s toll.

Stacie REnjoyable ride for the most part. I paid for 2nd class ac seats but the first part of the trip was a little too warm in the cab until we figured out there were ceiling fans to turn on. That made it more enjoyable until the ceiling fan got stuck and only blew on the other side. Overall trip was fine.
