車子很乾淨，也很準時。雖然路程多蜿蜒，可以感受到司機先生已經盡量開得比較平穩。但是因爲拜縣的車站很小，同時有幾輛巴士要同時發車，所以在找自己的巴士的時候有一點混亂，建議提早十分鐘抵達車站，巴士前車窗都貼有乘客的名單，如果找不到自己的巴士時，可以去查詢。

I suffer from motion sickness and the infamous 762 curves were a daunting proposition, but with my pills and the older gentleman’s skilful driving, voila! all went perfectly!

Set off on time, arrive 1 hour early, lots of winding roads, driver went a little fast on them towards the end and my sister felt sick then but was ok until the end when started going fast. Suitcases were strapped to roof which is way better than jamming them all down the aisles as with every other bus trip in Asia

They gave me a seat on te last row...it is a small bank for 2 people..so for me and an other tall man...we 2 were the tallest of the bus and they put us together on the smallest place of the bus 😅

This journey is wild, they speed so much to the point it is impossible to sleep and everyone is swaying about. We made it to chiang mai 90 mins before arrival time and that’s with leaving 10 mins late too.

Relatively old vehicle on a road with many turns is not very comfortable. Also driver could have mentioned there would be no stop half way (on the way from Chiang Mai to Pai there was a stop)

Kind polite driver, we arrived earlier even than expected. This route in the mountains contains many curves. We had the 5 E and D Seats which are very small. Causing motion sickness. It would be an improvement if it was possible to book front seats online. Now the last customer gets the seats in the front which are better if you tend to get sick on this vomit enhancing track. Pay a bit extra is no problem.

Road is quite bendy, not too terrible but would take some anti-sickness tablets before if prone to motion sickness. Stopped halfway for a 10 minute comfort break. Bus a little cramped and be aware you may not be sat together even if on the same booking. Overall a good trip.

I had read all sorts of horror stories about this route, drivers and buses but our driver was super careful and polite. I didn’t feel sick despite usually doing so on twisty roads. I recommend travelling with this company and will do so again on the way back!

The van is decent but far from spacious. It is a quite crowded trip (people and some bags in a limited space) but quite good value for money. Do not expect any luxuries.

Probeer wel een stoel vooraan te reserveren. Wij zaten op de achterbank maar daar heb je weinig beenruimte.

Easy booking and just a 2,5 to 3 hours drive to Pai from Chiang Mai. We tried to change seats, because we were at the back of the bus, but the bus was full. Anyway the roads were nice and it was a good driver, so no problem at all.

Viajamos la furgoneta completa de gente y cargando las maletas dentro, junto a nosotros. Íbamos como el ganado. El conductor fué un poco desagradable pidiendo el ticket para viajar. Durante el trayecto las curvas se hacen pesadas. Mejor dormir o tomar pastillas para el mareo.

The ride to PAi wasn't that terrible as expected based on all the stories on the web. The driver took it really easy, but that was ok and made probably made the ride less harsh. I thougt it was strange that we made the booking 4 days beforehand and still were put in the back seats.

Mini van is very clean, AC worked, amount of time in Van was accurate (3 hours and a bit), and the drop off is in the centre of Pai which makes it very easy to get to your accommodation.
Negatives - driver was rude, spoke no English, we had to turn to around 10 minutes in to go back and pick up travellers that arrived at ride time (arrive the 30 minutes early you need it to figure out where to go, it’s a little confusing).
Overall - in the van a good experience, leading up to it, not great. Be prepared to figure it out.

Getting a ticket was very easy. However, our driver drove like crazy compared to other drivers we had. Driver drove like crazy, people got sick and the driver even then would not slow down. We ended up arriving 1 hour earlier since we drove that fast. Did not like it at all, it was very scary and dangerous

Driver was kind and good on the wheel. The reason why I’m putting 3 stars is because if you buy tickets online, the personal in the customer service is not keen to help you at all: they don’t want to change you to an earlier van if you arrive earlier in the pick up points, or change seats to be sitting in front of the van, instead to the back (to avoid nausea). By saying it, be aware of the 265 curves to arrive to Pai, meaning you will feel nausea, despite the driver driving fast or slowly.

Quick and easy process to book. Managed to find the place quite easily by asking around. Our driver was good and didn’t rush so the journey was comfortable! (Which is better than the one on return!)

No issues, transport was on time, I advise to have a travel sick tablet as The journey has lots of turns. I slept the whole way so no issues!
