The bus was 1,5 hours late and the drive took longer than expected, so we arrived 2 hours later than initially planned. Good communication though through WhatsApp and pick up from hotel was nice.

The experience was perfect! Great communication via WhatsApp. I was picked up from my hotel lobby right on time. The vehicle was nice, with comfortable reclining seats. A bottle of water was provided as a complimentary service. There was a sanitary break on the way, even though the trip was only two hours. I was dropped off at my new hotel.

The driver who picked me up in Hoi An told me he could pick me up at the hotel, and when the day of the trip arrived, he told me that if I wanted him to pick me up at my accommodation I would have to pay him 100,000 Vietnamese dongs.

Joar, booked a trip from Hue to Danang in the morning. The tour was due to start at 11am. On Whatapp I was told that there was a problem and the tour wouldn't start until 2pm ... Not so cool. But otherwise the trip was good.

The driver was very scary. He was speeding too much, honking his horn and passing other cars one after another to the right and then to the left. We said we were scared, but our words could not be understood, so we braced ourselves for an accident.

Le chauffeur est arrivé avec 1h30 de retard.
Il n’allait finalement pas jusqu’à Hoi An mais jusqu’à Da Nang. Nous avons dû changer de véhicule à Da Nang pour aller à Hoi An. En dehors de ça le chauffeur était plutôt gentil, s’est arrêté pour nous permettre d’aller aux toilettes

Pour notre part, super expérience pour notre voyage au départ de Tam Quoc destination de Hoi An. Respect des horaires départ et arrivée. Dans la cabine 4 couchettes, tout était très propre, bouteille d'eau et quelques spécialités Vietnamiennes. Ne vous attendez pas à dormir dans un lit confortable. Un bémol sur les toilettes qui étaient sales. Sinon nous avons pu faire la rencontre de belles personnes dans la cabine. Super expérience a vivre.

L’autista una volta arrivati a Da Nang non sapeva che io invece dovevo andare a Hoi An, quando sono salita non mi ha chiesto il ticket, inoltre nonostante non parlasse una parola di inglese mi faceva il verso prendendomi in giro mentre dicevo che dovevo andare ad Hoi An.
Alla fine un ragazzo mandato dalla compagnia ha dovuto accompagnarmi in auto. É stato molto gentile ma anche molto spiacevole come situazione
