Het is normaal gesproken niet mogelijk om een ticketklasse te kiezen als je met een busje reist. Toch kun je bij de vervoerder navragen welk type busje op jouw route rijdt. - Busjes komen vaak op bestemmingen waar geen bus of trein komt. Dit omvat secundaire steden en kleinere dorpen.
- In de meeste gevallen zijn busjes de snelste manier om relatief korte afstanden over land af te leggen, simpelweg omdat ze kleiner zijn dan bussen.

Nadelen van reizen per busje
- Sommige busjes kunnen behoorlijk krap zijn en bieden weinig ruimte voor bagage. Eigenlijk geldt dat voor bijna alle busjes. Als je meer dan één tas, koffer of rugzak hebt, kan het een goed idee zijn om een extra zitplaats voor je bagage te kopen. Helaas betaal je dan wel dubbel voor je reis.
- Het is de moeite waard om te controleren of je busje volgens een vaste dienstregeling rijdt of pas vertrekt wanneer het vol is. In dat laatste geval kun je soms lang moeten wachten, omdat het op bepaalde routes behoorlijk wat tijd kan kosten voordat alle plaatsen bezet zijn.
- Je moet weten dat chauffeurs berucht zijn om hun snelle rijstijl. Zelfs de meest gerenommeerde bedrijven slagen er soms niet in ervoor te zorgen dat chauffeurs zich aan de snelheidslimieten houden. Ook als de chauffeur er niet op aandringt, moet je altijd je veiligheidsgordel dragen.
- Als je gemakkelijk wagenziek wordt en je reis kronkelige wegen bevat, is de kans groter dat je last krijgt van wagenziekte in een busje dan in een gewone bus. Neem voor de zekerheid ongeveer een half uur voor vertrek een middel tegen wagenziekte in.

Meer dan een half uur later vertrokken dan afgesproken pick-up tijd, piano muziek stond veel te luid, niemand wil muziek in de ochtend, mensen willen slapen dus zet die muziek gewoon uit. Er staat adults only maar kleine schreeuwende kinderen mogen gewoon mee. Achterin de bus rammel je door elkaar, dus probeer een stoel voorin te reserveren. Er staat op 12goasia niet aangegeven dat je stoelen kan reserveren, maar dit kan wel via andere sites blijkbaar.

Der Fahrer hat viel telefoniert bei der Fahrt und ist sehr schnell gefahren durch alle Kurven. Ohne Sicherheitsgurt wäre man durch die Gegend geschleudert worden.

This was a terrible experience. I bought a ticket for the 3:30 PM departure, but the company changed the departure time to 4:30 PM. In the end, we didn’t even leave until 5:00 PM!
On top of that, for some reason, the driver decided not to stop in Nha Trang and instead go to Cam Ranh first, adding another hour to the journey! I stopped the driver about 20 km past Nha Trang when I realized he was apparently planning to go to Cam Ranh first. I had to order a taxi back to Nha Trang directly from the highway.
I lost both time and money because of this. Do not use this company’s services it was an absolutely terrible experience!

Driver was wild and loud. On the phone screaming , overtaking dangerously. He overtook so dangerously that there were two near collisions , even by vietnam standards of driving it was bad. Also left late.

I had a wonderful experience with this service. The car was new, spotless, and very well maintained. Before the trip, the operator answered all of my questions and provided the vehicle details, which really helped ease my anxiety.
Although the driver and I spoke different languages, he used Google Translate to communicate with me and made sure I was comfortable throughout the journey. He regularly checked if I was okay, asked whether I needed a restroom break, and even made sure I wasn't too tired during the trip.
The driver was incredibly caring, polite, and professional. I felt safe, comfortable, and well looked after from start to finish.

The staff were very responsive and they made sure that all of our questions were answered.
The driver drove very carefully and made two stops along the way. Please make sure you pee before you get on the bus because the first stop is after 2 hours of trip. The next one is around 2 hours after the first stop. They gave us 30 minutes on the first stop and I think about the same on the second time or slightly shorter.
We left the bus station and arrived at the destination on time.
Would definitely take this bus again next time.

Longer use, he confirmed it was a Business Visa but he lied to me, it was the cheaper tourist visa. He demanded $44, but the cost of a tourist visa is $30. Now I have a serious problem because you can’t extend a tourist visa which will require me to exit the country in 30 days rather than extend for 1 year which will cost me several $100 dollars. Another excellent road trip with this company in their luxury mini buses. The driver did a great job navigating all the traffic very well, both in town and up the windy road from the coastal plains up to the Da Lat plateau.

The van driver Linh, was the best driver I have had in Vietnam. He was very professional to the passengers and when driving to other road users. We left on time, and arrived on time, with the 20 minute break at the Điểm dừng chân Kim Phượng rest stop. Linh drove safely with a faultless efficient and safe driving style when anticipating traffic around us, overtaking, and his line around curves and corners was exemplary. He is a model for what all drivers in Vietnam could be.
The vehicle 79H-058.00, was a very modern Hyundai DCar. It was clean and comfortable, and the aircon and USB charging worked properly.

Generally very good trip from Nha Trang to Da Lat. The driver was very considerate, friendly and helpful to myself and all the passengers. He was a very confident and generally capable driver, except he was a bit aggressive to others on the road, and not very skilled at defensive driving. He spent too much of the time right on his edge of his lane, or unnecessarily right on or over the center line of two-way roads, and often drifting onto the wrong side of the road and staying there aggressively when he didn't need to be. I'm used to driving in traffic on very windy roads in New Zealand so I know what I am talking about. He was also very aggressive in his overtaking style, occasionally forcing other road users to get out of his way. Frankly I think he's an accident waiting to happen when one day he runs into a similar driver coming the other way. He would be a very good driver if he learned a little about defensive driving. To his credit, at least he did not speed.

Overall, the trip was nice and comfortable. The only thing that felt a bit odd was the seating arrangement. At the back of the bus there was a three-person seat and four separate seats, but the allocation didn’t seem very balanced. Three bigger passengers were placed together on the three-person seat, while four smaller passengers got the larger individual seats. It might be something to improve for future trips.

Very squashy. My husband who is 6’6 was going to sit where there was extra leg room near the door but the driver wouldn’t let him. We drove 3 hours then driver pulled into a stop anrea. He took off and didn’t say anything to passengers. Came back 1/2 hour later

The combination of the minibuses suspension and the quality of the roads made this trip feel like it was intended to make you breakfast come up again. We were on a Gazelle minibus, but I saw the company also had some DCAR minibuses which might be more comfortable. I would recommend finding a proper bus ride, which usually has a much better suspension.
When you order the ride they ask you to come 30 minutes before, but we got a WhatsApp message asking us to come 45 minutes before. We got that message late when we were already asleep. They should just make up their mind about when they want people to show up, so customers don’t have to stress to get there on time.

The departure time scheduled was 8:30 and we left at 07:49, they informed me the day before we would have left at 8, and still we left even earlier. I sincerely don’t understand the rush when it’s a single trip with no stops. Plus, the driver was driving crazily fast, on a road full of twists and turns which made me sick and I ended up throwing up. Seriously I’d rather arrive 30 mins late but safe and sound, than this. We arrived more than half an hour ahead of schedule, makes no sense to me.

This bus was very comfortable. Roomy and air conditioned. The staff greeted us at the cafe and pointed us to the correct bus when it was time. They also gave us a bottle of water and there was a toilet break during the trip. Very efficient team.

Transport was rescheduled 3 hours later n I missed an important appointment. When the bus came, no proper communication given n I did ask the people loading luggage about the correct bus as I booked a "Sleeper bus"; but what came was a seat type. After much query, one mentioned it's a transfer bus. After transferring bus, along the journey, there was no stops for us to eat. From 8 am till about 7 pm, I did not have anything to eat. It would be much appreciated if transport providers do take note that passengers may need to eat along the way. Thank you

Really late and agressif staff, we were stuck with some of our bags because they didn't have enough space, the bus stopped like 10 times for no clear reasons and the driver was not smooth at all! We had one pee pee stop and it was just in a random place no bathroom and as a girl it was not nice at all.
